Amazing hotel, would have no reservations recommending or to visit again. Breakfast is incredible and service is impeccable. The team overseeing the breakfast are a credit to this hotel. Pool and views of the sea are stunning. Room spotlessly clean. Pool bar fab. All the restaurants close by or associated with the hotel are magnificent.

The hotel beach is great for snorkling. A lot of rocks to snorkl around. Takes about 5 min to walk down to beach or golf cart comes every hour to go down and ride back. Friendly staff.

Our daughter’s wedding at the Grecian Park Hotel this past week was nothing short of magical—and we owe so much of that to the incredible Ms. Koula Petrou, the hotel’s Event and Wedding Manager.

From our very first meeting over a year ago, Koula has been the epitome of professionalism, grace, and meticulous attention to detail. Planning a destination wedding from New York with 232 guests was no small feat, but Koula made it feel effortless. Her calm demeanor, creative ideas, and problem-solving skills ensured that every single aspect of the wedding was executed to perfection.

Our guests were absolutely blown away. Every person felt welcomed, cared for, and truly part of something special. The hotel staff was exceptional—courteous, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. From the ceremony setup to the Cliff Bar reception, everything was seamless. What a beautiful, peaceful, modern yet old fashioned in a 5* way hotel. The service and food (breakfasts, lunch and dinner) were of great variety and high quality. And the staff were all just so polite, so friendly, unassuming, and both kept their distance and provided attention to exactly the extent required.

For anyone travelling alone here, I’m am sure like I, you will find this a friendly, tranquil and welcoming place to be.

I cannot fault anything or anyone and would give 10* across the board if I could!

We had a family room which was lovely. Breakfast was great. The walk to the beach is a good work out down lots of steps or there is a buggy that can drop you down. The fish restaurant next to the hotel is incredible !

Lovely hotel, fantastic views over the beach and sea, excellent pool and sunbed area, with really guick bar service to your sunbed.
Breakfast had a big choice and was well layed out!
Food throughout the day superb, but evening meal was very disappointing, not much choice and only lukewarm!
Rooms are nice size with balcony overlooking the pool & sea.
Recommend a visit to the Ravioli italian restaurant and the cliff bar, both of which are superb.
Staff really friendly and very helpful.
We had half board, but would go bed & breakfast in future.
Will definitely stay ther again!

I went with my husband and 4 year old son and we had a very pleasant and relaxing vacation on the pool. The hotel had everything and we only went out at night to go the fun park and the shops street (using the bus and the the bus stop being right outside the hotel was very convenient). If you’ve booked the half board just be ready to wear a trouser in the restaurant for dinner (men only). The pool os a dream and my son had a great time since it is not all deep waters. Food is amazing!!

This is a lovely hotel with great facilities the food is a la carte cuisine. The only down side is the staff in the restaurant of an evening rush you with your meal. As soon as you finished your course the next one was served it didn’t give you time to enjoy the food or the entertainment.

We had 4 nights in an executive room (great room with well sized balcony/ terrace) and extended to stay in a second floor suite.

Spacious, comfortable, well furnished room & terrace.

Food has been impeccable and varied all week. Although we’ve eaten more than we ever would, normally!

Great service from all of the hardworking staff. Always attentive and friendly in the testing Cyprus summer temperatures!

Relaxing hotel with stunning views of Konnos bay and access to nature trails in both directions along the coastline.

Great pool with varying depths from paddling up to 2.1m

Would be nice to have happy hour at more than one of the bars. But half price cocktails are always welcome!

Ice machine on 2nd & 3rd floor. Ironing room on 2nd floor.

Very well equipped and air conditioned gym, although slightly small when more than a few people exercising. Would be nice to access before breakfast time, but it is serviced by staff so would mean even longer hours for them.

One thing we liked about a nearby hotel was water fountains to refil water bottles, for both value for money and sustainability. That would be great to see here too.

Immaculate, fresh & tasty food. Great value lunch and dinner menus. My wife would have liked some more choice on the lunch menu (for a week ), but there was a good variety (filling too)

There was always some form of entertainment with the evening meal.

Hard working, yet always pleasant and friendly staff.

We’re lucky to live here and eat plenty of souvlaki but it would be nice for the bbq lunch to be included in full board.

No bother choosing a sun lounger in July, even after breakfast.

Choice at breakfast is also brilliant. Both healthy and/ or indulgent.

We had an executive room with a large terrace which was very comfortable. It was straight out of the lift / staircase from the dining room. There was no ice machine on the first floor, that we spotted but there is one on the second & third floor.

We did t need it but last time we stayed there was an ironing room, which is useful.

Overall a very relaxing and indulgent stay.

Look forward to returning to our favourite spot!

Really liked the facilities, the staff was friendly but sometimes it was hard to communicate. I speak English and Greek very well but couldn’t way the same for all staff. Nevertheless if a mistake was made with an order it was corrected immediately. The pool at times seemed not very clean probably due to some windy days. Overall we loved our stay but my main issue was access to the beach. The hotel offers a ride in a golf cart every hour but the limited seats meant waiting time which sometimes wasn’t did not have.
Overall a great experience for people who just want to lay by the pool and don’t really care about the easiest access to the beach.

Absolutely Disappointing and Misleading, Not Even Close to a Five-Star Experience

I recently endured a miserable two-night stay at this hotel, which was falsely advertised as a five-star establishment. The reality was far from it, leaving me feeling cheated and frustrated.

The rooms were utterly basic, with an all-white decor that highlighted the disgusting discoloration on the furniture. The lack of direct beach access was a major inconvenience, forcing us to trek 300 steps down to a crowded public beach with no amenities. Forget about reserving beds or enjoying food and drink service; the beach was overrun from morning till night.

The return trip to the hotel was equally frustrating, as we had to rely on an unreliable golf cart shuttle that rarely ran on schedule, we had to walk 300 steps back up. The hotel staff was unhelpful and seemed indifferent to our concerns.

We ended up having to drive to other public beaches or pay to use the private beach at the Grecian Bay Hotel, which was also a mediocre experience. The whole situation felt like a bait-and-switch, as we had been led to believe we were booking a luxurious beachfront stay.

Overall, this hotel is grossly overpriced for what it offers. The amenities are subpar, the staff is unhelpful, and the entire experience was misleading and disappointing. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and will certainly never return.

One of the best hotels I have ever been too. Excellent service, rooms functional and spotlessly clean, great facilities and courteous and helpful staff. Used their spa, pool, gym and restaurants. Very happy indeed.

Stayed full board. Great variety offered for all meals. Must underline the great location of the hotel, above the stunning Konnos beach, one of the best on the island.

Yes, it is on the pricey side but considering the location, services offered and the fact that it was high season it was definitely worth it.

In particular, we want to extend our appreciation to Antonia and Antonis from the restaurant. Their friendliness and professionalism have left a lasting impression, contributing significantly to our overall positive experience.

At Cliff Bar, Vasiliki and Vasilis are equally commendable. Vasiliki's warmth and friendliness have always made our visits to the bar enjoyable. Vasilis, in particular, is a key reason we continue to return to this hotel. His exceptional management skills, coupled with his friendly demeanor, greatly enhance the atmosphere and experience at the Cliff Bar.

Lastly, we want to acknowledge Ivan for his outstanding customer service. He impressively accommodated our request for a fruit platter at Asterias bar, demonstrating an exceptional commitment to guests' satisfaction.

While we immensely enjoyed our time at Asterias, we'd like to suggest the addition of more healthy options to the menu, specifically fruit platters. We believe this would greatly complement the existing offerings and cater to the health-conscious guests. It would be even more convenient if smaller portion options, such as a fruit platter for two, were available.

The views of Konnos bay are exceptional. The staff observed and enforced covid rules at the buffet breakfast which was nice to see. Breakfast was good and so was the quality and price of food in the pool restaurant. The reception staff was really helpful and tried to accommodate requests as best as they could. The hotel hairdressing service was very good.
The hotel needs maintainance but these happened in early morning with no regard to guests comfort ( lacquering of floors/ grass cutting. The first room we were given stank of stale drain pipes. We asked to have our room changed which happened swiftly.
The children’s play park looks dangerous with creaking wood structures and sun weathered rope structures. A lot of areas were dirty with equipment left lying there from previous functions. The cleaning of the room was suboptimal. Towels were changed but shampoo/gels not replenished. I appreciate the season had not started yet but you don’t expect to see these things in a 5star hotel. The cliff bar was not operational yet.
The pool was nice but is not heated and is cold in April. The pool beds were were not routinely cleaned between clients or at the end of the day. The towel policy ( one towel per person that the client collects by showing a card and then returns to collect the card) is not adding to a feeling of luxury.
The connection between hotel and the bay was not yet functional with no hotel owned beds/ umbrellas on the bay.

Great location, excellent buffet breakfast and evening meals were very good. Prices at the hotel (drinks, food, minibar) very reasonable.
A couple of supermarkets just a few mins walk away if you need the basics or water/snacks/booze.
Konnos Bay Beach is amazing, accessible by a 10 min walk down steep steps or transport by golf buggy (provided by the hotel). Small charge for sunbeds and umbrella on the beach (€2.50per item).
The pool is also excellent with plenty of space and available sunbeds.
It’s worth paying the extra for a sea view
The service is decent, despite some mistakes being made with our food orders, albeit quickly rectified.
Comfortable bed, however the only real criticism is the pillows. Why does a 5-star hotel provide such horribly uncomfortable (very large, incredibly firm) pillows. Which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. You can get nicer pillows for £5 in a supermarket!. Why not offer a selection of pillows, or provide a set of soft/medium/firm pillows for each room. It may seem like a small issue but when you are paying £200+ a night (HB) you expect 5* levels of comfort in all areas.

You have to pre-book to get a seat at either restaurant. ‘Sea view room’ had partially obstructed views. Staff were all friendly and welcoming and breakfast was good. Would come back, but would try somewhere else first.

Stayed here for four nights with my son. It’s a clean, well managed hotel with friendly staff and stunning views. The room was part sea part car park facing but not unpleasant. A good size for two. The breakfast is excellent, vast array of local and standard choice. Pool is clean and large. Gym is a decent size, typical of a hotel facility. Room was cleaned daily but also had a choice on whether to change towels and sheets everyday to help the environment which was a nice touch. I’ve stayed at 5* hotels and although close, the is more akin to a quality 4* but certainly worth the discounted price via Expedia. Will return.

Very nice and view as we had booked a sea view.
Staff is very helpful, room service and breakfast are both great.

However elevators are slow, shower drainage do not work properly, ac in the room doesnt work well either, the shower tray is 60cm wide so we could barely fit in it.

Perfect hotel for relaxing break with a beautiful pool area and beach within a few hundred metres. The staff are excellent; really attentive and really pleasant. Thoroughly enjoyed enjoyed our stay.

We liked the system at breakfast, no queue to enter, free seating, smartly dressed , helpful staff.
Someone needs to teach the chef how to make scrambled eggs and the serving staff , how to make an omelette.

Amazing hotel, great facilities and surrounding areas and stunning views. There is some obvious wear and tear but granted it’s not a brand new hotel. Also the cleaners didn’t seem to hoover / sweep our room when they made it up.

Average and a little dated. Friendly enough staff but not good value for money. Swearing Brits in the bar on arrival. Wouldn’t want to stay again

Nice hotel winding down for Winter

Nice hotel with great facilities.... Whole resort closes mid Novemeber, so it was a bit surreal being on of only a handful of guests but the experience was good.... Restaurants generally good.

Hotel is very nice and well situated. The walk to the beach is down a steep staircase (about 100 stairs) and the beach is well worth the effort. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

Great place with easy access to beach

Very close to the best beach in Cyprus, great staff, comfortable bed in a nice room. Large variety of breakfast foods and good restaurant food. Overall great experience. One downside could t work out how to turn on the bathroom light without turning on the bedroom light which was a little annoying at night.
