Reception tried to take payment 2 days before we arrived. She said if i wasnt here today before 3pm, she would relet the room. It clearly said on my receipt, pay at hotel. When we arrived, no smile or welcome. Such a shame.

This hotel is part of the inter hotel chain, but rather like the Best Western chain each hotel seems independent from one another. This one is small enough to make you fee like a guest, there are around 30-35 rooms.
The facilities are what you would expect from a three-star hotel and although we did not take breakfast/petit dejeuner in the hotel, it always looked quite reasonable.
What I felt sets the hotel apart was the room was very comfortable (we just had a standard room without sea view) and the staff are very friendly. I would not hesitate to stop here again if traveling to this region of France.

Le personnel est adorable. Mais je suis un peu mitigé pour un Best western je m’attendais à mieux. La literie est très ferme. La salle de bain est assez vieille et pas hyper propre (quelques poils) et la porte de douche ne se fermait pas bien il y avait un jour assez conséquent. Les murs sont du papier on entend absolument tout. J’ai bien aimé le petit déjeuner très complet mais pareil la salle est petite, et elle donne sur la rue.

Nous sommes arrivés dans un contexte covid, peu de clients .
Chambre microscopique, décoration très moyenne, finition bas de gamme , peinture écaillée sur le bas du mur, lumière du couloir qui passait sous la porte.
Plutôt que nous proposer de payer un supplement pour une vue mer , vu que l hôtel était quasi vide, on aurait pu nous offrir une chambre de meilleure qualité gratuitement .
