OK for a brief stopover
This is a standard Ibis located on the edge on town by a retail park. It is about a twenty minute straight walk into town. The weather meant we ate in the hotel the first night and had a really good meal. We decided to do the same on our second night but the staff seemed overstretched and the meal was only average. On our second morning a new style of buffer breakfast was introduced, referred to as ‘Market’ which was a noticeable step up from that the day before.

Stayed at Ibis with friends for a weekend as we participated to the Absinthiades. Couldn't have wished for a more helpful staff. With our not very good speaking of french they were very helpful with taxis and practical things. Céline in particular. The food in the restaurant was also very tasty as we dined there. Rooms were big comparing to parisian hotels. The distance is a bit far from the center, but with helpful staff it's no problem at all. Will stay there on my next trip 2015 too!

Il ne faisait pas très chaud dans la chambre en arrivant… et nous n’avons pas réussi à faire monter la température avec le boitier de commande… il faisait -5 dehors… nous n’avons pas fait appel à l’accueil qui aurait peut-être résolu le problème…ceci dit, nous sommes arrivés à 19h30… et il me parait normal que la chambre soit chauffée par avance… à part ça, chambre rénovée et confortable.

L'hôtel est actuellement en travaux. Le calme est assuré car les travaux ne se font que de 9h à 18h et seules les chambres refaites sont louées. Mais il reste de petites imperfections et la réception et le petit déjeuner sont un peu désorganisés.

Idéalement placé pour une étape en rentrant de Suisse. L'accueil est chaleureux, la chambre confortable avec un vrai bureau (lorsque le troisième lit n'est pas utilisé) avec une belle salle de bains. Très bon petit-déjeuner et restaurant sur place très correct. Un Ibis à l'image de son sympathique gérant où séjournerons volontiers lors d'un prochain passage à Pontarlier.

Hôtel complet, j'ai récupéré la dernière chambre mansardée. Aucun souci sur la chambre, lit confortable. Par contre la salle de bains est minuscule, surtout la douche. Impossible de fermer les portes pour se doucher. Une fois entrée, impossible de bouger pour se laver. Un peu compliqué. Plus de 60 kg s'abstenir...Personnel sympathique et agréable. Restaurant sur place ou à proximité. Parking suffisant pour tous les usagers de l'hôtel.

Je vais souvent dans cet hotel, c'est plutot bien et le personnel est sympa, j'ai juste eu à faire a une nouvelle femme de ménage qui a fait le ménage pendant que je déjeunais et a continuée lorsque je suis revenu dans la chambre, la direction lorsqu'elle l'a su m'a remboursé la chambre et le petit déjeuner ( tres pro ).
