This is an excellent 2-star hotel. The location could not be better! It’s on a piazza; I walked everywhere; there’s a wonderful café on the same block, a prepared foods market across the street, and every other amenity you could want just a few minutes’ walk away. I felt very safe in the neighbourhood and in my room at all times. The room is simple, but newly-renovated and very clean. There’s an endless supply of drinking water and coffee and tea available downstairs 24/7. The staff is courteous and helpful. What more could you want?

Clean, tidy, comfy beds, free water and coffee. Perfect location with lots of great restaurants just round the corner. Beautiful cafe/pastry shop literally below the hotel too. 20 minute walk to the city centre. The bar nearby can be noisy at night so not suited for light sleepers.

Coffee machine and water taps (sparkling, room temp and chilled) available on the first floor. Communal areas well stocked and extremely clean and well kept. The 22 Marzo was a great hotel with plenty of options nearby for dining, shopping, or just hanging out, and it was within easy walking distance of the center of Milan.
The only feedback I’d give is that if you’re looking for a quiet stay, you might want to request a room on the opposite side, away from the park. The restaurant and bar on the main level can get quite lively with music and partying.

This hotel is a gem as it is only twenty minutes walk from the cathedral, you can also get the no 60 bus close by which goes there and also goes to the central FS train station. The room was fine, clean and overlooked the church at the side of the piazza. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I can't fault this hotel which was a good price. I would definitely stay there again.

The initial room we were allocated was full of mould, all around the window and behind the radiator, the bathroom also had mould in several areas and the extractor fan was unbelievably loud and just appeared to make noise and not extract anything. Although I did tell the staff about this and they moved us to a family room which was much cleaner and in better condition. The bed was really comfy and we were all in all happy with our stay. There was construction going on nearby so it was very loud though this is out of control of the hotel itself. I would recommend staying here for a budget night away, but the mould needs sorting in room 7.

La recente ristrutturazione rendono questo hotel essenziale ma pulito e accogliente. La posizione è eccellente e nei pressi dell'hotel ci sono ristoranti anche da asporto per ogni esigenza. Stayed in the newly renovated part. Nice rooms, bathrooms, small fridge, enough hangers for clothes, spacious and clean. Friendly and super positive staff, both at check-in, cleaning personnel and at check-out. Location is really practical. Walking distance to Duomo, tons of public transportation, really convenient if you are flying out of Linate airport. 24/7 access to complimentary coffee/tea/hot chocolate/water was a nice bonus.

O quarto era grande e muito confortável, o colchão delicioso e o chuveiro era ótimo também. A única questão é que a calefação do quarto estava muito alta, tentamos diminuir, foram até lá para tentar resolver, mas passamos muito calor dentro do quarto. Não serve café da manhã, mas possui uma máquina de café (que faz chocolate quente, cappuccino, etc) e um filtro com água com gás à vontade. Fica próximo de uma praça, tem muitos restaurantes e mercados próximos.

A estadia foi muito boa, o hotel é muito bem localizado, perto da estação de metrô, o bondinho passa na frente, a distância para o Duomo é de uns 20 minutos caminhando. O bairro é bem movimentado durante o dia todo e a noite. Os funcionários do hotel são muito atenciosos e a recepcionista que nos atendeu falava português.
