Staff were great at front desk but hallways and rooms need updating. Stains in hallways carpets and broken bathroom hardware, missing lightbulbs don't help with the experience. Morning breakfast was great and the gentleman running it was fantastic. Hotel also right across street from Milan Central train station and Metro was convenient.

The room was extremely hot. I asked if they could turn on the thermostat and they said if they turn it on it will be for heat. I didn’t need more heat. I needed a cooler room. Walls were dirty, and shower had black mold. I felt extremely uncomfortable and disappointed. The WiFi didn’t work because I was on the top floor. I had to go down to lobby to use WiFi.

There was an issue with the first room but the staff were really helpful and we were accommodated in another room. In fact all the staff were kind and polite and eager to help.

Location is really good if you want to be near to Milano Centrale railway station and the metro. Not true city centre but convenient.

Small shop nearby that opens late and good for th Mercato Centrale for food options. Were other food options nearby but didn’t try them.

Staff welcomed me by telling me to sit down , while she used her phone. Room was very stuffy, no fan for air circulation and couldn't leave window open due to street tram noise. Kept having to log into hotel wifi , no auto reconnect. Breakfast was great.

Dirty room, overall environment is dirty and not ready to accept visitors. Elevator is very uncomfortable to use and narrow. Room amenities is useless and noisy with construction. Advertised as boutique hotel but picture is just picture. Very very disappointing and will not use it anymore in my life.

The room was ok, no water bottles provided and the WiFi didn’t reach the fifth floor however that was minor. The issue we faced was with the items in our room disappearing. The cleaner knocked on our door repeatedly until we woke up, so I answered the door thinking it was an emergency but she seemed to say she wanted us out so she could clean. Understandably, that is her job but I told her not to worry about cleaning it as we didn’t really want to be rushed out of our room. When we did leave that day, we came back to a bag of shopping we had bought the previous day, missing. This was clearly not a rubbish bag, a H&M bag full of items from Sephora, Lego and other bits. The staff did not seem to want to help when we asked them about this, but somehow the bag turned up and we were given it back when checking out. Granted, it was returned to us but with no explanation or apology, it was a bit of a weird experience. Our passports or money could have been in that bag for all they knew.

Where do I start? The hot water can only be turned up to lukewarm, despite leaving a note to ask for the shampoo to be refilled it was not and no internet for at least 24hrs.
On my he other side breakfast was good. It was also located close to the train station which was one of the reasons we chose this.

The toom was clean and the twin bed I had was comfortable for my two night stay. Breakfast was good. I appreciated the water dispenser right on my hotel floor. Bathroom sink faucet did splash everywhere.

Good enough for an overnight or short Milan stay; interesting layout / maze how to get to 4th floor. Tiny elevator 1-to-4, took stairs. Good shower, comfy bed, clean room and bath.
Good breakfast selection and pleasant staff, great location to Milano Centrale. Front desk ladies very nice.

It seemed nice at first, but then we got to know the hotel! 1. The room walls were dirty and in rough shape which was a turn off 2. The toilet wouldn't flush and 3. we had issues with the heat- it was so hot and they couldn't fix it, despite numerous complaints. This meant we had to have the window open on a noisy street. 4. A big issue was that there was no hot water in the morning! We were getting ready to go to breakfast but there was no hot water. I need to heat my eyes for medical reasons each morning- couldn't do it without hot water. 5. I had to take a cold shower. We mentioned it to the desk at check out, and were told that they had just turned the hot water on a short time ago and there would be some soon... ummm what??? Some how they managed to make breakfast for everyone, but didn't expect guests to shower first??? Very disappointing indeed.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to Milan Centrale train and metro station so it was an ideal place to stay. It’s a bit outside of the main tourist areas so it’s quieter and not as busy as locations around the Duomo. The hotel staff were super helpful and friendly during the stay. The room was also well air-conditioned with block out blinds.

The hotel itself is a bit worn down, particularly in the bathroom. When we checked in, our bathroom had no toilet paper. Other than that, the hotel was used mostly as a place to rest as we were out most of the time.

For the price paid, I’d recommend this as a good hotel to stay at.

The pictures on the website are misleading, the only thing that looks same is the reception, the rooms needs to be renovated, there are molds in the bathroom, the cleaners do well to keep the place intact, there are stains on the walls, on the mats, this place is good for just a night stay, there is poor ventilation, you can’t stay In the rooms during the day, bathroom has no doors, no vents, room is stuffy and depressing, the dinning is just common breakfast, the staff are okay, Valerio is kind. This is more of a hostel than a hotel.

The station is just around the corner from the hotel. It is about 3km to the centre of Milan, an easy walk for us. So got to see everything we wanted. There are several really good and cheap restaurants around the hotel. No need to go far.
It was raining and the young lady at the desk was kind enough to hunt down two umbrellas for us. Very grateful.

Wonderful experience! Spacious room, there were 3 rooms within an apartment being used like a hotel for rental. This seems common in area as the apartment next door was also owned and rented out. We met one very family in hallway. A lovely couple stayed in the room or shared space. We had a accessible little fridge with drinks and counter with some snacks. This was wonderful as we appreciated the water especially during this summer heat. The owners allowed us to enter earlier which we needed as we were exhausted.

The location of the hotel is convenient if looking for something close to the train station however we felt very unsafe. Lots of loitering and homeless. The front desk was on a personal call and we waited for her to finish before she gave any attention to us. We had to use an elevator that took us to a back elevator to our room, it was sketchy. Our room was dirty and eerie upon arrival- we booked another hotel immediately, didn’t even bother taking our shoes off at this point. I would not ever come back. Wasted $200.

We only stayed here for 2 nights. The place was very close to Milan Central station. Restaurants are also close by. The room clean and spacious enough. I’d stay here again and recommend it to friends. One suggestion though, elevator floor needs to be cleaned. For 2 days , no one picked up dirt on the elevator floors .

I was a little skeptical of a hotel near the train station, but the hotel was very clean and really quiet. We had an inner courtyard room, which might be quieter. The rooms were roomy enough, bigger than what you would get in other comparable cities. Overall, I was impressed with the hotel. I'd stay there again. In fact, I will in a couple weeks.

This hotel is located a 5 minute walk from Milano Centrale, super convenient for short stays. Did not feel unsafe walking at night. Local atmosphere, conveniently close to laundromat and groceries. Transit anywhere in the city easily.
Unfortunately only half of the e property has been renovated. Rooms in the back of the hotel are needing upgrades. Beds were clean and comfortable.
Staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Impeccable location, direct lines of trams, buses, and 2-min walk to central train station, surrounded by restaurants.
Bathroom in our room is fairly small, so if you enjoy extended time in the shower, be mindful water might overflow just because it won’t drain soon enough

I required check in during the night, and the staff were so helpful and understanding when I called ahead to explain my flight had been delayed. Check in was really smooth and easy so we could go straight to the room and go to bed. The hotel is in a great location for Centrale station and other transport such as the metro, bus routes and trams

Front desk was friendly but lacked knowledge of Milian and surrounding towns in generally. I would have given them 4 stars but the breakfast was terrible.
