Friendly staff and clean, well designed rooms. The hotel is situated in a great part of town, just 10 minutes walk from the Duomo and directly adjacent to multiple train lines. Comfortable bed, a fully enclosed shower (not the European half glass wall) and a bidet. Only downside: the air conditioning is not turned on in the winter, combined with unseasonably warm temperatures meant for a warm room.

What they advertise the room to look like is nothing to what we actually got. They need to step it up big time. The place smelt like it was cleaned with a dirty mop. It served it purpose for what we needed but should have been way better it’s Milan after all.

Staff was amazing. It was our first trip to Milan so the staff was very helpful in recommending restaurants. Most of the staff spoke multiple languages (including English) so communication was easy. The on-site restaurant and bar was a nice place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The hotel was excellent—clean, well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Although, they will only give you one bottle of water per stay(not per night), no matter how many nights we booked. The breakfast was fantastic, worth the extra. The location was very convenient, whether using public transportation or exploring on foot.

Love the location. Our flight came in after midnight and they were very accommodating that late in the evening. There were a lot of hotels that didn't receive guests after a certain time, so that was a plus.
Breakfast was generous with a ton of fresh options.
Beautiful hotel, staff was great, and hotel was close enough to major landmarks. Would highly recommend it.

The hotel was generally very good. The room was lovely and breakfast was also very good.
The only thing that let it down was the bathroom. Although clean and modern, the sink plug didn't work properly. The shower was great to use but the door seals had gone so it required us to mop ups with the towel after use.

No roof top bar despite all the info on the hotel saying there was. The lift even advertised it! But not open unless private event was told.
Otherwise all good. typical city center hotel, clean and comfortable but nothing special.
Walk into the Duomo area was about 20 mins walk, ok for us, but maybe too far for others.
Area felt safe, even at night.

We stayed there twice over a 9 day period. The staff is exceptional and so is the quality and cleanliness of the rooms. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and spacious. I don’t know how my wife found the place….every other hotel I found was more expensive and didn’t look as nice online. This place was a find! If we’re ever in Milan again, we will surely stay here again!

The staff are all very warm and welcoming; more than happy to assist with navigation questions and recommendations. The room was clean and beautiful. The hotel is located in a quieter part of the city with beautiful views all around. It is close to shops and restaurants. We needed and iron but they o my had a steamer they immediately sent to our room. It was a great tool and a time saver! We paid for the daily breakfast and it was worth it. Coffee, espresso, fresh pastries, meats and cheeses, bacon, eggs, yogurt, fruits, juices, there was something for everyone. The cost was actually cheaper than many other hotels that were not as nice. It was at a great spot that is very walkable to most of the city. The only drawback was the location from the train station. We took an Uber for 30 euros to head to our next destination from the Milan Centrale Train Station. We highly recommend staying here if you travel to Milan.

Great stay in Milan - the hotel is very close to the main attractions in the city (which itself is very walkable), and also close to a tram station is this is the preferred way of getting around. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. I would recommend to anyone visiting Milan on a work/leisure trip.

The room (R5) is small and noisy (on ground floor, back of hotel near parking lot and lots of mechanical noise).

The \"bath towel\" was so small that it could neither be used to dry your back nor fit around one's waist (I am not a fatty). Even though there are signs all around the room yelling about how eco-friendly you should, the bathroom amenities are in wasteful little plastic bottles. The hotel gym doesn't even have paper cups to drink water, the man at front desk said unapologetically that it was wasteful and bad for the environment. If you didn't bring a water bottle with you, you cannot drink water at the gym? That's a first!

Bed (hard and thin, like a futon), pillows (thin, foam) and sheets (polyester?) make this a two star hotel at best. And one of those tiny corner showers that you cannot move in?

Bright spot: breakfast was tasty and the small gym had nice new machines by Technogym.

The experience of our stay at Bianca Maria can be rivaled only by the stunning attractions of Milano itself. The hotel was clean, cozy, and inviting to all. The staff were wonderful and helpful in our navigation of the city. The large windows in our room gave us a nice view of the outside world and brought plenty of light in.

Big window to the street below.
Location is good - 20 minute walk to the Duomo on main, lite streets. 5 minute walk to subway.
Staff is helpful, speak English.

We chose Bianca Maria for a 3 night stay in Milan. It is situated about 15 minutes (walk) from the centre which was something we were looking for. The hotel itself is clean, tidy, the staff are really helpful and friendly and the rooms although not massive had ample space and comfortable beds given the time we spent in the room. The bar / breakfast area is OK, the food very good with a great choice, the beers 9 euro's was about what we were expecting for a Milan city hotel. Food and drink prices in the city vary, the small side street bars and restaurants are a little cheaper and the food is just as good Milan city itself is I'd say a 2 day max. stay. We rented a car and went to an outlet village (50 minters), Como, Bellagio and Varenna and the San Sir. Without the car you can get around but the transport is going to eat into your time. One thing I would say about driving in Milan is that it is 'mad' there are no rules you just go, it didn't bother us but could be stressful if your a nervous driver. All in all 3 nights was spot on this allowed you to do the city and get to a few locations outside

One of worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Location very good, but awful beyond that. Room was tiny, not small, bathroom shower the size of a postage stamp, no shelf in shower to hold soap and whatever, room safe on floor of closet so that one needed to get on the floor to set and then use the safe, absolutely no room in room or bathroom to spread items out, and finally staff at front desk was less than friendly and courteous or helpful and sometimes seemed downright rude and annoyed. Recommendation: book elsewhere.

Nice hotel rooms were recently renovated into a modern rooms the public areas however are still looking like a hotel from the 70s and needs to be renovated staff was nice we had dinner in the restaurant below the food was below average and so was the breakfast coffee was not to the expected level for a hotel in Milan. The hotel is very well appointed, and we found it easily accessible from the station by a Number 9 tram, that passes on the street behind.
Only one thing missing for me was that there was no Tabasco at the breakfast buffet. I need Tabasco at breakfast to wake up jaded taste buds. Thank you.
