We were enjoyed the free breakfast every morning. Free coffee/tea in Lobby and bedroom. Android TV had Netflix, YouTube. WiFi was stable and fast. Staffs friendly. Room was clean. I was attributed room 1001, on the mezzanine (floor A) which is equipped with a second, sound-proofing door in order to isolate the room from the vast lobby below. It was effective. However, there was simply no WiFi coverage at all in the room, especially from the desk at which I wanted to work in my laptop. This was reported shortly upon checking in (at 18:00), to which I was told nothing could be done but a note would be made. I can’t expect this to have been an isolated case, the wifi throughout the hotel having been reported as poor by other guests in several reviews. Breakfast was adequate. All members of staff were friendly and professional (Adil and his colleagues at reception, the very friendly lady and her crew in the breakfast room).

Very good 2-night stay at this hotel for a business trip. Clean room with a large en-suite bathroom. Easy to use temperature control unit in the bedroom. No external noise and very little internal noise. Staff were excellent throughout the stay. The bed was a bit too firm for my liking, but I slept well. Plug in the bathroom sink would not push down all the way so it failed to hold any amount of water. Only one bottle of water in the fridge for the entire stay (not provided with a new one each day), the tap water is drinkable but is not to everyone's taste. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay despite a few areas for improvement.

The Staff was very nice and helpful and friendly.The room and the hotel were very clean. normally problem was that the closet light was very hard to turn off – the light switch was not readily visible, and there was no closet door. We had to call the front desk to turn the lights off they were aware of the problem and apparently it was going to be addressed. Another issue was, and this is not only this particular hotel problem, but the rest of the hotels. I guess they turn off air-conditioning at some point and there is no way to cool down or warm it up. It was warm and the room temperature was almost 80° otherwise the place was fine very convenient to the train station. I would have given it five stars had it not been for the air-conditioning and the closet light

Beautiful, great location hotel with great breakfast. Daytime Front desk I thought was a bit rude. Had problems with the air conditioning in my room. They were not too concerned and tried but did not fix it. We had 2 rooms and the other room was very pleasant. Questionable porter as I feel he lifted my credit card when I left it on my phone when placed in storage. He conveniently found it when I made a big deal about it missing. Front desk unconcerned.

This is a very convenient and affordable hotel, just a stones throw from the train station. It offers a/c (although we could not control it), clean hotel with a decent breakfast, included in the price. Staff was very nice to us and took our bags since we arrived early in the morning.

While the location is great, if you’re used to international standard of what a 4-stars hotel is, lower your expectations. The double queen bed room we stayed at was extremely expensive for size and conditions, especially of the bathroom which showed signs of mold along all the shower perimeter as well as missing faucet pieces.

Great location, one minute’s walk from the nearest Metro ststion and Centrale railway station. We had 2 rooms booked in the hotel ‘budget’ accom next door, which was great. Aircon was good and the main reception staff were excellent- very friendly, helpful and efficient. . The hotel gym was perfectly sufficient for a few days as we are very keen gym-goers. A 5 minute jog to the nearest large park by the Natural History Museum and the park was superb for running.

The room itself was OK except for the fact that the fan that was part of the AC system didn’t blow out hardly any air at all. I mean when you talk, the pressure of the air coming out of your mouth was more than pressure of the AC unit. I called maintenance two or three times just about the minibar Refrigerator. I know it’s not a full-blown refrigerator. However, the water that was inside the Vinny bar was actually significantly warmer than the water that I just had sitting on the counter. Maintenance came up and all kinds of dust bunnies Phil out of the back of the mini bar and he said oh it’s working OK it’s not working OK if the water inside is hot.
My last day down there, I couldn’t believe it. The scrambled eggs were actually almost full. Put some on my plate. Got over to sit down. They were literally stone cold. They must’ve been made the day before. You can’t put cold food out there. It’s a health hazard.

This is the best hotel we had in our trip. The staff are not only friendly but very helpful and latter is utmost important. There is not fridge in our room but the front desk girl, Siria, always reminds us there is ice to take, which helped a lot for us to have a real \"cold\" Coke at any time we wish.

Great hotel close to Milano Centrale train station. Nice reception area with courteous and friendly service. Bedroom was a good size for family of 4. Beds were comfortable. Modern bathroom and excellent shower. Although, at first I thought it was so nice to have double vanity, I think a single sink with more counter space would have been better (but obviously this is just personal preference). Would definitely stay again.

We stayed in an economy room next door to the main hotel. I expected it to be a lower standard but we were really impressed. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent. The location is great as just over the road from Centrale Station so good for getting into the city centre and also getting trains to explore further, we went to Lake Como. There’s some nice restaurants close to the hotel.
