The staff were exceptionally helpful. Very friendly. The desk attendant , Nicolo, was able to get us into our room very early after a long flight. We were offered complimentary refreshments as well. The restaurant staff were also very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to the train station and only three metro stops from the Duomo. Very convenient. We would stay there again.

The room was the size of a shoebox and the bathroom was smaller than that. By the time you maneuver two big suitcases, you have little room to walk. Now, they do indicate the room size in the description, so that is on me not to have figured out was 151 sq meters was. However my husband and I are both tall and we kept bumping into each other…no way, no how could two people try to get ready in the bathroom at the same time. The shower was literally 2’ by 2.5’…a little, little box.

The amenities were nice, but we stayed for the Olympics and no possible way was that worth $900 a night. Sorry, but won’t be back…

The hotel is on a rather busy street that is somewhat industrial looking and otherwise fairly nondescript. The entrance is a little confusing because the lobby is several floors up and you need to be buzzed in. That said, the hotel itself is in a fabulous location, close to the metro and many good restaurants -- it is very easy to get to the main tourist areas. The staff is also so helpful. The breakfast and snack services are very convenient and make for a wonderful stay.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The amenities are very modern and the cleanliness and upkeep are immaculate.
It’s the first hotel I stayed at in Italy (out of 5) that ensured I had two key cards, included a well stocked mini bar and offers 24 hour snacks and drinks in the lobby.
The staff members made me feel welcomed and offered their assistance in anyway, from a seamless check in process , food recommendations to airport transfers.
The hotel is less than a 10 minute drive from the train station. It is about a 30 minute walk from the major shopping areas and monuments , but is definitely worth the stay.
I would definately rebook if I visit Milan again

This hotel exceeded our expectations! A rather nondescript building from the outside, but inside it was modern, bright and inviting. The rooms were clean and very well equipped - comfy bed, crisp sheets and the pillows were good quality.
The availability of free bottled water and other beverages was a great touch, as was the complimentary wine for happy hour.
The breakfast was much more extensive than expected with a very wide and delicious variety.
The staff could not have been more helpful or pleasant.
The hotel is 15 mins walk from the train station and 30 mins walk to the Duomo. Also close to a subway stop.

The hotel was perfect for our 3 night stay in Milan. The hotel is like a 20 walk from Il Duomo. It’s a small boutique hotel very modern an made with very well taste. The room was not very big as in most hotels in Europe but with everything you might need. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Coffee maker and beverages in the minibar included. The best part is good taste. you have 24 hs drinks, coffee, tea and snacks in the lobby and also complimentary food until 10 pm, which is great if you are tired and just want to eat a light meal specially at night. Breakfast is very good as well and all the staff very attentive.

This hotel was nothing short of sensational. Everyone was incredibly kind and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic and the free lunch/dinner buffet was such a nice added touch. I mentioned my partners birthday at check-in and on the day they brought her a cake at breakfast and also left prosecco, macaroons and balloons in our room while we were out for the day. Beautiful hotel in Milan! The rooms were on the smaller size but the finishes and furniture were great. We loved that everything in the mini fridge was free for us to have (soft drinks and snacks). They also had a free breakfast and snack bar that you can grab on your way out or in. The property also has a small outdoor deck to relax and a beautiful gym downstairs with free waters and protein bars! The location is close to a metro stop and shopping as well! All in all great property to stay if you’re looking for something affordable in Milan!
