We had to pay at the hotel for the stay, but we thought we had paid through expedia, so this was confusing. The hotel was clean enough and there was a kettle in the room which is unusual for France.

Very clean and comfortable stay!
Ground floor room next to reception was spotlessly clean. Very modern with a great shower and separate toilet. Parking right outside the room which was handy! Staff were very helpful and friendly at check in and breakfast. Breakfast was pretty standard but there was enough choice for all of us to feel contented and full.
Only downside was that we were quite a way from the port of Royan (about 18 mins in the car). No restaurants within walking distance so we had to take car. But it was worth the drive as very pleasant beachfront and lots of bars and restaurants there.

Lovely Hotel and very pleasant staff. Breakfast at 6.50 Euros was very disappointing. Agree with other reviews, it is a long way from anywhere so you need a car. Nowhere to eat nearby, we found a Buffalo Grill within 8 minutes drive. Suited us for a one night stay and only 15 minutes drive to the ferry. Not suitable for a beach holiday.

I was in the area for a funeral, not for vacation, and the staff did it's utmost to be of help to me at all times. The room and bathroom were perfect as was the breakfast.

We stayed here for a night on our way home from the South West. It's a journey we take every year and we rarely stay in the same place twice but I would definitely stay here again. The rooms were nice enough. Not 5 star but clean and comfy with loads of space for my wife and I and our two kids. The location was great, just far enough out of Royan to avoid the traffic but close enough to go into town for dinner in the evening and there is ample secure parking. But the best thing about this hotel is the people that run it. They were lovely and went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Oh and it was good value too.

Nous avons passer 2 nuits dans cet hôtel, chambre (N16 ) petite mais grande salle de bain avec équipement à disposition ( sèche cheveux, gobelet, coton tige, etc ), nous avons eu la joie de voir une blatte dans la salle de bain …
Seul bémole la prise de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas. La chambre est petite, il y a un petit plateau avec de quoi se préparer un café/ou thé. La chambre est climatisé. Pas de frigo dans la chambre. Le lit n’est pas très confortable, petit et il était humide.
Les murs sont extrêmement fins nous entendons le moindre bruit que ce soit dans le couloir ou dans les chambres voisines…
L’hôtel est très bien placé à 10min de Royan, 15 min de St palais sur mer, Leclerc, lidl &station services a 5min. Il y a un petit parking sécurisé.
Conclusion la localisation est plutôt bien mais la nuit est cher pour ce genre d’hôtel.

Une catastrophe!!! Le ménage PAS fait (entre des cheveux dans la douche et sur la couette, des cadavres d'insectes, toiles d'araignées, et draps SALES!!!), une amabilité partie en vacances, comme le respect de la femme de ménage qui est d'une mauvaise foi exceptionnelle, on nous file la piaule probablement la plus pourrie de tout l'hotel, la clim au dessus de la tete de lit (merci, j'en ai choppé la crève), une literie atroce,...
Un enorme laisser aller, dans un ERP qui ne demande pas de pass sanitaire en periode de crise sanitaire, et qui se permet de bacler le nettoyage!!
Je pense que cela merite une visite des services d'hygiène!!

Très bel accueil avec la possibilité de composer un numéro si absence. Beaucoup de réactivité, des explications très claires, une très jolie chambre avec un lit joliment préparé. Literie très confortable, salle de bains très propre et spacieuse. Fenêtres sur cour/parking (calme) dans la chambre et dans la salle de bains.

Het hotel was mooi verzorgd, goede ligging en vriendelijke uitbaters. Het ontbijt was spijtig genoeg een beetje minder. Er waren slechts confituurtjes en smeerkaasjes voorzien, geen ander beleg. Iets uitgebreider had wel gemogen. Voor de rest niets op aan te merken.

très bonne réception à notre arrivée.Notre interlocuteur nous a renseigné très clairement sur le fonctionnement de l'établissement. notre chambre confortable avec une salle de bain spacieuse et très propre. Il se dégage une atmosphère très agréable le rapport qualité/prix est excellent en comparaison d'établissements où il faut compter 15€ de plus la nuit.

J'ouvre la porte aïe elle frotte contre le lit. Environ quarante centimètres de chaque côté juste de quoi passer. Vraiment très petite cette chambre. Bon en ouvrant la porte de la salle de bain c' est supportable. Ouvrons la fenêtre oups non vaut mieux la refermer vu le bruit de la circulation. Heureusement la salle de bain est grande et agréable. Ah mon voisin est rentré Je l' entends faire pipi tiens maintenant il prends une douche il est environ minuit. Le lendemain 7h30 alarme incendie sonnerie pendant cinq minutes. Je descends me renseigner c'est rien juste un petit problème en cuisine. Je retourne me coucher chouette encore cinq minutes d'alarme incendie. J'essaie de me rendormir Je tourne je vire finalement Je vais prendre mon petit déjeuner. On me demande si j' ai pu me rendormir. NON. Pas d' excuses juste un on aurait préféré que ça se passe à DIX heures. ... Au moment de la note on m'offre le petit déjeuner pour calmer ma mauvaise humeur me dit on . Je reste de mauvaise humeur Je ne reviendrais pas dans cet hôtel.
