exceptional hotel, from the nice customer service to the food,(breakfast included was phenomenal, so many options and fresh). It is also well located. There arw grocery shops, including an Aldi, and a 6 min walk to milano centralie station, among other train stations. Getting to main attractions via train was easy and fast. Absolutely loved my stay.

I stayed here for one night with my family in August. The hotel itself if fine, convenient location, clean and modern, and the staff were friendly. However, our rooms didn't have any type of interior security: no latch, no chain, no deadbolt. I noticed this when we first entered the room, but didn't think too much about it util the next morning when our daughter informed us that someone had opened her door at 2am (she was awake texting.) She got up when she heard someone manipulating the door handle and then she heard the keycard beep, and she saw a man open the door. When he saw her he quickly apologized and closed the door. As soon as my daughter told me about the intrusion, I informed the front desk and they told me that a security guard had been doing rounds and saw our door open, and he had to open it fully, in order to close it properly. Interestingly, we had adjoining rooms, and the door they claim wasn't closed properly, had never been used by us, we used the door to the other room to enter and leave. I submitted a complaint and after some back and forth, they agreed to issue a refund. I'm not really sure what to believe happened, but it is definitely worth noting that our rooms didn't have any means to be secured from the inside. I'm not sure I've ever seen that at any of the hotels I've stayed at, ever.

Its convenient location allowed us to walk to the train station both upon arrival and departure. We also made use of the subway to easily reach the Duomo di Milano and the main shopping district. The hotel offers several close by dining options, which was a nice convenience. We also enjoyed a walk from the hotel to visit the Bosco Verticale a beautiful area well worth seeing.

For the 2 nights stays, we surprised to see they change menu daily, like fresh made milkshake served in little jars in one morning and the next day, it was replaced by a light fruity chia seed dessert served in little colourful ceramic bowls.
Overall a great place to rest after a long day and a best place to start the new day!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a week and it was a wonderful experience. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Our room was a decent size with views of the city. We had daily house keeping so our room was very clean. The property is close to the major train station ( Milan Céntrale), about a five minute walk. It’s also very easy to get to Duomo from this location by bus or train. There is a supermarket across the street from the hotel and lots of places close by were one can eat; the hotel also has a restaurant/ bar on location and also a gym. If you are looking for a clean and modern hotel in downtown Milan, we highly recommend this property.
