We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel location is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The rooms are comfortable and everything was well looked after. Mr. Johnny from FB was very nice and kind, always making sure we had what we needed. His friendly service made our stay even more special. We would be happy to come back again.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel and staff were nice and professional. However, the only downside was our experience at the breakfast noodle bar. The staff member there was not friendly and appeared unhappy to be working, which left a negative impression. We hope the hotel management takes note of this, as such interactions can affect the overall guest experience and the hotel’s brand reputation.

Quiet location with great pool facilities. 2 pools , both with zero edge , point out to the sea. The breakfast buffet is first rate with many choices. Beach is not too swimmable as you need to go out 200 to 300 meters to reach a depth to your shoulder.

Enjoyed the beachfront access and had an enjoyable stay. We had some features in the room that was not functioning upon check in but was fixed once we raised a maintenance request.
The staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating.
Very accessible for those travelling with senior citizens.
Overall really great holiday and will return in future!

Stayed in an expensive pool suite... the outdoor area is in need of maintenance around the private pool. Unfortunately there was a festival on for two nights ..so banging of drums to Midnight .. not good when you pay around 30,000 bht per night !! . But not the hotels fault . Having no movie channel and having to use your own Netflix account to get anything was poor.

The property is a 10/10 with beautiful views of the ocean.
The beach is a bit dirty with plastic and seweed on the beach.
The staff are amazing and friendly. The food is great but limited options s for a longer stay. We stayed 5 days.
The surface at the pool was a bit weird. They never came around to see if you wanted anything. When you went to the bar they made you feel bad for coming to the bar and said go back to your seat and we will bring it to you.
Overall, the really beautiful and I would recommend it

Beautiful resort but nothing much in it’s vicinity. If you are here, be prepared to stay and enjoy the resort in it’s entirety. That said it has a great beach view, good food, and awesome staff, so not a hard thing to do by all means, hence the overall 5 stars

Missing some toilette set and no extra toilet paper in the bathroom. There was a commode drainage issue. Pillows were too soft. I liked it more in the past when they had Friday dinner buffet. This time they just have Saturday dinner buffet only.

I would like to thank all the staffs of Renaissance Pattaya. My sister and I had the best hotel stay ever.
The service here has really set the standards higher for what to expect in a 5-star hotel.
When we first checked in for the night, the room's aircon was faulty. However, it was resolved quickly by changing our rooms. It was solved in 10 minutes.
We came to Pattaya for the Rolling loud event; the hotel has a team specially for navigation/limousine. They helped us to settle our transportation back and forth and tried their best to help us with the bad traffic. I personally feel that the navigation team will go to the extra mile for their guests and have done way more than their job scope. One of the example, the hotel's spa was fully booked after the concert and the team even helped to contact other spas/ massage parlor to get a slot for us. Once done, they even offer to book a limousine to the place and buggy ride to fetch us from our room. All of this was initiated by the staff and I truly felt pampered throughout my stay. I would like to specially thank Ti and all of the navigation team (sadly, I didn't manage to get all their names) for their warmest hospitality and helping us with every request. The Reception team was also very patient and friendly and helped us in any way they can. It was the little details that elevated the experience here! I genuinely love their service!I cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you Renaissance Pattaya for this wonderful stay!

Great resort in a great location. Situated outside of Pattaya city, super quiet and secluded. Resort does haven’t too many rooms so it helps with the traffic within the resort. Easily enjoy the resort without to having to run into other guest all the time. Enough space to spread out and enjoy the various parts of the resort.

The property is subtly displayed on multiple levels leading down to the sea. Infinity pools and an avenue of trees lead your eye from the lobby out to the waiting ocean. The staff are attentive, knowledgeable and so kind and nothing appears to be a problem. The evening restaurant was a delight with a good selection of wines to accompany dishes, breakfast is a vast buffet style with a huge amount of choice. Special mention to Johnnie at breakfast who went and got everything I needed whilst I took in the surroundings. Already planning my return.

Services is bad. Requested services from the pool bar for a few times for 2 different days and didnt get it. It was just simple drink order, the staff didnt prepare the drinks and didnt come bother to come back and take the order. The room have big cracks on the wall. It wasnt pleasant looking. Hotel is overated as 5 star hotel.

Great hotel, helpful staff, decent, quiet location off the main drag. Two tiered pools overlooking the sea, comfortable rooms with delightul bathrooms and fittings. Even the basic room is sufficient and provides nice easterly views over the countryside and little conical hills. Smaller bed than I was expecting but it was adequate. Several dining options in-house. Recommended.

I was told no free WiFi at check in but my booking said is included. Staff explained only free for the public area. Then I asked again at night then another staff gave me password in room. Shower got a funny smell. Ocean view room not worth it as there’s a building in front. Beach has no chairs as shown in internet. No frequent shuttle bus and was fully booked. There’re 250 rooms but shuttle bus only sit 10.

Nice resort catering mainly for an upscale solo Asian clientele along with a few westerners.
Pool access room was nice, the breakfast was good and the staff helpful.
This end of Jomtien area seem to be developping a lot these days but I think that having your own car is a must still for this location.
I will probably come back for a family stay as they offer activities and nice pools.

The hotel is quiet. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The staff are friendly and helpful especially the person who checked in. We paid additional for the upgrade but when we arrived the room was not ready. The check in staff asked us to enjoy the drink at the hotel bar. The breakfast is good.

Renaissance Pattaya - great resort

this was a really nice and new resort - it catered well for our young family.

Kids club was great out 3year old love it and wanted us to go every day - they have good clean in door toys and play area - crafty things to do daily and they also had a very clean outdoor area with 2 sand pit play benches area and a big out door climbing area with 2 slides.

The main pool was great and not crowded with a little water playground for kids to play in with day beds for adults to relax and supervise the kids.

The onsite restaurant that over looked the beach had really nice food but a bit over priced even by my standards - the other main restaurant was well priced for the main menu items and that's where we ate most other nights. Worth mentioning that the quality of food even for room services was high quality and good portions meaning good value we thought.

the day spa was also great my wife and I had really good massages and slightly cheaper than back in Australia.

I stayed in deluxe room with balcony, the sea view is very nice. it’s great and comfortable to enjoy the sunset view when u sitting in the balcony. The room is so big and very clean. The only problem is that the hotel location is not good, it takes 20-30 mins to go to Pattaya city center by taxi.

Très bel hôtel familial loin du centre de Pattaya,chambre spacieuse,confortable et propre.Le personnel est charmant.La nourriture et les petits déjeuner très bon avec une mention spéciale pour le chef pâtissier français qui fait de merveilleux gâteaux et de très bons pains.Le plus de l’hôtel est la belle piscine face à la mer réservée aux adultes,il y en a une très belle où les enfants sont acceptés avec des jeux d’eau à côté.Petite remarque pour la piscine adulte écrire en chinois l’interdiction pour les enfants car ces touristes ne lisent pas toujours l’anglais.

デポジットの戻りは15日ぐらいかかると、、言われた。これはおかしいと思う。

I recently stayed at the Renaissance Pattaya Resort & Spa and had a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with modern and spacious rooms that are well-maintained and comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was the stunning pool area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes and dietary requirements. The staff at the hotel were exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and always eager to assist with any requests. Their hospitality truly made my stay more enjoyable.

One thing to note is that the hotel is not located near the main attractions or the city center of Pattaya. You will need to arrange transportation, such as a taxi, to explore the city and participate in activities. Despite this, the serene and peaceful location of the hotel provides a wonderful escape from the hustle and bustle of Pattaya. Overall, I would highly recommend the Renaissance Pattaya Resort & Spa for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Nice resort with a remote location

It is a nice and relaxing resort with a small private beach. Our room was closer to the end of the pool, there’s buggy service taking you to in and out your room from hotel lobby if you don’t want to walk under extreme hot weather.
Room was very nice and spacious with welcome fruit and there’s enough complimentary bottle water replenish daily for our family room.
The room is in good condition overall except the bathroom is a bit dated and you can see mould in the shower room and tap around the sink. The shower room has an odor and we have to run the shower for a bit to wash that smell off each time before using it.
Restaurant serve a good variety of breakfast selection. We didn’t get the to try the restaurant - Pebble as it was fully booked throughout our stay.
Hotel location isn’t ideal, as you would expect the closest 7-11 is 900m away without any shelter throughout the walk, no other shops or facilities nearby.
I booked here for 2 nights stay before moving to the busy part of Pattaya. I still find it enjoyable and our family had a wonderful stay, we spent most of our time by the poolside

ที่พักสะอาด มีเตียงเด็กให้เป็นแบบ playpen ลูกอายุ 11 เดือน(9 กก.) นอนได้สบายและใช้เป็นที่เล่นตอนกลางวันได้ อาหารเช้าหมุนเวียนดี อยู่ 3 วันไม่รู้สึกเบื่อ ครัวกลางยินดีให้ฝากอาหารเด็กแช่ฟรีซและอุ่นให้ทุกมื้อ พร้อมนำมาเสิร์ฟระหว่างบุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้า line อาหารเช้ามีตัวเลือกสำหรับผู้ที่ทานมังสวิรัตที่เพียงพอ (นมถั่วเหลือง นมโอ๊ต มาการีน sourdough ผัก ผลไม้ น้ำสลัดซีอิ๊วและอาหารที่ทำจากผักจำนวนมากเพียงพอให้อยู่ 3 วันไม่เบื่อ) สระว่ายน้ำใหญ่ ไม่แออัด การ check in และ clear บิลราบรื่นออกใบกำกับได้อย่างเรียบร้อย สระเด็กเหมาะกับเด็กวัย 0-24 เดือนมากๆเล่นกำลังสนุก วิวสวยจริง หาดทรายยาวเดินเล่นได้ ทรายไม่ได้ละเอียดเท่าฝั่งหัวหินแต่ก็ไม่มีหินและเปลือกหอยที่เป็นอันตรายต่อเด็ก 11 เดือน

It's awesome staying in this hotel. Decoration is modern style less is more. All staffs are very friendly and 100% services mind. Breakfast is lots and lots.
Just 2 things to complain
1) the pillows are too solf.
2) sea water in the front of the hotel is quite poor.
