Extensive black mold in the bathroom on the walls and ceiling. I kept the bathroom door shut the entire time to not breathe the spores. I had to go buy toilet paper, soaps and wash cloths upon arrival as there either were none or was not enough. Loud screaming neighbors every evening in the neighboring apartment. The heat worked very well & the remainder of the apartment was very clean and confortable. The bed was very comfortable also.

If you’re reading this, there’s still time. Don’t be fooled by the nice location and misleading photos. I wouldn’t even know how the inside of the hotel looked because we were locked out of our room. Check-in is something I have never seen before as there is not a physical person, and you have to go on a scavenger hunt just to find the key. To enter the building, you have to scan a QR code. However, to access that QR code, you have to fill out a bunch of information, and they ask for your passports and a tourist tax. We were locked out of the hotel for 3 hours. Within 30 minutes of being locked out, we emailed the hotel. They were no help and sent us to a different location after 3 hours. We finally got into a room. We then finally decided to contact Expedia. They then put us in another room which was bug infested and had a water heater that was so loud and never let us sleep. In the shower there were bugs everywhere, cockroaches in the bed, everywhere! and water couldn’t stay hot. Italian way apartments/hotels offered no compensation for these issues.

In Expedia says that have air conditioning, only one room has it, everything else is a sauna, in Milan now is 31 C, inside that room was around 37 C! We contact the property and not response at all! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Great location, Horrific check-in process

It was one of the worst check-ins I ever had.
First, you had to go online on a different website for check-in. There you have to sign a contract with so many pages that starts to freak you out. You also have to pay the visitor tax on this website (you have no idea if it’s a safe one) and upload a pic of yourself and whoever is traveling with holding the passport (I don’t know what they do with that photo cause the GDPR thing didn’t mention).
The communication via chat is terrible, I texted 3x but only got one reply.
2h before my check-in I have not received the code to enter in the apt. I had to call them to ask for the check-in info (costumer service hub; international call) and they said they normally send it at the exact time of the check-in (3pm), but they would send me at that time because it was ready.
There are so many instructions for so many things that you get lost and insecure.
When we arrived, a resident had to help us get in because there’s no indication to where to use the qr code (a small white box with no signs or anything).
The apartment is in great condition, is really complete and clean and the neighborhood is nice, but really loud in the evening because it is a bohemian region with loads of bars. The location is really good, with many options to eat and transportation in a walking distance.
But unfortunately, because of the check-in process and contract we had to sign, we didn’t feel comfortable and afraid they might charge us for something we didn’t do.

Once in the property, it had everything we needed. It was clean and well kept.
Our main issue was the check-in process - i did not receive the email with the QR code and code for the flat, had to phone multiple times and in the end had to get it sent to my partners email.
Once we received the QR code, it was then a mission to figure out the QR scanner. For future reference, it is a white box on the wall to the right of the door off the street.

We absolutely loved our stay! I admit i was a made a bit nervous, by all the coments about how difficult the check in process was and the problems people were having with the QR codes to access the building. But i am happy to say we had no issues. However the online checking form and the contract you have to sign are a bit too much! Regardless, the flat we stayed wes really nuce and clean and the area is great: central, modern, you have so many dining and shopping options and easy transport links within a short walling distance!

This is an awful apartment.
THE MOST DIRTY ACCOMODATION I HAVE EVER SEEN !
PAID FOR 4PEOPLE AN APARTAMENT WITH 2 BEDS AND WE HAD A BED AND A BROKEN COUCH. THE WHOLE APARTMENT WAS DIRTY AND FULL OF ROACHES ! THE ROACHES WERE CRAWLING ALL OVER THE WHOLE APARTMENT AND IF YOU TURNED ON THE LIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT YOU COULD SEE HUNDREDS OF THEM.

The apartment was cute, but I wish that it was closer to a more convenient area. It was a little confusing getting in, even though they did try to communicate through What’s App how to get in. Parking was limited and we got lucky one time reparking. There was only one restaurant that was actually open on the street.it was quiet though!

Area was good with easy access to food and transportation.The place was clean and you can cook because it has the kitchen utensils.Stayed for only 2 nights and its ok.The only thing we did not like was there was a smell in the early morning from pipes maybe because its an old structure.But overall its good.I will still recommend it.

It was a clean and simple apartment. The only two things are: the washing machine didn’t work and there was a strange smell each time I flushed the toilet. The Italianway team immediately send someone over with a room neutralizer spray. ( Apparently the pipes were old and needed to get checked out after my stay).

The check in experience was bad, no one is on site to ask about anything. They don’t work weekends, and check in is complicated. The room was dusty and floors where dirty. Washing machine doesn’t work well, no one will clean your room during your stay, no signs as tho where you have to go for your room.

The apartment was perfect and in a fantastic location - the checking in was a little frustrating as I had not realised the process was that we would need entry codes - but it did all get sorted very quickly. I would highly recommend this lovely apartment just make sure you check in online early so you have all the details you need!

The blanket had blood stains on it along with other stains. There was a dirty cup sitting on the bathroom sink when we arrived. The apartment was extremely hot even with the air conditioner running. Super uncomfortable bed. Wifi very spotty. Shower head is calcified so half of the head does not spray water. My wife and I both left the room with bug bites around our ankles. Absolutely would not recommend staying here to anyone.

Overall, the place was alright: clean, decently equipped and in a great location. I also liked the fact that the access to both the building and the unit was through a code, so no need to keep track of keys.

My main complaint is the bed though: rather than a proper double bed, the room had 2 single beds that had been pushed together, and the 2 mattresses kept separating and leaving a gap in between which made for an uncomfortable sleep.

Also, the aircon unit was very noisy (even with the night option enabled) so it was not possible to keep it running during the night.

Check in was so easy and the italianway rep was very nice and efficient. The area around the apartment has lots of places to eat and is located close to sights and transport options. The flat was only marginally comfortable, and looks better in the photos. It lacked some basic supplies, like tea towels, and whilst there was a small bottle of Prosecco left, no tea or coffee making supplies were available. For me, the two main negatives were the cockroaches in the bathroom, and the uncomfortable mattress in the loft. It was ok for a night or two, but I wouldn’t want to stay longer.

Hmm not sure about this one.

The lady at check in was angry when we at 9:50pm - 10 mins before checkin. She probably wanted to go home early but we had a delayed flight and a long train journey so I didn't appreciate the negative welcome.
The area was nice but there were a few issues with the room:
- there was no bed. Just a mattress on the mezzanine floor.
-there was nothing to stop be from rolling off the mattress and falling on the floor; there was no grid put up.
-the stairs also not encased and had no handle bar; genuinely would not recommend for those with young kids or elderly
- found cockroaches in the apartment
- there was a leak from the ceiling. When i rang the helpline no one answered. Said it would put me through to their voicemail but the line cuts off
- you can hear many noises, people walking on the above floor and the main door closing

On a plus, it had everything i need and was big

First of all, the pictures they advertised WAS NOT what i got. I checked in at 3pm, was very tired and when I entered the apartment, they did not clean ANYTHING

even found a condom it was disgusting... then when I called the guy in charged of course apologized but he already knew what I was calling for even before I said what I needed to say. To make it clear, he didn't even call me first to notify me. Had to leave the apartment for an hour

The property was fine, close to stations and city centre.
We were displeased at the fact that they charged 35€ without notice, and they just took the money from the account we provided and that was to get the apparent clean and ready for us. During our stay there from the 24 until the 28, the apartment was not cleaned, and we did not recieved any fresh towels. They left toiletries for only one person even tho there were 2 of us.

Great location near Porta Venezia and Corso Buenos Aires. Very responsive staff. The weather unexpectadly turned cold and they quickly delivered blankets. Large space, beautiful balcony overlooking interior courtyard so not too noisy.

Tastefully decorated apartment with all the appliances that I required. Situated in the north west of Milan close to the science park. My first stay in Italy gave me a taste for what residence in this country would be like. The entrance was a courtyard with small trees covering the waste disposal area and bike storage. A great community feel, the odd bonjourno when you arrive home from a day exploring the city is something that I don't think a hotel could offer. The well equipped kitchen allowed me to purchase ingredients from a nearby supermarket and try my hand at a simple tomatoe based italian pasta. Air-conditioning was provided but really won't be needed with good management of the windows and shutters giving the movement of the sun through the courtyard consideration. The bathroom was modern and contained a large shower with excellent pressure. The provision of a mobile Wifi system was very useful and will certainly save you a pretty penny in foriegn roaming charges. Cleanliness was imprecable and a few sprigs of lavender in the draws gave a apartment a welcoming scent when I first arrived. A very minor note, its worth trying it avoid leaving the very small bathroom window open as the courtyard at the back isn't so well maintained. The service I received from expedia was fantastic and I really couldn't be more grateful for the 3 days I spent in the apartment. Many thanks!

Internet did no work the night we arrived and called the help line the next morning. All it needed was to remove the battery and reinsert it. A simple sign on the wall close to internet box would save hassle and frustraion. The 10:00 cut off on a Friday evening to get the key and the need to pay extra is not very client friendly.

Flott og livlig nabolag, men stille og rolig i leiligheten. Noe utydelig beskrivelser av hvordan man kommer inn i leiligheten, det f eks beskrivelser av en QR kode man ikke trenger.
Noe avvik fra bilder av leilighetens møbler, svært hard seng og kort seng uten overmadrass. Annet som bare er irriterende er løst toalettsete og baderomsdør som er svært treg. Men alt i alt en en god opplevelse. Resturant Røst i enden av gata anbefales!

I was extremely disappointed with this apartment and with the service provided by ITALIANWAY.
I had several problems during my stay: there was no hot water due to an issue with the heating system; the next day, the power went out at night, and no one came to fix it — I had to deal with the electrical panel myself to solve the problem.

Another night, they changed the gate access system to the building without notice, and I had to wait more than 30 minutes outside until a resident arrived so I could get in.

There was zero assistance for urgent issues that needed immediate attention.
I’ve been waiting for a refund for almost 30 days, and they still haven’t processed it.

I do not recommend this place, and I hope anyone reading this review makes a better choice.

Séjour décevant. Le code fournit pour accéder au logement ne fonctionnait pas, heureusement que nous sommes arrivés dans les heures d'ouverture du service client pour pouvoir contacter quelqu'un par téléphone. Nous avons trouvé un rouleau de papier toilette vide par terre dans la salle de bain, la cuvette des toilettes ne tient pas....le moteur de la climatisation dans la salle de bain goutte et comme il est juste au dessus du lavabo...Parlons justement de la climatisation qui a fonctionné uniquement le premier jour en faisant un bruit de tondeuse donc la nuit on oubli puis en panne, en plein mois d'août à plus de 30 degrés !!!! Concernant la situation très bien, proche métro et restaurants, une très bonne boulangerie à proximité.

Der Unterkunft befindet sich 5 Minuten von U-Bahn. Gerade neben der Unterkunft sind sehr gute Restaurants und Bars , wo kann man Frühstücken oder Mittagessen und nicht teuer. Das einzige was war nicht gut,dass die Eingangstür musste man mit dem QR Code aufmachen und bei unserem Gebäude hat QR Code nicht funktioniert. Jedes mal wenn wir mustern reinkommen haben wir zu diese Firma angerufen oder klopfen.

Das schlafsofa war verdreckt, das Wasser in der Dusche lief nicht besonderes gut und die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümer war sehr sehr schlecht auf fragen bekam man keine Antwort und wurde ignoriert.
Die Lage war sehr zentral jedoch sehr laut.

Muito satisfeita com a hospedagem.

O apartamento atendeu perfeitamente às nossas necessidades (eu, meu esposo e minha filha), pois tem 2 quartos amplos, cozinha ampla e banheiro. A localização é boa, pois a estação de metrô fica a 5 min a pé. Na rua do apartamento tem vários restaurantes e um mercado muito bom. A rua é bem movimentada à noite, mas dentro do apartamento não ouvimos qualquer barulho. Com certeza voltaríamos a nos hospedar nesse apartamento.
O único inconveniente é ter que fazer o check-in em outro local, distante do apartamento, carregando malas.

Zentrale, lebhafte Lage mit sehr lauter Straße. Überraschend positiv: Im Gebäude hört man nichts davon! Die ausgezeichnete Schallisolierung ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Perfekt für Gäste, die das Stadtleben genießen, aber auch ruhig schlafen möchten. Empfehlenswert für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt mitten im Trubel.

I stayed here with my mum for 5 days and we really loved it!
Check in was easy, apartment was great, location was perfect, and it was super clean.
Only 2 things that I didn’t love:
Not enough towels for 5 days - we got 2 per person and there were no tea towels in the kitchen.
Though, it was overall very clean and neat, I walked around with white socks and they were imminently dirty.
Other than that it was very lovely :)
