The hotel was nothing like the kind of hotel I thought I had chosen from the photos and the description on your site. It had very narrow dark windy stairs unsuitable for anyone who is even slightly claustrophobic or anyone with mobility issues. There was absolutely nowhere to sit in the “hotel” as the dining area had a timer the lights went off every 20 seconds or so. The so called outside terrace was in fact also not lighted and was in front of the three downstairs rooms so felt like we were sitting in someone else’s space. There was no air con at all not even a fan. No access to water not even a bottle of water left in the room as I would expect at the very least from a so called 3 star hotel. We hated it so much that even though we paid for 5 nights we checked out after 3 nights and cut our losses we have never had to do this before. The only thing that was good about it was the shower. The toilet which is separate was awful- we aren’t really tall people, but if we closed the door our knees were against the door. I did not sleep for the entire 3 nights that I stayed there. The location is okay as the beach was just across the road the only accurate information on your site. We were so disappointed with this “hotel”. I think it should be marketed as a hostel. The internet kept going on and off as well. Bus stop nearby to all the beaches. The only food option was breakfast but too expensive for us we went to a lovely cafe called the Forum 10 mins away. Hated our stay there

Une chambre agréable avec un balcon donnant sur un petit jardinet, calme. Personnel agréable et accueillant. Emplacement parfait pour rejoindre le centre à pieds en quelques minutes. La plage est accessible devant l'hôtel. Possibilité de se garer sur la rue devant l'hôtel. Une belle découverte.

Petit déjeuner de qualité, fruits frais, croissant frais, pain frais,... Rien à redire

Seul petit hic, malgré de bonnes fenêtres,on entend quand-même la circulation des voitures du boulevard de la plage.
Mais on pourrait tout à fait revenir dans cet hôtel, qui a plein d'atouts !

Accueil très sympa et idéalement placé !

Sejour agréable.
Emplacement au top, la rue à traverser pour être sur la plage et à proximité du centre.
Chambre confortable, seul bémol il n'y a ni table, ni chaise... mais nous n'étions pas là pour travailler.
Petit-déjeuner au top !
Et surtout personnel sympa et très accueillant.

Idéalement situé, charmant hôtel à dimension familiale à la propreté irréprochable. Accueil très sympatique. Excellent petit déjeuner. Pas de problème de parking hors saison, sans doute un peu plus difficile les deux mois d'été.

Bon hôtel bien situé !

Bon emplacement pour ce petit hôtel face à la mer à proximité de tout. Le personnel est très agréable. Le patron est un homme charmant qui sert les cafés au petit déjeuner qui d’ailleurs est très copieux. C’est une bonne adresse pour passer un week-end à Royan.

Emplacement très accessible de la gare et face à la mer. La chambre est confortable, literie impecable, accueil très sympathique.
Juste attention escalier pour accéder aux chambres sur 2 étages. Pas un soucis pour moi.

Bon séjour, chambre correct, de la place dans la sdb autour du lavabo pour poser les affaires un gros plus.
Bémol : petit lit d’1m40 seulement, pas de climatisation juste un ventilateur/rafraîchisseur d’air, donc très chaud dans la chambre et mal dormi
