Their breakfast buffet is small but good. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are nice yet small. They do provide slippers, and a bathrobe. Great location and next to a great restaurant called El Carcinero.

Safe neighbourhood. Friendly helpful staff. Our room was big and very nice. Breakfast and service was excellent. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it. The walk to the Duomo was 15-20 minutes, but easy to get to. The next street over had lots of restaurants and stores.

The hotel is exceptionally beautiful. Both inside and out there is great attention to detail in decor and landscaping. The staff were really very nice, extremely helpful, and multilingual. Breakfast was ample and offered plenty of choice. The location was really convenient to the Centro Storico, while still allowing us to drive in and out without worrying about the ZTL. Parking was convenient. The only thing we didn’t love was that our “lake view” room, while technically true, was mostly obscured by a big tree right in the middle. It seemed a little bit of a stretch to call it a lake view but we still found it to be very nice. We’d certainly recommend this hotel to others.

Hotel and rooms are beautiful and great location. Walking distance to Duomo and fashion lane and great access to train stops. The major disappointment was they host a lot of private events in their bar and lounge which then excludes hotel guests from being able to access that outdoor space. Another disappointment was they did not respond to requests to clean shower drain. My husband flooded the bathroom twice by taking a 3 minute shower.

This is a wonderful hotel, clean and within walking distance to a lot of restaurants, shops and 15 min drive to the Milano Centrale train station. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We purchased breakfast and it is a good convenient option to get your day off to a good start. Would stay in this property again.

The hotel is conveniently located, the rooms were very nicely decorated and were very clean. The staff was very helpful in helping us navigate where we wanted to go. Breakfast had plenty to offer and was delicious. The bar also had a nice selection of drinks and the bar tender was very nice.

This hotel is 15-20 minutes from all the major, must-see, landmarks. They call you a taxi that arrives within 4-5 minutes. Plenty of restaurants around and the staff is the nicest and most accommodating that I've ever experienced. Loved their huge walk-in showers.

The room was clean but quite tight for 2 people. The bathroom lacked amenities and there should be a handle on the shower wall not the bi-fold shower door. Shower could have used more light as well. If you brought a large suitcase, it would have been extremely difficult to have found space for it. Other hotels had staff that after bringing up luggage, stayed and explained various room functions which this hotel did not.
Front desk personnel and restaurant and bar staff were very professional.

Everything was amazing! We enjoyed the area, lots of good restaurants nearby and close to all public transportation. The staff was helpful and kind. Breakfast was good but staff was slow to replenish eggs and hot food items. Loved the fresh cut up fruit!

We booked an exclusive room and were slightly surprised at the lack of size and layout. More importantly there was a humming noise from above that we found a distraction and disappointment even more so when we asked the Front Desk if we could move rooms to be met with a blunt response there were no rooms available and we would have to chase the following day, not expecting thus!!!! Needless to say they didn't follow this up with us and somewhat tainted our stay however great breakfast.

Friendly staff and clean, well designed rooms. The hotel is situated in a great part of town, just 10 minutes walk from the Duomo and directly adjacent to multiple train lines. Comfortable bed, a fully enclosed shower (not the European half glass wall) and a bidet. Only downside: the air conditioning is not turned on in the winter, combined with unseasonably warm temperatures meant for a warm room.

What they advertise the room to look like is nothing to what we actually got. They need to step it up big time. The place smelt like it was cleaned with a dirty mop. It served it purpose for what we needed but should have been way better it’s Milan after all.

Staff was amazing. It was our first trip to Milan so the staff was very helpful in recommending restaurants. Most of the staff spoke multiple languages (including English) so communication was easy. The on-site restaurant and bar was a nice place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The hotel was excellent—clean, well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Although, they will only give you one bottle of water per stay(not per night), no matter how many nights we booked. The breakfast was fantastic, worth the extra. The location was very convenient, whether using public transportation or exploring on foot.

Love the location. Our flight came in after midnight and they were very accommodating that late in the evening. There were a lot of hotels that didn't receive guests after a certain time, so that was a plus.
Breakfast was generous with a ton of fresh options.
Beautiful hotel, staff was great, and hotel was close enough to major landmarks. Would highly recommend it.

The hotel was generally very good. The room was lovely and breakfast was also very good.
The only thing that let it down was the bathroom. Although clean and modern, the sink plug didn't work properly. The shower was great to use but the door seals had gone so it required us to mop ups with the towel after use.

Otherwise all good. typical city center hotel, clean and comfortable but nothing special.
Walk into the Duomo area was about 20 mins walk, ok for us, but maybe too far for others.
Area felt safe, even at night.

We stayed there twice over a 9 day period. The staff is exceptional and so is the quality and cleanliness of the rooms. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and spacious. I don’t know how my wife found the place….every other hotel I found was more expensive and didn’t look as nice online. This place was a find! If we’re ever in Milan again, we will surely stay here again!

The staff are all very warm and welcoming; more than happy to assist with navigation questions and recommendations. The room was clean and beautiful. The hotel is located in a quieter part of the city with beautiful views all around. It is close to shops and restaurants. We needed and iron but they o my had a steamer they immediately sent to our room. It was a great tool and a time saver! We paid for the daily breakfast and it was worth it. Coffee, espresso, fresh pastries, meats and cheeses, bacon, eggs, yogurt, fruits, juices, there was something for everyone. The cost was actually cheaper than many other hotels that were not as nice. It was at a great spot that is very walkable to most of the city. The only drawback was the location from the train station. We took an Uber for 30 euros to head to our next destination from the Milan Centrale Train Station. We highly recommend staying here if you travel to Milan.

Great stay in Milan - the hotel is very close to the main attractions in the city (which itself is very walkable), and also close to a tram station is this is the preferred way of getting around. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. I would recommend to anyone visiting Milan on a work/leisure trip.

The room (R5) is small and noisy (on ground floor, back of hotel near parking lot and lots of mechanical noise).

The \"bath towel\" was so small that it could neither be used to dry your back nor fit around one's waist (I am not a fatty). Even though there are signs all around the room yelling about how eco-friendly you should, the bathroom amenities are in wasteful little plastic bottles. The hotel gym doesn't even have paper cups to drink water, the man at front desk said unapologetically that it was wasteful and bad for the environment. If you didn't bring a water bottle with you, you cannot drink water at the gym? That's a first!

Bed (hard and thin, like a futon), pillows (thin, foam) and sheets (polyester?) make this a two star hotel at best. And one of those tiny corner showers that you cannot move in?

Bright spot: breakfast was tasty and the small gym had nice new machines by Technogym.
