I booked 2 nights and had to cancel the second night and switch hotels. My room reeked of weed the entire stay, the beds and pillows were terrible uncomfortable, the AC unit was loud and my toilet ran off and on all night. The price was inexpensive so I jumped on it because I expected better from a Wyndham. No one was ever at the front desk. Only positive was the coffee machine in the lobby

I booked the room for 2 nights due to snow storm and needed to get to work. My shift was the overnight shift so I was unable to discuss issues with staff. When the heat would turn on it would blow 3 min of very cold air and the would blow warm. It was cold enough to wake me every time. The office chair was so old that the leather was gone from the arm rests and on parts of the seat. There was drippings of “white stuff” all over the front of the dressers. If I had booked this for more than just a place to rest my head I would have cancelled the booking. It was Foul.

Planned a 3 night stay the staff was not at the counter when needed. Fire alarm went off due to unmonitored breakfast area someone burned their toast. Staff did not know how to handle the alarm and many hotel guests self evacuated. Checked out after 2 night. Spend the extra money and find a different place to stay.

Grateful for free breakfast but it’s usual hotel fare - not a lot of nutritional value. Still, it’s free. AC/heat unit in our room didn’t work. It got quite chilly later at night and there were no extra blankets in room. We both got dressed and went back to bed to stay warm until morning. The hotel has been used pretty hard. Even though it’s been updated (color, painted), it still feels very bare bones and worn. Not a rug or carpet in our room or anywhere else in hotel making it feel cold.

Breakfast was healthy, last day went down on Sunday, they were out of everything but did come back and they had refilled. Staff was pleasant but not informed about ac and phone. No instructions in room on calling desk and if dialed 0 no one answered. Water in bath tub dripped couldn't shut off. No instuctions on tv. No pen or paper.
They window blinds were really easy and amazing!

Despite multiple ads on hotel sites our reservation was canceled when we arrived. They did not call or text. If the did they did not leave a VM. When we were searching for another location there was still rooms listed on hotel sites. This is unprofessional performance and very problematic for us.

Would never recommend. The facility is run-down and dirty. The shower needs to be replaced, there were not enough towels, toilet paper, and loose hair all around the bathroom. Breakfast in the morning ran out of food 45 minutes before the end of breakfast time. The windows were so old that you could not look out of them through the white film on the windows. There was trash on the outside grounds, and the parking lot was full of potholes. There were holes in the walls where pictures once were. The breakfast area was dirty as well and was never cleaned up between people or the tables. I have nothing good to say about the experience and will never stay here again.

Rooms were filthy, hair all over the bathroom and all floors obviously haven't been cleaned in a very long time. Microwave had food splattered in it. Beds and pillows were terrible. Went to breakfast there and there was nothing but a couple of muffins and a slice of bread to choose from unless I wanted a waffle. Over all a poor experience and will look at better options when staying in that area.

Great stay and price, plus they accept pets. I stay here regularly so I can say managment is working REALLY hard to make this place even better. The staff is excellent...very helpful and accommodating and the breakfast is really good. My ONLY negative this stay was it appeared the floor in my room had not been mopped, but no biggie...I wear slippers/flip flops in the room. Everything else was great!

The name of the hotel is good, but the property upkeep is a bit to be said. The sink backed up brushing your teeth, and the shower backed up around your ankles before you were done. Smelled musty amd shower around tub wasnt clean. If i weren't so tired i would have asked for a refund.

Horrible experience, dirty floor in bathroom, hair all over the floor, no shower curtain in shower, had to go to front desk to get one and installed myself.

Dust bunnies and floor dirty under chairs and automon in room.

Toilet did not fill up with water to flush. Had to fill the plastic garbage can up with water in the tub to flush toilet.

SHOULD GET A FULL REFUND.

This was a last-minute booking. Check-in was great. The girl behind the desk was very helpful and nice when we got to the room things looked well, but the bathroom was gross and dirty. There looked to be what was debris on the bed handprints on the wall in the morning, the selection of food was Sparse no plastic wear. When I went to check out, I went to hand the key cards to the gentleman behind the desk, who was playing on his phone and he barely looked up and said just leave it there. The hallways were filthy and dirty towels on the floor.

At 8am on the day i was checking out, housekeeping knocked on my door, and i asked them to come back (i was getting ready, and check out is 11am...3 hours away). The women stood outside my door complaining loudly so i would hear her. Saying things like \"i dont understand, this room is on the list for check out today, she should leave\" \"why should i have to comr back, shes checking out today\" \"well, i guess shes really going to make us come back even though shes checking out\"

Check out was THREE hours away. I was staying at this hotel for work, and was in the process of getting ready for work. AGAIN check out was 11....there is no reason I should be expected to leave before then.

I will not be returning to this hotel because of tbis experience

Got to the hotel. Nobody was at the front desk. Just a bell. I rang it several times and waited ten minutes until somebody finally came to the front. He asked me what was up. Took five minutes to get a key ready and handed it to me. Did not say another word. Got to my room on the third floor. The lock was wedged into the door and it was open. I got in and locked the room. I felt very uncomfortable. I left once and took the stairs to avoid the sketchy guy at the front desk. I never left my room again, because I was scared to leave my stuff there alone. I did not feel safe. On top of that, the room itself was dirty. I didn't want to sleep on the bed. The shower was terrible. I ended up leaving super early. I will not stay at this place again.

This hotel is not clean. The bathroom was really dirty (including empty soap wrap hair in the shower) and the bedroom was dusty. I strongly believe the bed sheets were not clean (body hair on them and some little rocks). The walls are very thin and we could hear all the noise from the room next to us. Will not stay there again and I will not recommend this hotel to friends.

When we first arrived we noticed this \"hotel\" was nothing like its advertised. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures and you could tell things have not been updated for a long time. The first room we checked into was dirty. The floors were sticky and had dirt/mud clumps everywhere, the bathroom had not been cleaned and had pee all over the toilet and floor, the a.c unit was leaking and rags shoved under it. They offered another room which was also dirty and you could tell someone has used the bathroom. There was hair like someone shaved in sink. The a.c unit also leaked and there was absolutely no hot water in the shower. We didn't really have other options to stay anywhere else as we were coming from out of state for a wedding. At best, this is a $50 a night type of place. We definitely would not recommend this \"hotel\" to anyone.

Well the location was perfect for our needs. The area was free of vagrants and I did not hear sirens night and day. The hotel service was friendly. However the hotel condition was poor broken worn out furnishings, busted door locks graffiti in the elevator. The management has squeezed all the juice from that lemon of a hotel. I have stayed at other Wingate units and this one just did not meet the expectations of that chain.

We were there for a 70th birthday party, front desk person was not friendly at all, place was clean, seems taken care of, breakfast was the usual (eggs, sausage, waffle, coffee) nothing special. I will never stay again !, this is why, bed was horrible, just horrible, every move made noise, it is supported by a spring and wire \"box spring\", mattress was hard and lumpy, even with it being quiet i was up all night, i must say it is not a run down hotel/motel but why so cheap on the bedding, and with that i will never stay there again

One last thing, no vending machine, no place to get snack except Dollar general, again my only real complaint it the bed, but that kinda super important to me,

I suggest u pass,
