location is difficult to find. the address needs to be updated. had ended up at a different address with same name. called and gave me proper directions stating this happens all the time.
great amenities, however and very close to vetta spa and ski hills. Kitchen was well stocked.

It was a great place and we really enjoyed our time. Our only concern was that when the door handle on the unit was push down it opened even if it locked which worried us for our curious toddles. Maybe adding in an additional lock at the top or something to stop the door from opening/unlocking when pulled down. Aside from that 10/10. See you next winter!

The room was larger then expected, the jacuzzi tub was very clean, the fire place was a lovely touch, the kitchen was great as well. Well stocked with kitchen and cooking supplies. If you are bringing your own coffee bring coffee filters, and also bring salt and pepper If youre doing any cooking.
Lots of towels, the bed was comfy and good pillows. All in all an excellent stay. The indoor pool was great too!

We came during off season and it was the best, barely anyone there.

we love the location. we've stayed here multiple times when we go to Vetta spa. it's right across the street from Vetta spa. it has a huge pool and hot tub. the staff is very kind and friendly. the room is spacious yet cozy, and we love watching the skier's from our balcony. great place to stay.

Stayed here for 2 nights for quick weekend getaway with my family. Our room was well equipped with a fully stocked kitchenette, stocked with cutlery, toaster, kettle, microwave and a blender. The room itself although clean was dated. My kids slept on the sofa bed but the mattress was slanted and seemed worn out. The TV was also unusually small and could use an update. The pool & hot tub were well kept.

Your staff named “Sarà” was entirely unprofessional and not friendly. I checked out this morning, I asked for my printed invoice & payment receipt … she said I will è-mail it to you today. She never did!
She would not give me a printed copy. She left at 4:00 pm with no instructions to send my invoice to me. I had to call and spoke to Mia and she sent it in 3 seconds. Why is Sarah the manager?? I would not hire her in my establishment.

Great location. Have stayed here 10+ times but service is sadly declining. Disappointed to see a new charge to use unit laundry. For 8 adults over 3 days we did not have adequate dish soap or bedding or towels. We had to request these items. Dirty bedding/food in sofa bed. Furnishings damaged. Desk staff appeared annoyed at request for early check in. Just not as cheery and well-appointed as we have come to expect over the past few years. We still had a great vacation. Love the spacious adjoined unit.

There was no cleaning service during our sta and we requested rooms close together and no attempt was made to accommodate. We checked in early and all the rooms around us were still empty, but they would give us three rooms on the same floor. All the rooms were identical, so it wouldn’t have been difficult but front desk didn’t want to make the effort. The tv remotes didn’t work and the coffee in the rooms was watery and AWFUL!

Our unit was very spacious and clean. The bed and pull-out couch were comfortable, and the kitchen had all of the plates, cookware etc that we needed. The interior does need updating as the carpet, furniture and wallpaper are quite dated, but we were definitely comfortable and enjoyed the fireplace and deck. We enjoyed being able to ski right out from beside one of the other units. My kids enjoyed playing in the games room and pool, however the pool and hot tub need to be cleaned (there was mold in both). Overall, the resort was quiet and a great value. We would stay here again.

The room was nice and clean until we pulled out the couch bed and noticed it was full of crumbs! Of course it was past 10pm no one was available brought the kids to the pool it was mediocre but the jacuzzi was filthy and the jets did not work all in all the stay was quite disappointing

Got to the resort and asked to be moved to be closer to our family but didn’t get out in the same block even though the room next to my sister was vacant. Room was clean, coffee sucked. Had microwave and toaster but no other things cooking with. No restraunts on site so had to go next door.

Pool was clean but kiddie pool was closed.
Over all stay was fine

The room was absolutely amazing. Loved the jacuzzi tub, fire place and balcony. Reasonably priced.

My only complaint is I was super disappointed to find out the hot tub wasn’t operational, as that was a huge factor in picking this hotel. I imagine that’s the case for many guests being right by the ski resorts. Definitely should inform guests when a main amenity advertised won’t be available so other arrangements can be made if they choose.

We loved the suite, it was like a little apartment! Clean and had everything we needed. The only thing we weren’t super fond of was we had to keep going to front desk to ask for toilet paper and towels since there was no maid service to bring us any. We would continuously have the ‘Service Please’ sign hanging on the door and nobody ever came to clean or take the garbage out or give towels/tp during our 5 day stay….Other than that, it was an amazing visit and we would love to come back!!

Such an amazing experience. Room was clean, staff was so professional and polite. But the best part after our check out when we reached home we realized we left two of our sunglasses and our uggs in our room. I got a call from a staff member letting us know that we forgot a few items and that they would be keeping it aside for us so we could pick it up later this week. The staffs honesty and kindness is so appreciated and for that reason I would recommend staying here. Thank you Carriage Ridge Staff. :)

I stayed over the weekend, Saturday to Sunday. As for the hotel or resort, friendliness is something I take for granted, and in that regard, I was satisfied.
The problem was the cleanliness. Isn’t that supposed to be a basic standard, too?
It seemed like the sofa bed had never been checked — there were not just one or two stains, but several large ones. I wonder if a resort can really charge guests while leaving things in that condition.
If you plan to use the sofa bed, I strongly recommend checking it first. However, be aware that the resort might not be able to change your room if they’re fully booked.

The resort room is fine, but the room wasn’t too clean, quite a few buds can be found on the bathtub, and inside the sofa bed. It was not pleasant. The staff wasn’t too friendly either, I believe her name is Sarah, I trust that she is the management staff but she was blunt despite I understand there was certain policy for the hotel. I think she could have use a more friendly tone instead of creating not too positive impression for customer. Also, I was talking with the front desk agent, the agent did not even say a word and she stood at the back and throw all her words. I wasn’t too pleased with the attitude. I was in the field for many years and it could have done different or at least with some smile and talk politely. Also, my initial booking was with the direct phone agent, which they charge me in USD, but when I did the cancellation, my bank charge me extra service charge despite their refund the USD back to me, but I wasn’t been told while I made that reservation that I will be charged in USD. Anyhow, I wasn’t having a pleasant experience either.
I would reconsider if we would stay at this resort again.

The room was clean and everything worked. It is a little dated and worn but for our needs it was great. Although we could walk and return from the ski hill you needed to bush wack 30 feet through the snow to get to the hill. We did not use the exercise room or pool but it looked good and was available. It is a five minutes from the Vetta Spa which we used and enjoyed. We would stay again for a similar getaway.

We were coming in from a distance so we arrived early for check in. The room was ready so they allowed us in! The room was very clean, exactly the room I booked and paid for, great amenities including the pool and hot tub in the club house. The property does a fantastic job of clearing snow off sidewalks and making sure parking is accessible. Second visit to this complex and we'll be back again.

We had no idea we were booking a ski type resort hotel stay! It was such a pleasant surprise, our hockey tournament weekend felt like a little getaway for once. Based right at the bottom of the ski hill, very cool to see. We appreciated the propane fire pit on Saturday for somewhere cozy to have a drink.

The staff were very friendly, the amenities and location were very good but one thing was the room. We found a sock under a drawer, a skittle under the bed, and doritos in the couch/bed. We also found a box of old pastries inside the kitchen cabinent. There was also a bunch of random cables in the tv set. Room could be more cleaner but overall it was lovely place, I will definitely go again.
