The hotel was modern clean and well maintained. The only negative was that when a toilet flushed near to our room there was a horrible noise that came back up through the shower drain trap, so I fixed this by using a damp towel and placing it over the top of the drain.

The room was too warm. When I turned the AC down, it did not come on. I think it was placebo, and then the hotel staff told our friends in their room that the AC was turned off this time of year because the guest didn’t need it. I thought that was a terrible idea, as the guest should always be able to regulate the temperature in their room to the comfort that they like. The food that they served in the dining room that should’ve been hot was lukewarm. Not sure if that’s a country thing or if they just didn’t wanna make the food hot.

The room was generally clean. My flight arrived at 6am and they allowed us to store our luggage for free until check-in. The guy at the front desk with glasses was really rude. We didn’t know we had to insert the key-card to turn on the lights. The cleaning staff were very kind. They walked into our room accidentally one day and afterwards they seemed to know when we were in our room to avoid cleaning until after we left. The floor in the shower was uneven, so the water would spill out onto the floor. Unfortunately we never got to try the gym or the pool. I also found it a bit annoying that we paid for a single bed with patio and we were given two beds pushed together.

It was a beautiful hotel but the WiFi was not working on the hotel room, only the lobby. And the shower was clogged up because there was water everywhere, around the sink, around the toilet, I had to try it up with multiple towels. I was scared to plug my hair iron & do my hair due to the wet floor. But overall, the staff were very nice & professional.

I stayed at this hotel recently and overall had a good experience. The location is about 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes to the city, which is convenient, but it’s set in an industrial area with not much around within walking distance. The room was clean and tidy, comfortable for the stay. However, you need to position the shower in the middle setting, otherwise the bathroom floor will flood. The telephone in the room wasn’t working, so I couldn’t call for service directly, and the WiFi connection in the room was too weak to use properly.

On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist in person. Another plus is that the maximum check-out time is 1pm, and they also offer luggage storage, which was really useful.

Overall, despite a few inconveniences, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for convenience, cleanliness, and good service near the airport.

We stayed at Eurohotel Barcelona Gran Via Fira for 3 nights during our trip to Barcelona, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport and just a short ride to the city center and main attractions.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a short stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions and local recommendations. The breakfast buffet offered a decent selection, and the dining area was clean and well maintained

Overall: A great option for travelers looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-priced stay in Barcelona. We’d happily stay here again!

Awful service- Hotel miles out of city

Awful reception service. The man who attended to our check in was very unhelpful. We booked 2 rooms but they only had one on record. WiFi didn’t work, was offered the business WiFi and that didn’t work. 2 lifts both out of service. We had to drag 8 suitcases up to the 5th floor via external fire escape stairs. No offer of assistance. When we’re arrived there were 6 people working pulling pipes and cables out of the ceiling in front of the bedrooms. No care for health and safety standing up on top of ladders. Dust and debris’s falling down onto the floor and in the air where guests were standing.

The breakfast Buffett was good.

Hotel was 40 mins out of city centre via bus and at the end of line of the bus service.

This hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The bed was very comfortable and we slept so well. The normal air con wasn’t working but a temporary air con unit was fixed to the window.
There is a balcony on floor 1 that has a direct line of sight into and out of the rooms in floor 2 so the room didn’t feel very private.

There was also construction going on in the room both sides of us.

The staff replied to emails very promptly, they were accommodating with our very late arrival, helpful with directions. Breakfast bar staff couldn't be more helpful and accommodating for our gluten free needs. They let us leave bags in the hotel on the last day. The hotel is a good 20+ minutes on the bus from the city, but also close to the airport (easy access via bus). Clean and comfortable room, beds decent but pillows were awful 😁

This Hotel was amazing with breakfast include and very delicious !! Metro and buses is very close just walk 5 minutes to metro station and 3 minutes to bus station.
Is far from city but metro and bus will get there in 15 to 30 minutes.

stayed for a conference. bed was uncomfortable and room uncomfortably warm due to air con not going below 19 & so loud had to turn it off to be able to sleep anyway. bathroom was clean but lots brown stains around toilet and in shower unit. shower not sealed properly so kept ending up with water on the floor which was incredibly dangerous as floor so slippery

my booking with this hotel was to pay at the check in, few days early they tried to charge my credit card without my permission and the bank declined the payment, what make me frustrated, because I wasn`t expecting that and toke me few days to understand what is going on. At my check in, I paid in full and when asked about the swimming pool times, the receptionist told that it was close and i made a complain about it because I choose this hotel because the swimming pool. He said that they do not charge for the pool only for the bedroom, but I said that I found others hotels cheaper then that without pool, so it wasn`t right and they should give me a discount, what were denied. when get the room, the air conditioned wasn`t working, so I made another complain and they told me that because the winter has gone they have to recharge the air conditioned (central) with gas and it will take about 10 days. I asked again for discount and they deny again. I have made a complain to Hotels,com and when they called the hotel, told to hotels.com a completely diferent estory. Not happy at all with the service, but the hotel and breakfast was good

My third visit to Barcelona, first time at this hotel. Had a room with a balcony. Good size room. Had the essentials needed for a stay. Breakfast selection was good, and eat as much as you like. Very enjoyable. Tried restaurant for an evening meal again very enjoyable. Only downside was pool and sauna not available as was undergoing repairs. Its on a major road to city centre and therefore good transport links.

Really clean and tidy hotel. Rooms were ample for a 3 night stay. We upgraded to a balcony room which was on the 6th floor. The room was spotless and cleaned daily. Breakfast was fresh and ample, plenty to choose from.
A little outside the main Barcelona attractions which we knew, but easily accessible by bus or tube.

Comfy and value for work but not cosy for tourist

Nice staff, interesting building design, but rooms are fitted out at low cost and it shows. Bathrooms are very tiered, fittings loose or missing. Cheep fitted bed very little space in room around a double bed. I had 6th floor room , which did have a massive balcony area which was a real plus but other rooms do not have that and the view was nothing to right home about. Good for a business overnight stay if you are working in the area or want to be closer to airport but not at the airport. Overall clean and comfy but not cosy. A place to sleep not to stay.
The pop up iron boards are a joke, do not work.

Checked in at 2145. No food after 2200!
Very strong smell of disinfectant in the room and discover why when we went to bed. The smell of Hash/pot/weed was so strong we felt sick! It appeared to come through the ceiling vent. When I complained to the clerk on the reception the next morning he was not surprised and certainly not concerned. There was no manager to talk to.

There was no kettle, coffee, tea. There was no real blanket, only an old mattress cover to cover ourselves with besides the sheet. The \"hot breakfast buffet\" was cold and not worth the price paid for the buffet. This hotel asked to be notified if we were arriving past 6 pm, and yet when I notified the hotel of our late arrival, no one emailed me back that they knew. This hotel put the room charges on our visa card 8 days before our arrival, even though we had booked a refundable room rate, very frustrating and inconsiderate,

How is this property four star? The reception and reception staff was nice, but that was the only highlight. The room was dirty. Bugs in the bed. The floor made our feet very dirty. The bathroom had black mould. Every time someone flushed a toilet, we heard every bit of plumbing ALL NIGHT LONG. The hotel is very loud and we didn’t sleep well at all. We were initially booked in for three nights but only managed one. We moved to Hotel Catalonia which is also a four star hotel and the difference is STARK.

This hotel needs a serious reevaluation. It’s closer to a one or two star hotel, at best.

This hotel was perfect for a weekend stay in Barcelona. The room was tidy and spacious, the amenities provided were suitable too. We checked in at 2am and the man on reception was friendly and welcoming. It's a bit far out from the centre but my partner and I love walking so it was no problem, however if you prefer there are buses available or taxis with Bolt. The breakfast was good and the dinner options were also decent. There's a small pool under the hotel too which is was nice and relaxing.

Hotel is definitely showing it's age and location in an industrial area. It was hard to get a cab since it is technically outside the city limits and according to one driver, no one wants to come out that far. Staff was no help in getting one either. They just told us to get an Uber, but you have to wait on average about 30 min. The hotel was generally clean and a good location for walking to the Congress center. Breakfast was ok. Nothing stellar, but it was well stocked. Staff were generally unhelpful. No one actually staffed the bar area. My colleague accidentallly ran into the glass door in the lobby and staff did nothing to help, not even offering ice or a bandage even though she was bleeding heavily from the head and broke her glasses. In the states, staff would have been tripping over themselves to be helpful. I couldn't even get the front desk gal off the phone to even acknowledge what had happened. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I won't stay there again.

I would not stay here ever again. The bed was an old metal spring bed that groans and squeaks as soon as you sit on it. The bed dipped toward the middle leaving my partner sleeping in the middle of the bed and me clinging to the edge trying not to fall on him. I woke up many times through the night and had a sore back next day.

The room is tiny and cramped and very old decor, feels dark and unpleasant. The curtains were not exactly clean.

The bathroom had a metal stand the towels were sitting on that was rusty, and other signs of rust. The shower door was a bit broken and didn't close properly resulting in a flooded floor.

The minibar was a plus, and there was plenty of wardrobe space to hang the clothes. Wifi didn't work well in the room.

The breakfast was a mixed bag. They were serving tinned mushroom and fruit (in addition to fresh fruit) but the omelette and bacon were real enough and decent. There were plenty of pastries and some good looking desserts, I tried the baked apple which was nice.

The location is not convenient at all and a long walk to the public transport when you have suitcases.

I can't believe how much they are charging for the experience I had and will choose somewhere else next time.

Hotel itself looks dated from the outside.

Room, shower room, bathroom all decent size i cant complain. Loads of room for suitcases and wardrobe space.

I booked the room at this hotel because i needed to stay 1 additional night and my current hotel couldn't accommodate me.
The room was over £200 for the 1 night which was considerably more.
The aircon wouldn't work. I went to reception and the receptionist said the hotel turns the aircon off at this time of year and couldn't turn it on. it was the 12th of September. It was far too hot for me and uncomfortable. Room window wouldn't open.

At 1am I went back to reception to ask if they had a fan. Which they did.
The receptionist said that the aircon was broken and the facilities man wasn't in until the morning. So a totally different story to what I had previously been told.
Looking at other reviews there seems to be some sort of pattern for this hotel.

If they are turning it off, the air-conditioning needs removing from the website and price changing accordingly.

The breakfast was good and very varied and full choice.Reception staff were polite and helpful.
Bar and cafeteria staff were friendly and helpful with a special thumbs up to young Francisco who was SO friendly and kind and really made us feel welcome and added a feel good factor to our stay🤗He should do well in his career!
Best way to the Centre was by bus with bus stop about 8 minutes away.

Front staff did not seem friendly. Just rushed through the check in process and did not explain that the keycard is also needed to turn on the lights in the room. Was also only given 1 keycard for 3 of us staying in the room. There was only 1 TINY and I mean tiny trash bin for the room and was located in the bathroom. We had to make sure we kept our shopping bags so that we could toss out any additional trash we had.
