Room was very well maintained. Really appreciate the small fridge I can keep food and drinks. Breakfast was incredible, had everything I could hope for including fresh fruit. Staff were very good - Bruno and the gentleman at breakfast particularly were most kind and helpful.

The hotel was very good and had great amenities provided. We only stayed 2 nights but would have loved to stay longer. It was nicer than the other hotels we stayed at on our Italy trip. They had someone at the reception desk 24 hours which made it feel safe. The room was modern and renovated with a really cool theme. The lighting was cool and there were lots of places to plug things in. They provided a kettle to boil hot water with coffee and tea which was much appreciated. The rook was very clean and had a beautiful bath tub. I have never taken a bath in a hotel before because usually they don’t look clean but this one was spotless and impeccable. Our stay was great. Staff was inconsistent ... upon arrival the gentleman who check me in was excellent; next day the front dest staff was indifferent. The hotel is showing wear. The paint in my room was chipping behind the bed. One morning we woke up to no hot water and no information about the situation. Area is good...restaurants, shops, markets, etc. but if you walk north of the hotel the area is a bit \"scruffy\" near Milano Centrale. Breakfast was fine but nothing special.

The hotel is in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood although minutes from the central station. It has very good transport links.
The breakfast was an actual rival to 5 star hotel with home- made quiches and tarts and many other options.
My room was very clean comfortable and spacious, although had this glass wall to the bathroom which many hotels now do, the trend of which I do not understand. The fire alarm check went on for too long however, that nobody warned me about and I had to reschedule my online meeting. Ask about the scheduled check at the check-in is my advice.

Very friendly and helpful staff but the property is on the smaller side. The elevators are very small, the rooms are on the small side, and the shower was very small. Also, there were stains (or mildew?) on the grout in the bathroom. But, it's in a great location - near Milano Centrale and tons of restaurants and shops.

The room was perfect size, beds super comfy and had everything we needed. Breakfast was superb, so much variety and the coffee was delicious. Would absolutely recommend staying here and would be my go to if ever I revisit Milan.

The hotel is in a great location close to the main train station, taxi rank and metro station.
There are a few good restaurants close by.
We had booked a superior room but were disappointed. There were no dressing gowns and no soundproofing..we could hear the people in the room nextdoor talking whenever we were in the room i did eventually complain to reception who came and listened and said they would speak to them. We didnt get a peep out of them after.
I feel there is a dramaitc difference in some of the superior rooms...some are large with modern decor whilst others are dated and dont really come into a superior category. I feel there should be a divide in those rooms as they are certainly not equivalent.

Great stay for a night

My room was very comfortable and there was great hot water in the shower. Really happy with this hotel. Only peculiarity is their key. It has a really heavy weight on it so it was hard to carry around. I left it at the front desk every time I went out. No big deal but a tad bit unusual.

Very close to Milan Central station: only issue is the bathroom in our room: most of the walls were glass so you actually see from the bedroom the person inside the bathroom (I checked later if it was already in property details pictures when I booked and it wasn’t) so I guess it’s not the same for all rooms.

Everything was good , but I was hoping that a hotel of this magnitude will be able to provide in room coffee and tea along with electric Kettle ,, considering how many East Asian costumers are checking in to this hotel and we are so accustomed to hot water.
Bathroom is nice but as you shower the water is dripping outside as it’s not very well thought out.
But overall the hotel spa services and accommodation was pleasant and everyone at the front desk always ready to help

The room was relatively spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good with enough options, although we wished it was available before 7AM (6:30 would have been nice). We did not like that the bathroom had glass walls and door with no soundproofing or fan. Glass walls and door--how odd and uncomfortable unless you are alone. Shower was nice. The pastries, coffee and tea available from 3 to 9 in the lobby was really nice. The bathroom demoted this from being 5 stars.

The only negative was that air conditioning was advertised and there’s no air conditioning. We couldn’t cool down our room, which made for sticky nights in cold weather.
