We stayed here for several nights. The staff members at the front desk were very helpful. They were able to add an extra night for me. They offered a list of local restaurants, as well as sharing their favorites, which was great to know (and we enjoyed the places that were recommended). The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight -- lots of options for hot and cold breakfast items, including make-your-own waffles, and a yogurt parfait station with strawberry yogurt and granola. It also included several choices of breakfast meats, including bacon. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff was great, I am usually disappointed by "continental" breakfasts, but everything they had was really good, omelets, scrambled eggs, waffles, the orange juice was actually good...the bacon wad kinda thin but the sausage was good, plenty of fruit, bagels, muffins etc. And....good coffee. The room was clean, we loved the mattress and pillows. We've stayed here before and will again. Highly recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised when we checked into the best restaurant and how friendly and inviting it felt Faye at the front desk was absolutely amazing. Jan and housekeeping kept our room tidy and clean the next day. Emilee may transferring our Exspedia reservation over to a secondary booking amazing Brian who played the piano both nights was so sweet and Anna kept breakfast, hot and ready and everything clean and sparkling

Check in with pre-check in was a breeze. The manger Faye had our keys ready ahead of time. Rooms were very clean, heating worked great, the kids loved the pool, lobby was perfect for having our group have dinner together. Micheal was hospitable and gave us a list of good restaurants near the area and offered hot water for our cup of noodles. They had a pianist playing from 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM was a plus. Breakfast is included and it was very delicious. Will definitely stay here again.

They allowed us to check in early- with no fee. Staff was so kind and quick thinking when we got there. Our toddler stated she needed to use the restroom and the woman at the front desk gave my husband a key to the bathroom ASAP- even before we checked in. Hotel was clean- EVERYWHERE!! Very happy with the complementary breakfast also! Staff was constantly moving to make sure it was fully stocked at all times! We will be back!

Our family of four stayed here for four nights while skiing at Okemo Ski Resort, and we had a wonderful experience.

Our room was spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was spectacular—far beyond our expectations. The lady in charge of breakfast, with short blonde hair, was incredibly kind and attentive. She constantly made sure everything was fully stocked, and before breakfast ended, she kindly announced the closing time and asked guests if they needed to grab anything before it closed. I have never experienced that level of thoughtfulness at any hotel before.

Another thing that really set this place apart was that fruits, tea, coffee, juice, and more were available all day and into the night for guests to help themselves. This is very different from most hotels and made us feel truly welcomed.

Every evening, there was a pianist playing in the lobby for hours, creating such a warm and inviting atmosphere. For the first time in my life, I preferred spending time in the lobby rather than staying in my room.

All of the staff were extremely friendly—from the front desk to everyone we encountered during our stay. The pool was much larger than expected, with a deep end of about 10 feet, and it was wonderfully warm.

The only area for improvement would be the shampoo containers in the shower. They were very small and not easy to use, although the staff were generous and happy to provide more upon request. Installing larger, refillable wall-mounted container

The cleanliness is the only area they need to improve. There was a clump of hair in the shower, and the vents are very dusty. Staff was great and very accommodating, kind and friendly. The pool area was very large with plenty of seats. Really like all the little chairs and tables tucked into spots throughout the building. My hands are always full and I’m always looking for the keycard or my phone so it was nice to have the tables.

We stayed here for a weekend while at Okemo and the staff was friendly, the hotel clean, rooms large and beds comfortable. The pool was very nice and warm! The breakfast was perfect with a variety of items including make your own waffles. I would recommend this hotel especially if traveling with children.

A hotel that welcomes all you dont even have to be a paying guest. I was greeted by a nice lady who has worked 18 years doing laundry and she helped with my laundry, and i praise God for that! I have been traveling in my car for about 2 months locally and was finally using my free night for a comfy bed, because car beds in front seat you start to miss flat beds and so i chose this location as I have stayed here before and had a pleasant experience. Accepts pets, cats and dogs. Very understanding, very helpful, friendly staff. Good experience overall and was a breeze to book an extra night that apparently i needed.

Quiet hotel, easy and convenient parking. Anna in the breakfast area was a true asset to the hotel. She was courteous and very efficient keeping the food and coffee well-stocked. The pools temperature could have been much warmer. Overall, a good, clean hotel.

Make the Beds

The room was very nice, and I am not Scott Welch he purchased this trip for us to be able to see our son with TBI. The bad thing about the trip, was housekeeping, they don't make the bed, but handle towels you used on your body. I had to make the bed every day and clean the toilet. Covid is gone and frankly was never here except on MSM. The Hotel was easy to access and staff was very friendly but their covid rules are outdated and ridiculous.

Very good breakfast every morning and staff very friendly.
The room was supposed to have two chairs per the image of tge roombut there was only the desk chair which is uncomfortable. The large cushioned chair in the room description ad was not there.

This was a great property to stay at! We loved the breakfast and the pool and I loved the fact that the pool opens so early. It is great for families with younger kids who need a release of energy in the morning. We will be back!!

Vermont is lovely!

Very clean overall. Staff was friendly and responded promptly to our requests. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Must be good sound insulation - didnt hear other guests and even between the bathroom and main part of the room. Re: game room - enjoyed the pool table, but video games didnt seem to be working right. Swimming pool was clean and pleasant. Breakfast was typical hotel fare but fresh and plentiful. Was disappointed that the room didn't have an easy chair ( only a desk chair). Just a note to consider- hotel was at the edge of town, so no easily walkable restaurants. And many restaurants close early, so be aware when planning. No tourist info available in lobby. We would stay there again.

Best Western Springfield Vermont

The hotel is nice but expensive compared to other stays on our trip. There was nothing special about this hotel other than it met our needs for the night. I understand now why the parking lot is empty. Rates are high even for this area.
