The room smelled clean when I walked in and was very clean! I walked around barefoot even (don’t attack me lol) and the bottom of my feet were still clean which says a lot in my opinion. the bed was alright but the sheets and pillows were really comfortable. the area was quiet and is very close by to a lot of places. They were mostly a 5-10 min drive. The staff was very kind and pleasant to talk to!

Easy quick check-in, especially considering we arrived very late in the night. Front desk was was quite friendly and accomodating. The room was exceptionally clean. Overall the property seemed very well maintained. A snow storm had just passed but all the snow was cleared. I'd certainly stay here again if ever back in the area.

The room is clean. That’s the only good thing I can say about my stay. The walls are paper thin, and you will be able to hear your neighbors talking and watching TV until 2:20am, the other guest checking out at 3 and 4am, and the snow plow scraping around at 4am. You’ll get absolutely no sleep, because the bed is uncomfortable and the mattress has spring sticking into your back. When you try to shower, the hot water will run out after 5 minutes. This hotel was an absolute nightmare.

I have to admitt staff was VERY NICE. Room itself was good size, not tight and clean, but...
MOLD SMELL was incredible, beyond any scale! We arrived late at night (after midnight) so we just wanted survive till the morning. Very next day we canceled our stay because of this stench. We moved to different hotel (it was difficult bc it was a long weekend with Valentine's Day and we ended up 50 miles away). Although the second hotel was very pleasant and not stinky, all our clothes and belongings were soaked with the smell of mold, so we decided going back home. And so, our four-day ski trip turned into a two-day battle with hotels and the stench.

The room was nicer than expected and the staff were very nice and provided excellent, friendly service. The beds were comfortable and very clean. The room was very warm while it was very freezing outside. The hotel is not far from good restaurants. It is a Motel but I am fine with that, I parked right in front of my motel door. I would stay again if needed.

For the price, which was low, I have no complaints. I got a corner room, which was far more spacious than I expected, the bathroom was HUGE, the paint was fresh, the carpet looked like it's barely been walked on, and the linen smelled nice and clean (and I'm a guy, so if *I* noticed it smelled nice and clean, that's really saying something!)

The room was clean and spacious, but the TV did not work; the bathroom sink drain plug would not release so it would only drain slowly; and the baseboard heat covers were either missing or kicked askew. Access to town was easy. Parking lot etc was clean. It was all OK, but just a bit "worn". A light renovation would make it charming. Bear in mind I am no fan of motels in general, so I am a tough customer.

Everything was good EXCEPT the overpowering odor of the cleaning products they used. It was so bad that I was ill for a solid 24 hours after I checked out after my overnight stay. I left the windows open for 4 hours while I was out for the evening; I returned at 11 PM to a room that still reeked and was 58 degrees. If it weren’t for odor neutralizing spray (which barely helped) I would have had to sleep in my car. Manager was kind and tried to help, but should have at least offered a discount. If you are the least bit sensitive to strong odors, avoid this motel.

A delightful discovery

The Hotel Claremont Motor Lodge was a pleasant discovery. An old style drive up motor lodge that has been upgraded and very comfortable. Within easy driving distance of restaurants and stores, it is within 4 miles of 91. It is very clean and quiet, with polite check-in staff. An excellent value. I would choose it again

When I arrived, there was a gentleman that checked me in. He was very accommodating to the needs that I had and gave us a handicap accessible room.

The room itself was OK but definitely need some updating. Part of the heat shield for the heater in the bathroom was missing. There weren't enough towels for the two of us. The limp next to My Husband was very hard to turn on so I was very nervous about God for pedophile. I feel like they don't Check all the safety features of each room after the guest leave.

What I didn't care for was that does nobody at the front desk until after 7 AM but you could call a phone number. I let it ring about six times and finally someone answered who sounded as if they were still sleeping. I think I woke this person up. I explained that I left the key in the window, which I did not feel comfortable doing because I felt like anybody could come by and grab the key and go in. There should be a locked dropbox that you could just drop your key and that no one has access to. The screen door definitely needs to be fixed as it wasn't shutting correctly.

What I did like about the room was that it had its own refrigerator and then a separate freezer that we could put our ice packs in overnight. The parking lot is immaculate. Well kept and super clean. The grounds are well manicure as well. There is a company across the street that had heavy equipment running but once in our room, we were not able to hear it. The bed was very comfortable. No breakfast.

I liked the property, and my stay was truly like a home away from home. However, what I didn't like was when I called to check if I had an extra day, I was not told that I did have one as a consequence, I paid for a day that I did not need and when asked to be refunded for the $192 just 15 minutes later I was only refunded $49. Lesson learned. I will stay here again because I enjoyed the stay but will be more mindful of booking.

Here to visit family, and they told me my parents had stayed at this property when they visited over 40 years ago! It's a vintage motor court, but nicely maintained. The room is up to date and comfortable. The bathroom still has a 70s tub and sink, but clean and functional. One quirk: the sink was mounted very low, about thigh level on me. Had to bend low to wash my face! Overall a satisfactory stay.
