Eggs were a strange granular texture, sausage patties not browned enough. DIY items seemed standard. Staff were distracted, on personal calls when I checked in so didn’t know if she was talking to me. Clean and comfortable room. Well located with quick access to loads of restaurants, fast foods, stores, fuel stops, main highway, and hospital. Felt safe as a female traveling alone.

Breakfast choices were so limited and nothing was being refreshed. Coffee was cold. I had to ask someone for yogurt as they were looking at their phone. There was no shampoo or soap in the shower (completely empty). Worst thing was we went down for breakfast at 8:30am and when we went back up to the room to get our stuff and check the keys no longer worked. They had locked us out at 9am! This happened to others as well that I talked to in the halls. I had to run back to the front desk and get the key updated (waste of time and this made me late to leave). When checkout is 11am why would you be locking people out anytime before that?! Every time I talked to a staff member they were on their phones and not paying attention. Very disappointing.

Management needs to look around. The property is old but they’re trying to keep it updated. However, the desk chair in our room was so tattered, it should be in the dumpster. The stairwells were filthy. There was a homeless person sleeping on the lobby couch in the morning when breakfast was put out. The 2nd room we had, had 2 tv’s. One didn’t work at all.
Management needs to be inspecting rooms and common areas.
The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious.

The staff was friendly but the seemed short staffed. There was no one available to check me in for my staff due to “staff change”. I had to wait for housekeeping to call a manager and get checked in over the phone. Clean towels are provided upon request only and you must pick up at the front desk. Mis information was provided about rooms to be cleaned. Still not sure if the rooms get cleaned upon request or every 3 days. My stay was 3 days and never had my bed made even after requesting it. My last night of my stay my room was partially cleaned and the door was left open.

soiled couch, torn leather on desk chair, broken soap dispenser and no tv remote. Got moved to another room and although that one was better, the phone did not work for me to call down to the front desk. The desk chair still had leather patches missed off, missing off the side of it, the luggage cart squealed at an unmerciful decibel so everyone in the hallway could hear me coming and going. Wi-Fi did not work in the room, so I end up using my hotspot. This location was wonderful and if the hotel were adequate, it would be a wonderful stay.

We had to change roons due to the uncleanliness of the room, and the broken amenities of the room.
In doing so, the newly assigned room was not fully furnished with no shower curtain and a dangerously supplies blow dryer connection, as well as no sink stopper.
The room was cleaner than the previous, however detailed cleaning was not complete, as behind the night stand had trash from the previous clients.
The dresser drawers in both rooms tenanted were dangerously always opened, due to the instability of the room level.
We made the best of our stay.
We were told that a compensation would apply, however, DID NOT!
We will NEVER stay at a Comfort Suites again, especially our hometown Comfort.

The only high ratings submitted pertain to the Breakfast. The food was excellent and the attendant ( female) was excellent , efficient, and kept the area very clean and she was great!

My son was going to be sleeping on the sofa sleeper. We asked for an extra pillow. We were told they had no extra pillows. I asked 3 times and was told no. The next morning the staff told me all she had to do was get a pillow from the 3rd floor.

Parking is great and perfect location for our needs. Room was out dated and kind of dirty. The beds were pretty good and location is why I have booked again. Only some of the outlets in the room.worked but, it worked out. The sofa looked liked it was picked up from a dumpster. Thank goodness we didnt need the sofa. The shower was okay, old but water worked well.

The property looks nice until you get to your room. The rooms smelled like mold and had stains on the wall that looked like someone gave up painting. The shower did not drain and was dirty. The sheets were dirty almost as if they just redid the beds after the last guest before us. We had to change one of our rooms because there was hair in the beds and the sofa bed was full of trash. The staff was nice and so was breakfast but it didn’t make up for the poor condition of the hotel.

The room was okay and the bathroom was spacious. We liked that it had a fridge and little “kitchen” area. The linens could have been a bit cleaner looking (stains) and the pillows on the bed are square - which was a bit hard to get used to. Overall though, the beds were still comfortable, the air conditioning good, and everything worked. I would stay again if in the area.

Only one staff the young man who worked overnight saturday was visible and helpful there was clean towels / washcloths There was an abundance of evidence that other guest was in the room we stayed in . Ex: ice bucket top was filthy ,finger prints and smears on the headboard , water rings on the end table and coffee tables showing that cups was sitting there , sofa cushions not set in place and 1 was unzipped , sticky pink glitter in the shower handles got on my hand but i realized it was someones body wash or something , toilet seat not clean And I was actually OK with all of that it is a hotel i took a hot wash cloth and wiped everthing down WE CAME on this Trip FOR A TOUR /ACTIVITY ONLY ONE NIGHT STAY but my disgust came when we came back from the activity and wanted to sleep and noticed dirty linen at first glance looks like a proper made bed until we went to get into the bed the tucked parts of the linen was filthy OF Course white stains im not talking stains im talking dirty so I sat in the desk chair and then layed down in my car until the sun came up and we left.
In hindsight I should have complained but i was so overwhelmed once i noticed the bed and recollected when we arrived you could see piles of linen on the floor next to laundry machine behind check in counter so my faith that i woud get clean placements was slim.
Maybe staff is overwhelmed or there is a poor performer or 2 . Comfort levels are personal for me I need a clean bed to rest most importantly.

Or stay at this hotel was our second time and it was an OK stay. Our TV didn’t work and it turned out to be the remote. We were given half dead batteries that didn’t work either and our Internet was out most of the time we were there. The breakfast was good and dining area was very clean. The workers there were helpful, but they did use a lot of four letter words that patrons could hear. This hotel is in the main shopping and dining area but if you plan to walk anywhere, there are no sidewalks and a lot of fast moving cars.

This property definitely met our needs. It’s hard to find 3 beds (2 beds and a pull out sofa) and it was clean and comfortable. It is older and could use some updates for sure. The furniture is worn and walls could use painting. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut all the way.

The pool was nice and the breakfast had plenty of options.

This is a great location, central to shopping and restaurants. Check in and check out were very easy, as was making our reservation. Our room and bathroom were clean, with beds that were clean but extremely firm. The breakfast was okay, with the usual basic fare. The pool area was the only real negative and I took off significant points for that. The water was cloudy and full of assorted debris. In addition to hairballs I removed a couple of hair ties, a large bead, and an old, rolled up bandage. The worst however was that one of the deep end pool lights was out of the pool, sitting on the edge of the pool (still attached by it’s electrical wires) with a yellow “Caution wet floor” sign over the top of it! I’m writing this so we obviously didn’t get electrocuted but we definitely would NOT have even gone in the pool if we’d seen that before getting into the shallow end. 😬

We had a short stay here and I have no complaints about the service or staff at all. The biggest issue I had was the fact that the first thing I noticed when we enetered our room was the overwhelming musty, mold smell. I was too tired to swap rooms and just dealt with it because we had been driving all day. I thought it may have been a funky “new carpet” chemical smell, but even the next day after showing and going out to town, I kept getting the musty smell and realized it was my hair. I’m not sure if it was just the room or also the water, but it wasn’t pleasant. Overall cleanliness was also subpar.

After a long drive in, we were given a room assignment and when we got to the room, after carrying our luggage to the room, it was unclean. It looked as if someone had just gotten up from a sleep, showered and brushed their teeth and then left out. The bed was undone and bathroom had dirty towels in the tub. The bathroom toiletries had been opened and used. The room had not been cleaned.

On the way to our second room assignment, although the beds had been made, we were \"greeted\" by a stinkbug which was lingering on one of the hallway ceiling tiles. When we came back to retrieve our luggage from the first room, the keycard did not work. So now we had to go back to the reception desk to tell the agent that we needed to retrieve our items in order to move to the next room.

The best part about our stay was the hospitality of the one person staff member at breakfast, although for a Sunday, it was surprising that there was no full breakfast spread! The food was very limited.

I stopped staying here a few years ago due to poor staff and and bad facilities. I decided to try it again and was very pleased to say that the staff that was there before was gone and the new staff was great. Also the breakfast was much better. I will have to say that the shower area and the furniture needs some upgrades but the room was very clean. Just sad to see that there are no pets allowed anymore, so if I have to visit again, I will have to stay somewhere else.

Hotel was older. The pool was not open during our stay and we were in informed of that. There was a very musky smell in the hotel. Front desk offered air freshener. Staff was very friendly and helpful (and over-worked) they had to do it all.

Very Disappointing Experience

Was very disappointed with the overall stay. Even when staying at a budget property, one still expects the advertised basics to be available. Room was well outdated. Drawers in the dresser kept sliding out to block the path between the bed. Shower door would not close - and obviously so. Fire water sprinkler in the ceiling was covered with a small plastic bag. (Guess that probably wouldn't have worked in the case of a fire.) Front desk staff was rude. Checkout was extremely slow. Where's the management / ownership? There are plenty of other hotels in the immediate area for my next stay.
