The bed was completely sunken in. So uncomfortable. The sewage smell in the toilet was disgusting. The AC was locked in and we couldn’t control the temperature. So we had to keep the window open. Couldn’t sleep from all the noise from the street and mosquitoes. The location was not as close to the station as you would think given the name of this B&B hotel. It’s actually an annoying walk on cobbled broken streets with your luggages. There’s actually a much closer B&B hotel just across from the station. I’d recommend that if you the price is justifiable to you. But I highly don’t recommend the “centrale station” B&B hotel.

The room was lacking. Two of us and only one threadbare towel each day - even after asking for two towels. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and sagging in the middle. The room was overly hot and the air conditioning locked so could not change it. The room was unworkably small for two people. The bathroom had a shower too small and in need of renovation and the lighting in the bathroom was abysmal. Could not apply my makeup with the worst and dark lighting. Could not get a cup of tea or coffee early in the morning before breakfast - and there were no facilities in the room. It cost alot of money and I would never recommend. There are so many better hotels close to Centrale Station.

Staff were friendly and efficient however this hotel has some problems. Room had leaky shower door so floor flooded when we used the shower. TV didn’t work; requested repair but couldn’t wait for tech to come. Annoying noise from footsteps and chair scraping from the rooms above us, so hard to sleep with this much racket.

Ideal location, close to centrale and the metro. Room was small but clean. The street below is very noisy until about 1am and the again from 4am onwards, bring earplugs. Only 1 pillow provided in room, asked for more at reception and was told there were none available so quality of sleep was poor.

The hotel was great in an excellent location. The room was clean and breakfast was nice. The only issue we had is that the room we got had an unbearable sewage smell coming from the bathroom. We told the front desk that same night we arrived, but he said to talk to the front desk in the morning he couldn’t do anything. The next morning with almost no sleep due to the smell, we asked if we could be relocated to another room, the girl at the front desk, very nicely, said she would talk to the manager to check on the options. The manager did not take the time to approach us to tell us anything, instead, he sent the girl front the front desk to tell us that the hotel was booked every single day we were there. Very unlikely to be fully booked the first few days in December, we started to think maybe the whole hotel has a sewage issue and he problem was in every room. Would not Stay here again afraid that the sewage smell is in every room.

The hotel was clean and is in a very convenient location near the Central train station. The room wasn’t ready until half an hour past the check in time and the TV was broken in my room. The staff tried to fix it but said it needed to be replaced and were unable to do so in the 3 nights I stayed. It was also incredibly loud, the trash gets taken out around 3am and picked up outside around 7am.

The rooms don’t allow you to control the temperature, so it felt muggy in the room for most of the stay. The beds are cheap and wooden slats are not friendly for a plus size traveler.

The hotel is very well located and has very good restaurants nearby. They are very eco-friendly, but the rooms are too hot—you can’t lower the temperature, and sleeping in heat with a duvet is far from pleasant. The breakfast is very varied and worth including in the stay.

Small room with think wall: you can hear everything form both street and other rooms. Restroom definitely needs a renovation, the shower falls apart and the walls have painting falling for the humidity. Special mention to receptionist Jessica that ignored us while we were looking for our passports: while taking to other colleagues she was describing how terrible were the rooms on the first floor seconds before giving us a room on the first floor. Temperature in can’t be adjusted.

When we arrived, we had to wait about (45 minutes) because the room door key was not working and the staff couldn’t get it open as well. We were waiting for it to be fixed and we wasted a lot of time. Also, the city tax indicated on the Hotels.com app is $3.50 per guest per night per person, instead we paid $6.30 per guest per person. Finally, we were given another room but we are disappointed by this experience. On top of that, there is no coffee machine in the room and no way to have coffee in the morning other than going outside. In all the hotels I have been to, I’ve never seen that.

A good location but a very basic budget hotel at 4 star prices. Room fittings getting tired for example in our room shower door not closing, toilet flush sticking, mattress worn. Breakfast area quite small so quite cramped during busy times and the only fresh fruit was oranges, so disappointing.
I booked to pay on arrival but the hotel tried to take the payment from my credit card in the morning of my arrival so my card company blocked the payment and blocked my credit card. Luckily I was able to pay on my arrival by using another card but had I not had an alternative card I would have been in trouble.

The room was perfect for my weekend stay. Extremely well located by Centrale Station, and near plenty of places to eat and transport links.

The room itself was clean, contained all of the amenities mentioned in the description, and the 24 hour front desk was very handy, especially when arriving back late and wanting to buy something from the lobby fridge.

The only thing I can't comment on is breakfast as I ate elsewhere.

Overall I'd recommend a stay here and would definitely return.

If you want to get some sleep, forget it. Very noisy outside of hotel. There is a club across the street. Lots of foot traffic and noisy. Street sweeper comes by at 6 am also. The paint is peeling in the shower and moldy. Beds are hard. Tv never worked. I do not recommend this hotel. The only good thing is it was close to the train station.

Bathroom drains stunk of egg

Bathroom absolutely stunk of egg from the drains. It was revolting. Took ages to check in - there was a woman who could see us and was sat in the back but decided to leave it for her colleague. Some feedback would be to just check people in as fast as possible rather than leaving them waiting. Fridge in the room wasn’t working. Door to the toilet was weird and had no lock. Quite noisy you can hear the hustle and bustle of other people and also seemed to have some drilling (though possibly outside of the hotel but couldn’t be sure). Needed to check out fast and unfortunately was told to wait again despite there being someone else there to check us out. Wouldn’t stay here again but the location is great for the central station and metro.

This was the WORST stay.
The Place was not clean at all.
There was a leakage in the bathroom ceiling.
The property list as Air Condition but they only TURN ON AC FOR 2 HOURS A DAY. They don't have it on their website which is misleading to people who are booking.
There is NO FAN as well.
The Mattress was old and very uncomfortable.
Their were Mosquitoes inside the room.
I would suggest to book something else with little more money or same money.

Do Not Stay At This Hotel!

This is the worst hotel I ever stayed at. There is no place to put your things except on top of the bed, so then you cannot lay down to sleep. I had to balance my phone on the ledge and hope it didn't fall on the floor and break. The bathroom is terrible - no toilet seat! Turn on the bidet and it floods the bathroom. Only one towel and one hand cloth - really? I told them not to service my room, but they came in there while I was gone anyway. The TV is very high tech and extremely difficult to use. It says no smoking but there were tons of cigarettes on the window ledge. Instead of a front desk, the give the poor clerks a tablet and a stool to sit on. Avoid this business at all costs! They hate their employees and they hate you too.

We had a large group with 3 rooms at this hotel and a room at another hotel property down the street. The setup at this property was not great for families. Also my kids are adopted and don’t look like my wife and I. The staff seemed really concerned about that even after they checked our passports. I appreciate them being careful to watch out for the vulnerable but they made us feel targeted and unsafe. Also the area is full of graffiti and trash but so is much of Milan. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel especially for families.

The worst condition room I've ever stayed in

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I honestly am shocked it has positive reviews. The conditions of the rooms are something out of a 1 star hotel. Door doesn't open or close properly as it gets stuck, there are massive defects in the floor/ bumps so big you could actually trip on them, the curtains are not blackout curtains, the shower head leaks and is ancient and to top it all off the staff are completely useless and unhelpful. When I brought all that up to their attention I got a \"sorry we're aware of all of those things but there's nothing that we can do about it\" as in they don't care. Honestly my advice is avoid this place at any cost.

My bag was stolen in hotel lobby by a pickpocketer while waiting to check. Hotel staff did NOTHING to help us - only thing they do was to tell us that we need to go to the police. They had security cameras and refused to show us, refused to see the footage themselves (maybe they saw the footage but they refused to tell us what they saw). It was all very suspect and I am still traumatized from my stay here. I will never stay at this property again.
