For the price you pay this hotel ticks all the boxes. The room is small, but you should not be spending a lot of time in there anyway. It was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was helpful and prompt and had a cute dog as well. The location is a little off from the metro, but the bus stop is close by. Plenty of cafes and places to eat in the area as well.

Close to transit to get into the city. The area around the hotel seemed safe. The hotel itself is average. My room only had a window in the bathroom which was fine. The one thing is the sound proofing! I could hear the conversation in the room next to me as if they were in bed with me and I don’t think they were speaking at a very loud volume. I could also hear their alarm this morning and the music word for word while they were getting ready. It wasn’t during quiet hours by any means but it was a bit of a shock. Very clean room though. Also found it a bit strange you had to leave your key at reception every time you left the property. They didn’t check ID when you come back either so I was originally given the key to the wrong room and had to correct the receptionist

The hotel was clean and in a quiet area. Easy to get to the Duomo on foot or by tram. We walked back at night and felt very safe. Serge helped us to check in and was very kind and helpful. He gave advice and suggestions that we valued and always greeted us with a smile. We did utilize the parking garage. It’s quite the squeeze to get in and out but we felt better knowing the car was in a safe space overnight. If we come back we wouldn’t say no to staying here again. And this hotel has had the best water pressure between France and Italy by far!

We stayed here on a part of a road trip through Italy. Staff were great and really accommodating we parked at the property (perfect for small cars , not suitable for range rovers) , parking was really safe , we had to leave the car keys at the front desk and when we left to visit milan we had to leave the room key at front desk too. The room was okay , it had a good shutter and comfy bed. Bathroom was abit used , shower seemed abit grubby and broken but it did the job. After staying in como, La spezia and more places in Italy on our road trip this was our most expensive hotel and wasn’t the best in comparison. Even still it’s a great location to visit the centre of Milan , we were in walking distance to the Duomo and had a great time !

Pleasant area and just 15 minutes from Linate
I had a pleasant stay there and I like that the location is not so busy. Although there are no metro stops nearby, it is generally still well connected by trams and buses. It helps that the hotel has an easy transport guide for guests. As I was flying out from Linate Airport, the location of the hotel makes it super convenient to get to Linate by taxi in 15 minutes. The complimentary snacks and drinks in the lobby every afternoon is a welcome touch.

Das Hotel war okay, die Sauberkeit ebenfalls. Das Hotelzimmer hatte alles, was es braucht. Es besass einen Safe, jedoch muss das Schloss vorher ohne Kosten bei der Rezeption bezogen werden. Die vorhandenen Parkplätze sind für 20€/Nacht vor Ort mietbar.
Wir empfanden den Service als enttäuschend, da Einige des Personals überhaupt nicht freundlich und hilfsbereit waren. Wir fühlten uns nicht willkommen.

Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht überein. Garageneinfahrt sehr eng, daher nicht geeignet für grössere Autos. Bad sehr eng und klein. Wollten etwas zu trinken bestellen, aber haben nicht bekommen. Es hat ein Safe im Zimmer, aber ohne Schloss!! Also nicht zu gebrauchen.
