L'hôtel et les chambres sont très propres et dans un très bon état, là dessus il n'y a rien à dire. La literie est de qualité et nous avons été bien accueillis lors de notre arrivée.
Par contre, nous avons passé une très mauvaise nuit car il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre et les températures sont bloquées. Les chambres sont aussi très bruyantes. Nous avons entendu notre voisin de chambre se doucher et utiliser son sèche cheveux, c'était suffisamment fort pour nous réveiller tous les deux.
Dans notre chambre, il était également impossible d'utiliser les lampes de chevets séparément. Soit il fallait allumer toutes les lampes de la chambre soit toutes les éteindre. Nous avons essayé toutes les combinaisons pour isoler les chevets mais nous n'avons jamais réussi. Donc très mitigé pour nous

Très déçu cette fois, je suis venu plusieurs fois mais première chambre 2 ampoules défectueuses dans la salle de bain, la réceptionniste m'attribue une chambre a côté n'ayant personnes pour changer les LEDs

J’ai l’habitude de fréquenter cet hôtel que je trouve habituellement parfait. Mais lors de ce séjour, chambre 110, 1er étage, j’ai été réveillée à 1h40 par des bruits de meubles que l’on bouge, de pas, etc… À 2h00 j’ai appelé la réception… je pensais alors que les bruits venaient de l’étage supérieur… mais je pense en fait que les bruits venaient du hall d’accueil/salon situé juste en dessous de ma chambre; couche-tard ou personnel faisant du ménage, je ne sais pas… je sais juste que j’ai été réveillée et que j’ai eu beaucoup de mal à me rendormir!

J’ai trouvé cet hôtel assez bien, mais cependant sa situation n’est pas des meilleures. En effet, il est situé dans une zone commerciale et industrielle sans âme. le prix est complètement surévalué pour sa situation. Cependant, les chambres sont correctes, mais assez froides car la ventilation ne soufflait que du froid. Par ailleurs, le petit déjeuner est particulièrement à revoir. En effet, seuls des produits industriels sont proposés. Aucun produits locaux. Nous sommes dans une des régions de France qui produit le meilleur fromage et le petit déjeuner propose seulement des fromages insipides et industriels. Idem pour le pain, deux ou trois sortes de pain sans saveur. Là encore de l’industriel ! Quant à la salade de fruits, c’est le summum. De la quatrième gamme coupé en morceaux sans saveur. Visiblement les fruits ont été coupés avant la maturité… De gros progrès sont donc à réaliser. Quant aux personnel, rien à redire sur les femmes de chambre. En revanche, l’accueil et le personnel du petit déjeuner semble en permanence débordé et bouscule même les clients pour réapprovisionner le buffet…
Je conseille donc au patron de prendre un peu de recul et de regarder s’il aimerait être traité comme cela quand il voyage dans un hôtel de catégorie similaire.

It was hard to find as the sat nav did not locate the street name but the effort of finding was soon forgotten as the hotel was good and a place that is great to visit.

This was our first hotel night since the lockdown is over and the borders are opened. We were quite nervous about staying in a hotel. But once we checked in, the procedures for everyone's safety were in place and the room was very clean, we felt comfortable. The check in was smooth and friendly. The young girl at the reception even called up the restaurant and helped us book a table in Pontalier.

A typical modern hotel. Might seem a bit lacking in character for some and it's situated in a commercial area and not in the centre of town. But it was clean, well appointed, the staff were helpful, the breakfast was fine, parking was safe and secure for the motorbikes and there were places to eat nearby. I'd certainly stay here again.

Located near the airport so having a car to get there is necessary. Hotel is very new and in great condition. Our room was very clean, comfortable beds, slept well and very quiet with no outside noise. Good shower, WiFi worked very well and the paid breakfast was very good. The hotel personnel was very nice and helpful. There are 3 restaurants nearby and 2 of them are next to the hotel. We ate dinner at the restaurant Courtepaille. The entrecote(steak) was horrible (had gristle, fat and was tough). We would stay again at this hotel, when in the area.

What a surprise
Although I'd already read great reviews when researching the area, I drove right past the Kyriad as there was really nothing enticing about its location.
Eventually, I made a last minute reservation based upon the combination of good reviews and the low price. It was absolutely faultless. Very new, extremely clean, modern, comfortable and spacious. The reception was also great.
There is no in-house restaurant and the dining choices are limited. There is a Courtpaille and a pizza restaurant next door but we took the 5 minute stroll to the busy Buffalo Grill.
I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again tge next time I'm in the area and will probably even seek the place out. It is likely the best value stay that I have had anywhere.

There is no in-house restaurant and the dining choices are limited. There is a Courtpaille and a pizza restaurant next door but we took the 5 minute stroll to the busy Buffalo Grill.
I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again tge next time I'm in the area and will probably even seek the place out. It is likely the best value stay that I have had anywhere.

Ma halte habituelle lorsque ma tournée commerciale m’amène à Pontarlier. Hôtel situé dans une zone commerciale et près d’une route… ça ne fait pas rêver… MAIS hôtel calme, agréable (déco et agencement moderne) , accueillant, propre, avec parking, une pizzeria et un restau de chaîne juste a coté. Il vous faudra marcher un peu ou prendre la voiture si vous voulez rejoindre le centre. De beaux couchers de soleil si vous avez une chambre coté route.

Highlights include being clean, safe, having electric charging easily available on-site and having several eating options available within walking distance. Breakfast wasn't very good and it's relatively expensive - possibly due to being in an expensive region of France. Would stay again if I had to stop somewhere in the area.

Nous sommes arrivés à 23h00 et nous avons à peine été regardé par les personnes présentes à la réception, nous avons patienté plusieurs minutes face à elles avant qu'elles s'adressent à nous.Ensuite, la température des chambres a été baissée et malgré la couverture mise à disposition, j'ai eu froid toute la nuit.

Malgré un établissement récent, j'ai très mal vécu pendant mon séjour, le froid, qui est présent dans l'ensemble de l'hôtel. Les chambres sont chauffées au minima et j'ai été contraint de dormir presque habillé. Cette situation est intolérable, et je regrette sincèrement d'avoir choisi cet établissement. Pourtant habitué de l'enseigne, je vais dorénavant réfléchir à deux fois pour mes futurs déplacements.
