Spacious well maintained apartments. Rural area. Nice scenery. Friendly staff.
Free washer dryers for guests in each apartment building. We stayed in the essex building and drove to the main building to check out the amenities and watch a movie in the theater.
The kitchens are well stocked. The area is rural and did not have any cell signal for our various providers. There is unsecured WiFi all around the property. Bring groceries with you.

Very clean, spacious rooms, very apartment like. Everything we needed to have a great girls weekend the pool was enormous and very warm beautiful grounds. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The staff was wonderful during check-in. The room had everything we needed. Didn’t need to call them again.

Start by saying is a beautiful property. Clean, well kept and the room was good ample, comfortable. There are a lot of amenities gym, restaurant etc we didn’t use restaurant.

However, we stayed in adjacent rooms that could be connected or separated. We took the two bedroom. The part that was the master bedroom which includes its own bathroom, had no heat. The baseboards were there but no heat control on this side of the “Villa”. There was heat on the other side which included the second bedroom , bathroom, living room dining room and kitchen. It was freezing in the master bed side.I mentioned to the front door attendant and she never sent anyone to even check. The same master bed side had a bathtub that was clogged ( water would accumulate and eventually drained but is annoying when showering. Then the complex lost power yesterday. We were told oh is the entire town, but it wasn’t we went out to pass some time to dinner everyone else around the complex and houses had power. I overheard a worker telling the manager something went bad somewhere, the hotel blamed the “town”. No special accommodations were ever offered they said it will return by 8:00 pm meanwhile outside was -6. It wasn’t the fact that there was no power was the attitude . So it was a lot for just two night stay. Sad to say I do not know if I would return.

Great experience. Only downfall was getting luggage to room because there were no elevators so we had to bring them up stairs. We don’t travel lightly so it was a bit of a workout. Also pool was huge but had to drive due to outside weather was too chilly to walk there. Very nice area, but be careful because data is choppy, probably due to the mountain, gps can be challenging to get when you need it.

Villa was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Proptey was quiet and serene. Staff was VERY friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Tubs could use re-grouting, kitchens could use a few more utensils (measuring cups, rubber scraper, etc) but managed to cook multiple meals with what was available. Will definitely return and recommend to others.

Very nice place a room. We were disappointed that both restaurants at the place were closed. Had to drive to another small town as there was nothing in this remote area within 10 miles. The recommended nearby deli that was recommended by staff had closed early on a Tuesday afternoon @4pm.

First time visiting Vermont and was very pleased with everything at the hotel. I was checked in by Toni who was very kind and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the hotel grounds were. They have done such a good job with the landscaping and amenities such as an arcade and activity center. Our kids loved that! We got a two bedroom villa and it was so spacious and comfortable! We loved the view of the Vermont mountains! Coming from Hawaii that was such a nice change of scenery! Parking was easy and the text messages we received from staff were a nice touch. Would def recommend and come back for a future stay!

It's a great place to stay if you have kids. The arcade, game room, and pool kept us busy for hours. The staff was great. Shout out Miles, he was the best. The rooms were clean with plenty of toiletries, extra towels, sheets, and blankets. There's a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board provided. The villa kitchen was completely stocked with cookware, silverware, dishes, and drinking glasses. And the beds were clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and will most definitely be staying there again.

Bathrooms are big enough only for one person. Hope you don't want to put on makeup or shave in the bathroom; lighting is terrible. Heat didn't work--assuming it was turned off for the season. It does get cold in Sept in New England. Overall room is nice, just amazed that they have missed the small touches normally found in a hotel, especially in a resort.

Everything was very well taken care of except the pool building which was an awful first impression of the property since it is the first thing you see upon arrival. Rotten and decaying siding and what isn’t is In need of repainting. A sharp contrast to the rest of the buildings and grounds which were beautiful.

We were made to wait until an hour after our 4:00 pm check-in to be allowed into a room. The indoor pool was also closed for the entirety of our stay with no notification on their website, which was disappointing as our kids were looking forward to being able to swim. That being said, the hotel room itself was clean and spacious.

The hotel amenities were not operating specifically the pool. Multiple workers told us it would be up and running by morning, however it was very clear that would not be the case, as the signage was old and the pool was under construction. It should be disclosed on your website that the pool is not operating. We have children who were dissapointed and we specifically booked this hotel so they could swim. The location is isolated at best. 30 minutes to anything. The staff was not helpful at all. When a key amenity is not operating they should be trained to at the bare minimum know what is going on. Check in took a half hour because others were upset by the situation in front of me.

This was a great place to stay with my family of 4. We went skiing at Crotched Mountain, Okemo and Sunapee while we were there and enjoyed being relatively close to so many mountains. Complaints about the hotel are minimal. The heat makes annoying noises at night and we could have used some extra blankets but overall it was great and we will be back.
