I love cappuccinos!

From an easy check-in to a packed breakfast box upon early check-out, I was pleased I had chosen Boutique Hotel Dieci. They even offered me a 4 am cappuccino to go before I got the taxi for an early train to Assisi. The breakfasts were amazing and everyone on staff was cheerful and helpful.

The front desk staff gave 5 star service. The hotel was convenient for a 1 night stay. There is a lovely garden area and a nice breakfast. The room was clean, although the bathroom shower door did not close which cause there to be lots of water on the floor.

9 out of 10 for Hotel Dieci

We loved Hotel Dieci in Milan. The local bus stop is right across the street which can take you anywhere in Milan. The man who works at the desk at night is very kind. The breakfast is great with many options, much better than a continental breakfast in the US. Our room was perfect, with a refrigerator, a nice city view, and a very clean bathroom with fluffy towels and a hair dryer! They changed out our towels each day which was a nice perk.
The gentleman who works in the mornings isn’t the most helpful. He didn’t even look up or offer to help us with our bags, and there is a tall staircase at the entrance of the hotel. He also misinformed us about the buses, and had arranged our taxi ride to the airport and when it was running very late, he gave minimal updates and didn’t really care.

The woman who assists with the garden and restaurant is incredibly kind and hard working!

Very nice stay. Not a lot to do directly around the hotel, but good food and coffee is walkable. Metro station is about a 5 min walk down the road. Some front desk people are rude and not helpful. Breakfast was good.

Small shower but the best breakfast bar!

If you’re ok with a minimal size room with nothing extra, the single bed room is perfect. The shower was very small but it was just big enough for an average size guy.
The most impressive thing was the breakfast bar. Significantly better than any other hotel I stayed at in Italy. I highly recommend this for the value.

Slightly down-at-heel hotel in need of upgraded doors and floors but very clean with good quality bedding, peaceful and well-located. (It's very easy to get around the city from here on public transport, there are good supermarkets nearby, as well as restaurants and cafes). The buffet breakfast was varied, reasonable and pleasant (if not top quality) and the breakfast staff and cleaners were very nice.

Very nice hotel in Milan, well located 5 minutes walk from the Politecnico University and 10 minutes walk from PIOLA metro station. Room was very comfortable and quiet with excellent WiFi signal. Very good breakfast with a lot of choices. Staff very professional and kind. Highly recommended

A very nice hotel closed to Città Studi in Milan

Very nice hotel few minutes walk from Politecnico di Milano University. Room was very clean and quiet. Wifi worked very well. The breakfast was abuntant with a lot of choices. Staff very professioal and polite. Highly recommended.

Haven't seen the double rooms but the single room is as big as a closet. If you suffer from claustrophobia stay away.
Good location if you need to be near that part of the university. 30 minute walk to train station, about the same to city center.

Good for parking available on street and free of charge which is unheard of in milan so big advantage there.

Breakfast good by Italian standards good variety.

Lobby non-existent, everything pretty small. Price compared to other 4 star hotel is almost a third.
I paid 600 euro for 5 nights. 4 stars near station and in city center ranged from 1500 to 2250.

Nice hotel, easy to find

Primary reason for visit was business which is why I chose this hotel but I stayed extra days with my partner to see Milan. The hotel was easy to find, only a 10 to 15 minute walk from Piola Metro station on the green (M2) line. Our room was very clean and because we were at the back, quiet. Our room had a small terrace to sit outside on but unfortunately it was closed in around the sides so there was little natural light in the room. To the front is a main road so I expect front rooms may be noisy with the windows open. The only other negative was no kettle! Unusual these days. The hotel is in an old building near the centre of the city so the rooms are a little smaller than you might be expecting. Breakfast was typical continental fare with plenty of choice, both hot and cold as well as sweet, plus a good fresh fruit salad selection.
Be aware that the reception is below street level accessed by stairs so you will have to carry your luggage down. At least I couldn't see a lift there, although there is one of course to access the room floors. Over all I was happy with the hotel but be aware there is a €5 city tax, per person per night, to be paid on departure. This was more expensive than I was expecting. Of course I cannot blame the hotel for that.

Great hotel for Business on the east side

Close to many important transit hubs although a little to far from the subway (20 min walk - but there are taxis and buses right out front). Reviews are correct that Internet connection is very slow for those used to modern speeds. And if you are roaming from a US provider, don't expect your cell data service to pick up the slack.
Everything else is really great: comfortable, decent breakfast, clear, nice staff, good price.

This is a good hotel in the neighborhood of Milano Polytechnica, which was convenient for us, but not for sightseeing. Breakfast was merely OK (under-cooked hardboiled eggs -- could have used another egg option) and there's a flight of stairs down to reception. It's about a 10 minute walk to the metro.

Peaceful and Homely Hotel in Milan

Arriving at Hotel Dieci I was greeted with absolute courtesy and respect. Hotel resembles a traditional family hotel and this set the scene for my week long stay. My room was spotless and comfortable. The breakfast room is open from 7am to 10am and is well presented with a very large selection of fresh quality foods. Each room has its own air conditioning unit which you can control and the free wi-fi has excellent signal.

Why does this hotel have 4 stars?????

I had to stay here for a few nights alone and then with someone. The first nights was in the smallest room I ever seen. But still, I had a balcony to the back. The tv had no international news coverage. All American/English media is dubbed into Italian.

Late when I got company I had to move to another room witch had a faulty AC unit.(made a terribe noise, had me awake the whole night) Tried to talk to the staff on hand, but he did not care. And when I checked out I tried to get some money back, and all I got was \"We are so sorry, I should be fixed today\". Like that was going to help me. Some of the staff members seemed a little snotty for my likings.
The breakfast was okay, but dont expect anything continental here. The eggs was cooked rock solid.

I was staying in Milan for a night before my flight back. It is an expensive city so I was pleasantly surprised I could find this hotel as the Expo was on at the time. It was slightly expensive, but like I say, Milan is an expensive place, so about 110 euro a night is about the going rate. The chap at the front desk was especially helpful.

Overall really liked the hotel. Location is good with a 10-15 min walk from the metro Piola station.nearby eateries.
Inc buffet Breakfast was nicely stocked but didn't have any baked beans (needed something with sauce for my eggs and toast).
Can't believe they didn't have an Iron, only laundry service (next day) which is no good for ironing my shirt on the day,BYOI.
No kettle/tea in room but u can get drinks from reception.
WiFi slow but usable.

Great last minute booking

for $100 US, it was by far one of the best locations I've stayed in italy. negatives - The front desk guy was a little snooty and the location kind of sucks because it's about a 2.5 mile walk to the main areas of Milan, but positives - the breakfast was great (that guy was super friendly and deserves a raise), my room was clean, the internet worked very well, and it was priced very competitively. You can spend way to much money to stay in the middle of the fashion district or you can save some dollars by coming out to this area and taking the metro. an all day metro pass was 4.5 euros, so that was my tradeoff choice and i was happy with it. but i really enjoyed my stay here and would choose it again.

I knew about this hotel through a colleague in Milan, who had guests there before. It turned out that the rate for the room was better via Expedia than via the hotel's own web site.
The hotel is located in central Milan. It is nice and clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was good, with the bed, a desk (partly taken up by the TV) and a single chair, and a wardrobe. The bathroom (shower) was modern and clean. Altogether, I the room was practical but rather small (I had a \"superior\" room, so I wonder what a \"normal\" room would have been like -- no desk?). There is wired LAN access in the rooms (the reception has Ethernet cables) and there is a lounge with free wireless access. There is also public space for working. Overall, I think this is a good hotel for those on business or on holiday.

A pleasant experience.

A unique experience: a very friendly staff, enjoyable experience, good breakfast in an elegant and relaxing environment. The rooms are small but if you choose the double\" room there is more space; all is very clean and, more importantly,very quiet. I am glad I know now where to stay when I go to Milan.

La stanza era abbastanza spaziosa, pulita e comoda. In particolare il letto matrimoniale era molto grande ed è stato comodo far dormire nostro figlio di 10 mesi con noi. Molto carino anche il balcone. Unico neo, l'aria condizionata era molto forte anche al minimo. Colazione buona e varia. Per accedere ai piani superiori e alla sala colazione è necessario fare 5 gradini, poi c'è l'ascensore. Non è stato un problema ma magari per qualcuno può essere scomodo.

Typical Italian low budget hotel. Works for sleeping, but barely. Not able to adjust the temperature, so very warm room when warm outside.
The garbage bin was not emptied when I arrived.

About 10 min walk to Piola Metro Station.
Otherwise nothing worth your while in the neighborhood.

If you want to visit for a low cost only for sleep then go ahead if you don’t mind a warm room. I would recommend something else.

Ok Hotel med udmærket morgenmad, men lidt små værelser. I beskrivelsen står der gratis parkering tæt på hotel, men det er der ikke længere. Ved indtjekning havde jeg mistet mit pas og hotellet vil ikke acceptere mit kørekort, hvilket ikke er ok, da jeg er EU borger.

L'hotel è piccolo, un po' vecchio stile ma pulito ed ordinato.
la camera anche se piccina è comunque ben organizzata e non manca nulla (tranne il bidet come già notato in altre recensioni); la mia affacciava verso l'interno, quindi era molto silenziosa, ed aveva un grazioso terrazzino.
Colazione varia e ottima.
Personale eccezionalmente cortese, disponibile e gentile.
Comodo per politecnico e Corso Buenos Aires, l'hotel ha l'unica pecca di non avere parcheggio riservato, e nella zona non è proprio facile trovarne, in particolare la domenica sera visto che nella zona al mattino c'è mercato dalle 6,00.
A parte questo, trovare un luogo così tranquillo dove rientrare dopo una giornata nella frenetica città è stata una piacevole sorpresa.

L'hotel si trova in una posizione strategica, è molto vicino al Politecnico che si raggiunge facilmente a piedi e poco distante dal centro (Duomo). La fermata dell'autobus per raggiungere la zona centrale è proprio dietro l'albergo. La stanza, nonostante desse sulla strada principale, era molto ben insonorizzata. La colazione era molto varia e ricca. L'unica piccola pecca è la hall che si trova al piano interrato e quindi bisogna fare una piccola rampa di scale con la valigia e la dimensione della stanza, nel mio caso una singola, che era un po' piccola. Comunque il giudizio nel complesso è assolutamente positivo.

Ottimo hotel, senz'altro consigliato.

Hotel confortevole, con camere luminose, e bagni, spaziosi, in ottima posizione in Città Studi, e ben collegato al centro. Colazione ricca e varia. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. La rampa di scale per accedere alla reception, e la mancanza del bidet, si notano, ma sono dettagli che nulla tolgono alla positività del giudizio d'insieme.

E' la prima volta che in un albergo a 4 stelle non trovo il bidet in camera. Ho potuto anche constatare che mancava anche in altre camere. Alle mie rimostranze mi è stato risposto che è normale negli hotel a 4 stelle a Milano!!!!!!!.
Inoltre la camera singola che avevo prenotato era veramente piccola, angusta.( ho potuto verificare la stessa caratteristica in altre stanze.
Dopo insistenze ho dovuto cambiare altre 2 camere ( una delle quali era doppia e hanno avuto il coraggio di chiedermi la differenza ) per avere un sanitario che è di uso comune

朝ごはんがおいしい、こじんまりしたホテル

とにかく朝ごはんが豪華でおいしい。イタリアのいろいろなホテルに泊まった中で、朝ごはんが一番豪華だった！ホテルのフロントまで階段で下るので荷物を持っては大変だったのが少し残念だが、フロントスタッフがとてもいい人で運んでくださったりアドバイスくださったりして、こじんまりしているがいいホテルだと思います。

Hotel zona città studi

Utilizzato da me perché vicino all'ospedale oncologico. Chiesto due chiavi per turni in ospedale non è stato possibile averle. La persona alla reception ne gentile ne disponibile. Scomodo l'accesso bisogna scendere le scale . Camere piccole. Carino il terrazzino sul cortile interno.

従業員はフレンドリーな印象。
朝食は甘いものが多く、レパートリーは少なめだが、
部屋は清潔、アメニティグッズもきちんと補充してくれる。
必要十分なホテル。徒歩10分以内にスーパーもある。
周辺にレストランは多くない。
ミラノ中央駅まで行くのに、最寄りのPiola駅まで徒歩10分、そこからメトロで10分ほど。

Nettes kleines Hotel

Das Hotel liegt östlich, etwas außerhalb des Zentrums. Aber ums Eck fährt der Bus 61 direkt in 12 min ins Zentrum. In 5min Entfernung fahren zwei Straßenbahnen, die Metro ist 10 min entfernt (alles zu Fuß gerechnet). D.h. das Hotel ist sehr gut angebunden, und man von dort die ganze Stadt einfach erreichen. Ich musste leider zur heißesten Zeit nach Mailand. Das sollte man sich lieber zweimal überlegen. Bessere Reisezeit ist sicher Herbst bis Frühling.

Guter Gesamteindruck, Details verbesserungswürdig

Gute Lage, sauberes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück. WLAN war im Zimmer kaum benutzbar, aber in der Lobby einwandfrei. Personal sehr freundlich. Klimaanlage war recht laut, aber ich habe sie ohnehin gleich abgestellt. An einem Tag hatte ich vor dem Weggehen das Schild \"Bitte nicht stören\" rausgehangen, doch als ich abends zurückkam, war das Zimmer trotzdem gemacht.
