Great hotel. We walked to it from the train station and very close to city center. Hotel staff were EXTREMELY professional and service was top notch. Very thorough clean each day of our room. We ordered room service passed the cut-off one morning and an employee took it on himself to prepare a lovely spread for us and deliver it to our room. Spa facility is one of the best we've seen and a very cool swimming pool, photos don't do it justice! Thanks for the stay.

The breakfast is awesome 10/10 Priti and Gaston go the extra mile to make sure everyone is comfortable. The front desk staff super helpful and amenable.
The location is super convenient to Stazione Centrale and the Milan staples.

The property was great, but not as we were expecting it to be.
Amenities lacked if we compare it to other 4 star hotels we stayed during our trip.
Every single thing, other than the stay was an add on. Including pool, breakfast etc. rhe breakfast was ridiculously priced at €34 per person. The price is higher than the other 4 star hotels, so you would expect it to be all inclusive. But it isn’t.

The room wasn’t clean till 1 pm.
We had to contact the reception to get it cleaned.

I believe it’s only the name and the brand that working out for them.

The only good thing which I don’t mind paying for was their spa. It’s still €30 each.

We normally prefer quaint local properties but given the choices in Milan we opted for the modern, new Hyatt Centric Milan Centrale. It is quite close to Centrale Milan train station, surrounded by many good dining choices. Our room was well-designed, spacious, and restful. While other reviewers find the modern lights difficult to manage, we took our time and figured it out the first day.

This hotel blew me away! The room was spotless, the staff were ALWAYS so kind, and accommodating. They gave great suggestions and asked where I was going to give those recommendations. Didn’t really go to any shops nearby as I Ubered from where I needed to go. But I did love all the cafes nearby, I was able to walk to and grab breakfast, or lunch. The spa was beautiful, I saw pictures but I don’t think it dos it justice. Only had time to go once but I loved every minute of it with the infused water, and healthy snack options. I loved that the gave you a goodie back of shoes, a robe, and necessities needed to shower before/after and lotion. Didn’t eat at the restaurant as I would be out in the city during dinning hours, but I did do room service one more and couldn’t find a menu. So I had to have the person on the phone tell me what they had. I wanted to go ti the sky garden but you can’t go until they open, when I did go I left because of the people when I just wanted to go and take pictures. Which it was walkable during the day. Overall, loved the room, and the free drinks were a nice touch.

We took the train to Milan and so this hotel is very walkable from the central station. The check in was easy and the staff friendly. The only thing we didn’t like was how dark the hallways were. The room was clean and well appointed. Fresh water in the fridge each day. We walked everywhere and found nearby restaurants for dinner.

The front desk staff were the most accompany welcoming I’ve encountered in a while, and I travel ALOT!! The wellness area with a Roman bath, Turkish bath, sauna and salt cave was convenient and easy to utilize. Very relaxing and our stay was worth every penny!

Stayed 3 nights. Spacious, modern, clean, quiet, loved our stay. AC worked well. Close to the train station for our one day lake como trip.
Had a problem in our room, staff was quick to give us another room. Would stay again if we come back to milan. Around 25-30 mins walk or 10 minutes metro to the center of Milan.

This was a great hotel. About a 5 minute walk from the train station. Once you get a hang of the trains, it’s very easy to transport. I really enjoyed the breakfast, definitely recommend. The spa was nice……. But when we went, there were two families with children and the kids were screaming and the parents taking loudly. It was just too rowdy for a spa environment. If the disruptions weren’t present, it would’ve been perfect. I would stay here again.

Just amazing - staff were incredible couldn’t do enough for you very attentive. Even chasing after us to give us an umbrella in the outing rain! Room was perfect. The guys in the restaurant 1st class service and very funny! Rooftop bar is really funky and a welcome addition if not wanting to go into the centre of Milan every night. Well done Hyatt!

The bedrooms were incredibly small-think smaller than Paris. It's very close to main train station but about 1hr from international airport and 15 minutes or so from the major sites good breakfast but not included in room cost nor is the spa so it was a bit misleading.

Cleaning crew did a great job everyday. Water and coffee are provided in the room.
Unfortunately, every room has intense neon lighting at the windows that turns on automatically every night at 1am. Being jet-lagged, that was unfortunate. When asking the staff to deactivate it, they didn’t help.
Rooftop bar was temporarily closed during our stay, which was not communicated to us prior.

This hotel is super close to the train Station. Walkable with your luggage. just make sure you are exiting the correct side of the station. Exit directly in the front where the big white apple is and cross the street on your right side. I made a mistake and went the wrong direction on the first day. location is quite. Walkable to shopping about 1.5 miles away. staff were friendly and nice. Hotel was clean.

Great choice for our first night after flight from US. Convenient location close to train station and central Milan sights. Property is in good condition, super cool rooftop bar. Room was decent sized by European standards. Breakfast was a nice assortment, filled us up for a busy day on the road. I want to say that the staff were all great. Especially the door guys and the bar staff. I would recommend this hotel.

At first we thought that the hotel and staff was really nice. But I got stuck in the elevator for over 20 mins and they couldn’t figure out how to open the doors. Finally the elevator just started moving on its own and the staff had no clue what happened and how I was able to get out. To me this was not a safe situation. If I was not with my husband I would have lost it as there is no fan or vent in the elevator which made it worse. I am extremely claustrophobic and being in that situation for over 20 minutes was traumatic. The hotel sent a box of macaroons to apologize and said they would take care of our cab rides to the airport the next morning but that didn’t happen. I thought that was the least they could do.
