The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was easy to find and close to the tram line for easy transportation to the city and also Linate Airport. The staff were really helpful and friendly. We needed a late check in due a severe flight delay and they provided clear instructions for us. Great communication.

Terrible stay. Money Scammed by the hotel if you can even call them that. Additionally the rooms were infested with bed bugs and my wife had a terrible allergic reaction to the bites. Bugs were everywhere. Donot book here. They promised a refund and scammed us a week later.

Although the location is a bit far from the center of Milan, there’s a bus that takes you into town in about 15 minutes. I stayed in the new section of the hotel and the room was very quiet and immuculate. The bed was large and comfortable and the tile work in the bathroom shower was enviable!

The room overall was extremely small, particularly the bathroom. The toilet paper and bath towels had to be kept outside the bathroom. Microscopic shower with a broken shower head. It was hot and they wouldn't turn the AC on the first night but I begged for AC for the 2nd night. Beds were so firm it was like sleeping on the floor. No elevator so we had to carry out luggage up flights of stairs. At least there was a tiny fridge to put drinks in. We tried to find a different hotel in the area but they were all sold out so we had to stay 2 nights. Desk clerk was extremely nice and they offer you wine if desired.

Didn't arrive at the hotel until after 6 PM. Given a first room (# 1) as you enter the hotel (was a house originally). Heavy door that made a lot of noise when entering and exiting. Fortunately I had ear plugs or I would have been disturbed whenever anyone used the door.

Our receptionist and host Camilla was amazing. She was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. She made our first stay in Italy very special and made my dog Phoenyx who is a seasoned traveller feel welcome too. I would 100% stay there again. Great location great host we had an awesome time 😁.

This hotel is in a private road which was nice and quiet. We were able to park our rented car right outside the entrance gate. Our aim was to visit the city centre and were advised that car parking is difficult and expensive, so having a safe place for our car worked very well. We then bought a bus/tram/metro pass and caught the bus approximately 100 metres from the hotel. The metro station Vittorio is about 7 minutes walk and we used that as well. The gentleman at reception was very friendly and helpful, even in using the TV to get the English language on some stations.The surrounding area had plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. We were offered a glass of wine at reception when checking in.

Hotel was in a good location between downtown and the Linate airport, although not much to see or do right around the hotel. Check-in and out went fine as the staff were very friendly and helpful with directions and suggestions of things to see and do. Also came with a complimentary glass of wine at check-in!! Room was clean and fairly large for what we're used to finding throughout most of Europe.

Easy to get to the centre of Milan by tram or bus. The room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom needed upgrading which we were told was happening shortly in the off season. The staff were very helpful giving us a map and telling us what bus or tram to get. The room was cleaned daily and linen changed every second day. Would stay again if we return to Milan.

Fantastic little gem - off the beaten path

Loved this little hotel! It was outside of the city center but only a short bus ride (that the VERY helpful young man that checked us in, helped us navigate). He also made some fantastic recommendations for restaurants and shopping. As soon as we checked in, we were treated to a glass of red wine. The rooms were clean and comfy. There was a pomegranate tree right outside our window.

Convenient to Linate Airport

Short, easy public bus (#73) ride from Milano Linate Airport. Room was very small and plain...but clean. Shower leaked onto bathroom floor; shower water changed from hot to cold at will. NO sound insulation from other rooms or from the hallway. Other guests made loud, disruptive noise by slamming doors, talking very loudly, and running up and down stairs - - until 3:00 AM!! Manager goes home at midnight. We slept little before our early flight home. We would not recommend this hotel to friends.

This is a quaint little hotel. The staff are friendly, the main areas are modern and well decorated. Our room was small but comfortable and don't let having a shared bathroom scare you. We didn't even see anyone else on our floor and it's only shared with one other room. The location was close to Linate Airport and there is a bus stop very close with line 73 that takes you right downtown or to the airport. We liked this much better than the metro!!! Plus you get a free glass of wine when you check in! I would recommend this hotel, it is a great value.

We stayed for a couple of nights here, having the supermarket so close was really good for us keeping our budget down. The staff were helpful and gave good information over a glass of wine on check-in. The trams, buses and metro were all less than 5 minutes away and got us in and out of the centre quickly. The room had a nice little balcony as well.

The room was a bit dated but perfectly clean and the bathroom was spotless even though we were sharing it. The hotel staff were friendly but we only met him at check-in. The hotel is basic with very few amenities and not much in the neighborhood. There is a supermarket near by, but no cafe/bars. A bit of a trek into the city centre but we didn't mind it, but wouldn't recommend it in the heat for the faint of heart! No air-con so prepare to sweat!!!

Was looking for an affordable place near the city centre. This fit the bill, but there were other options for around the same price that may have been a touch closer. Things that would have eimproved this stay: could hear a decent bit of road noise, but it was just sirens that disturbed our sleep. the shower in the shared bathroom was also just barely warm enough. Wifi signal was good though and the room and bathroom. We're both clean.

La notte non c'è nessuno in reception. Si tratta di una o più ville trasformate in hotel, non si sente rumore dalla strada ma il portone spesso viene chiuso rumorosamente

Das Hotel ist super sauber und ich hatte zusätzlich ein Balkon ! Ich habe aber auch ein superior Zimmer gebucht.
Das einzige was blöd ist, dass das Hotel nicht ganz so zentral ist. Man muss bis zum Zentrum mind. 2 mal umsteigen mit ÖPNV. Also man muss mit 35min Fahrweg rechnen. Mit dem Taxi ist es nciht so weit aber natürlich teurer.
Das Zimmer wurde auch täglich gereinigt. War alles schön sauber

Ad oggi non si sente altro che parlare di truffe e le app di prenotazione sono una tutela, nel momento in cui chiedete un pagamento con link la tutela viene meno oltre a non rispettare le condizioni di vendita proposte al momento della prenotazione!

Don't recommend!

The room we got, was bad to say the least.

Of course, no pictures of the room in the advertisement as you will not advertise the really cheap looking interior, the very old and damaged furniture or even the spider webs.

The doors and walls were so thin and the other guests stayed in the floors talking very loudly for hours with children crying and running in the corridors.

Considering the price as well, i cannot recommend the stay with a good conscience.

Excelente opción si quieres estar cerca del aeropuerto y a la vez del centro de la ciudad. Tiene muchas facilidades a pocos metros como supermercados y parada de buses. La atención del personal fue excelente y con mucha disposición. Instalaciones muy limpias y acogedoras.
El único problema fue el internet, por lo que si necesitas trabajar durante la estadía, asegúrate de tener buenos datos en el celular.

Un'esperienza che ha dell'incredibile.

Mia moglie mi prenota, pre-pagando, una stanza in questo hotel perché a breve distanza dal luogo in cui avrei lavorato.
Appena arrivo mi viene chiesta la carta di credito senza fornirmi alcuna informazione, dato che il conto era già stato pagato.
Vengo accompagnato nella \"stanza\" in una struttura esterna decisamente discutibile.
La stanza è maleodorante e appena decente.
Appoggio le borse e riesco subito per cena. Al mio rientro...la stanza era stata utilizzata! Letto sfatto e bagno sottosopra, asciugamani usati ovunque.
Cerco di parlare con la reception ma non c'è numero a cui qualcuno risponda dopo le 22.
Mi faccio venire a prendere da un collega e lascio la stanza, pensando che se avessi voluto dormire sul divano di un amico, ci avrei pensato da solo.

Il giorno dopo mia moglie fa presente la questione alla reception, dove un giovane signore molto cortese le assicura di parlare al titolare e farla richiamare.
Stiamo ancora aspettando. Evidentemente il titolare non ritiene sia necessario contattarci, non parliamo poi di rimborsarci…
Per concludere: è inaccettabile che nel 2023, nel centro di una città come Milano si incappi in strutture che millantino un servizio che non esiste e alla modica cifra di €130/notte senza colazione.
Questo, la gente onesta, lo chiama furto.

宿としては最低限のところですが、最低限は全て揃っているので、全く不便なところはありません。Wi-Fiもあります。

ヴェネツィアからの移動で夜遅くに到着しましたが、受付の人はとても親切に対応してくれました。ここからミラノ中央駅に行く時は、Republica？で乗り換えをせず歩いたほうが早いと言うことも教えていただき、大変助かりました。ドゥオーモまではバスで２０分くらい乗っていけば着きます。

Schönes kleines Zimmer mit Balkon. Es ist etwas hellhörig. Super Lage, ruhige Straße und doch zentral. Supermarkt und Restaurants direkt in der Nähe. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr freundlicher Service, sehr gerne wieder.
