A good choice for an overnight layover between trains. I stayed in a single room, which was comfortable and clean, if small. It’s a short walk to the Centrale station, and a slightly longer walk or short tram ride to Porta Garibaldi. I would stay there again!

Great service, reasonable cost!

This was a nice, clean, economical place to stay. The service at the front desk was excellent. Breakfast (included) was good. Comfortable beds, good (adjustable) water pressure in the shower. Very easy to walk to from the Milano Centrale train station.

Booked this for a pre-departure night because it was near the train station. Front desk staff was very nice. Some vending / beverage coolers in lobby.

Hotel is run down (small holes in wall, paint chipped, no art, etc). Wasn’t much hot water when I showered at 9 am. Beds & bedding were cheap and really uncomfortable. Wasn’t super clean (didn’t look it, but that could be the age of everything — carpet, floor). Toilet handle was partially cracks and broken.

It was functional, but expensive for what it was. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel has the policy to give them keys when we go out of property. We came at main entrance around 11.30 pm and kept calling and ringing the door for 30 mins and waited in - 1 degree. The towels don't smell fresh. Rooms are cold even after turning on heater. The rooms feel like they are haunted

I'd have given this hotel an excellent review but for the noise from a heat pump that clattered during the night. The noise seemed to reverberate around the courtyard that the hotel backed onto. It wasn't the hotel's fault and there probably wasn't much they could do about it but being noise sensitive, it wasn't great. In every other respect, the hotel was lovely. The staff were extremely helpful, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great.

The room is dark. Maybe coz of the dark carpeting and curtains. The closed trash can inside the bathroom doesn’t open you have to manually open it which is gross. The bath area drains very slow. Water would pool. The staff are nice though.

The hotel was very basic but staff were pleasant and helpful. Although there was a bar l never saw it operation.
Although the bathroom was spacious the shower cubical was very small and basic, hardly any room inside.Similar to showers on ferry cabins. Very convenient location.

距離火車站不算太遠，附近有地鐵站，周遭沒有太多店家，但感覺還算安全。房內有冰箱。櫃台人員相當親切，離開飯店需交鑰匙至櫃台避免遺失。唯一缺點是浴室燈光昏暗，且沒有太多放置東西的空間。

Marginally acceptable hotel.

This was a strange experience. I selected Club because it's near Milano Centrale, inexpensive, and had decent reviews. BUT. I get to my room: It faces the street and so is noisy. I rest for a while. I go to use the bathroom sink, and no matter how I turn the lever, out comes boiling hot water, much too hot to even touch. Eventually I look under the sink and i turns out there's just one pipe coming out of the wall and the plumber connected both side of the faucet to it. Brilliant!

I went to the front desk to get another room, but first the desk clerk had to come up to see for himself, and claimed no one had ever complained before. Just a little hard to believe. My second room was better, and on the back side of the hotel, and so very quiet. But there was basically no light at all in the bed area: the previous room had a small bedside lamp.

Overall very, very strange.

The breakfast provided was bare bones, and I skipped it. You can do much better in the station.

Hotel located mins from rail station and resturants in a safe area , room is dated but reflect of price you pay. Is Milan after all , bright points are the staff , all very helpful and nice , downside is parking or the lack thereof , expect to pay 25 euro a day in a garage 100 m away. Over all , the 3 stars rating is spot on.

Location is good. It’s about 10 mins walk from Milan Train Station. Check in done smoothly. Staff able to checked us in promptly. However didn’t give us some information about the area. Like us, being a first time in Milan, i didn’t feel a warmth welcome. Places like restaurants, attractions near by the hotel.

Very Clean, Great Staff

No-frills but nice and very clean hotel. Only a 5-minute walk to the central train station. Nice breakfast buffet for 10 euros, or you can get coffee for 1.50 a cup. The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and professional.

The Internet however wasn't the best, it would unfortunately struggle to run and occasionally drop so low that nothing would work.

Room was small but ok for a solo traveler. The shower was tiny and the toilet had a weird flush that looked like a tap you had to turn to flush. Could have done with more clothes hangers. The hotel looked clean and easy reach of the metro station to get to the cathedral. Also 5 mins walk from the train stn where the coach to/from Bergamo airport are. If I came to Milan again, I would be happy to stay here again.

The room I had was pretty small. However, it was clean and enough for me since I was out for most of the day. The hotel itself is about a 5-10 mins walk from the Central Station which is very convenient. I just wish the trains would run til 3am at least. The staff I dealt with were pretty polite and are on duty 24-7.

Only comments are the only plug sockets working we’re in the bathroom and the tv plug and the lighting was very dim used the bathroom light and plug for duration. But overall very good and would stay again 😊

Weird experience

It worked because we were only there to sleep for a few hours between a flight and a train ride. But the place is very weird. They make you give the key to them anytime you leave and then you ask for it back to get into your own room. The quality of the room wasn't great, bed was rough, and a bit of a creepy vibe. I wouldn't stay again but it got the job done this round.

Pretty old unmaintained property and the photos of room is like what we got cause it was very very small room and the breakfast was very poor it looks like some one just bought couple staff from the market and put it on the table to serve it to the clients so don’t get any even minimal expectations to be served like a hotel.

Good hotel, AWFUL STAFF

The hotel itself was in a great location, is well kept and the room was faultless which makes me sad to leave a negative review.

But the staff on the front desk just got more rude and treated us like children bearing in mind that we stayed here only ONE night. After a decent check in, things were going okay.

But things started seeming off as we watched the man at the front desk walk to the door and start weirdly joking to a group of confused girls outside that he doesn’t like polish people.

As we then went to leave in the day we got whistled at to give our keys to the front desk before leaving which wasn’t explained to us beforehand.

The lady at the front desk in the morning for our checkout was actually incredibly friendly towards us and helped store our luggage, although there did seem to be an altercation between her and the couple infront of us wanting to do the same.

Upon return to collect our stored luggage, we simply walked past reception into another open space where we knew our luggage was kept. And after simply walking a few meters past reception we were literally shouted at by the man at the desk. He then angrily ranted at us for the next 5 minutes telling us that it was his ‘house’ and we had to show respect, even though we had paid and were guests of the hotel.

We’ve traveled for the last 3 weeks to 10 countries and not one had this problem or has been as angry or as rude to us as the man at the desk here who ruined our experience of Milan!

1. No corner shelve to keep soap or shampoo in the shower stall.

The no internet hotel

The hotel location was excellent the staff was helpful and friendly. The place was clean. The biggest problem and the reason i wont go back is there was no internet all 5 days i was there. I had to go to train station to do my work. If i had not paid in advance i wouldve went to another hotel. If it had worked this place is a no brainer. I will stay again but wont pay in advance so if internet dont work im gone and will never return.

The hotel is amazing
Located at a walkable distance from milan centrale so no need for a bus or taxi
The room and bathroom was very clean
The stuff was friendly and helpful
The lady suggested us a very nice day tour in milan and draw the route on the map

I liked that it was walkable to and from the train station. That was the only positive side of my experience. The place is in dire need for updates and renovations; the walls look half done with paint jobs, carpet looks old and needs to be replaced; beds look old and needs updating; to operate a tv one has to tap the top and click the remote; fridge in room not working; I was just waiting for a roach or big to show up which didn’t happen thank God. you get what you pay for I guess. I’ve read other more negative reviews about staff being rude to guests who have stayed here, so I’m thankful I didn’t experience that.
