The staff were okay, however, the rooms were absolutely unacceptable. The carpet was extremely dirty and felt more like outdoor flooring than something meant for a room. The walls were very thin. I could clearly hear people in the rooms next door watching TV and singing along with TV.

The view was disappointing, as it faced directly into other people’s apartments, hence no privacy at all. The curtains were too thin to block anything out properly. So as soon as there is light out, room gets bright.

As for the bed and pillows, they were incredibly uncomfortable. I’ve genuinely had better sleep on the ground inside a tent.

Overall, the hotel IS VERY disappointing and not worth the money.

The room was spotless, but it was a bit dark and quite warm in the room. No matter how much I tried to adjust the temperature it remained hot. Although you supply shower gel/ shampoo you did not include body lotion, that would have been nice.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect for Centrale train station, approx. 6 mins walk away. with an array or restaurants around 10 mins walk away.

There are 2 or 3 other metro stations close to the hotel that takes you to Duomo Square in around 30 mins.

As you’d want from a budget hotel

All I want from a budget hotel is a clean room and a comfy bed. That’s exactly what I got. Nothing fancy and quite old but the room was clean, the bed was comfy and the staff were friendly. Good location too. Can’t fault it for the price.

About 10 min walking from Milan Centrale (central train station), the property is beautiful, clean, and modern. I was happy coming here after sleeping on sofas and old houses visiting friends in the region! The rooms are quite small and the bed is a twin bed - but that’s a city hotel for you. No hair conditioner in case you need it. Overall, great for the value.

I loved my stay in the hotel. It’s in great proximity to the central station and metro which makes it very convenient to move around a city or catch a train to the airport.

The only thing I was a bit bummed out about was the noisy mornings. I was travelling for 2 whole weeks prior to my stay here for business and was very exhausted and needed rest. The cleaners were cleaning out rooms adjacent to mine early in the morning, banging brooms and vacuum against the walls for hours which unfortunately resulted in me waking up early and not being able to fall back asleep.

Other than that I have no complaints. Room was clean, bathroom was great!

I had left my glasses in the taxi when i went out on my first evening I contacted the hotel and Max who had booked me the cab rang the company and they checked with the driver and had my glasses returned to reception.

I booked this hotel for my friend, she was visiting Milan for the first time. The hotel staff at reception were rude, as during checkin we only had electronic copies of the id, they denied entry, it was close to 9:30pm and there were no places she could go back to, no trains back to Padua at that time. Hotel staff advised her to go to police station, she took a cab and went there, the address hotel receptionist gave for the police station was closed. My friend was stranded. She had soft copy of her identification and hardcopy of her student card. Hotel staff said she could they could not accept it. This is ridiculous as this should have been advised when booking the hotel. I reached to the hotel to look at alternatives, they haven't replied yet. Service too bad. She was not able to stay at the hotel. The whole situation was traumatic and it was her first time in Milan and she had to stay at the train station till early morning with a sprained ankle, nothing to eat and cold. The way hotel staff told her, i was on call with her, the receptionist was rude and gave her incorrect information which made her vulnerable as well. This is not expected of a hotel whose rating is at least 5 star. No one should go through this and they should offer some alternatives and resolutions to people who are travelling to the city and their business to stay.

Wonderful stay for two nights near Central station.
Small room but well appointed and nice bedding.
Quaint lobby with lounge and breakfast.
Few decent restaurants nearby but “Dinky’s” was recommended and was excellent.
Nice little mini store “Aperto” nearby for snacks and provisions. Cheap.
Overall……great value for money stay in the terminal area.

Only real issue was the AC first room it was very warm and did not cool down. I complained and they said they were full for the night. It maybe tomorrow could get another room, I looked online and they still had rooms that you could book but by then I was too tired to complain again so gave up. They did move my room the next day it was a little better but I think the AC just doesn’t work well in general. The lobby felt very good temp but rooms did not

It is a beautiful hotel. The downside is the A/C barely works despite the ultra modern amenities of the hotel. Also, room 204 (superior room) that we were originally in was right below the dining area/restaurant and was VERY noisy. Lastly, we came for a cycling holiday, but the drive to the hotel is not paved and very steep so we had to go down the hill by car to start a ride.

This hotel was excellent- particularly for a 3 star, it doesn’t look that great from the outside but was superb on the inside. Very close to Milano Central Station. I would certainly stay there again.

On entering the hotel it looks great with a nice lobby and we were able to check in an hour early. The bed was terrible and extremely hard providing a bad sleep. Advertised as having a bar but whenever we asked if it was open one staff member was rude and told us it's not available without providing any further information and turning the lights off in the bar. The location is perfect - 10 minutes walk from the central train station and also the metro to get around. Breakfast was a hot drink and croissant.

The position was very convenient and check in 24 hours really helps travelling late hours. The room was clean but the bed was a bit uncomfortable, probably quite old.

A lovely hotel, I’d go back to it

I enjoyed my stay for one night at this lovely hotel. It’s 8 minutes walking distance from the central station makes it ideal for a layover among Milan’s airports and within easy reach of means of transportation. The reception staff is extremely polite and efficient, offering great service. The room was spotless clean. I would like to manage the heating as per my time of staying in the room rather than the designated times which however is effective

Our scheduled stay for three nights in this hotel was completely unpleasant due the very poor Airconditioning while the outside temperature was extremely high that forced us to leave to other hotel next day morning. The real problem was that when we several times complained about it no action was taken and the gentleman at the front disk without naming him was very rude on his response while the lady Shaya was very kind and brought us bottle of water to cool us down. I don’t recommend this hotel during summer time

Good hotel for a short stay in Milan. Friendly efficient staff. Easy check-in. Well located, close to Milan Central and Metro. Lots of restaurants nearby. Good breakfast at the hotel (continental style). Rooms were comfortable and clean. Noise from the street wasn't too bad. WiFi work well. Spacious bathroom. Beds were ok. Would stay again.
