I gas to requerir n update because all single rooms were at the back of the building facing balconies and windows from nearby buildings. One could not open the curtains and the room was smaller than a hostel room. I paid 50 euros for a double room with two single beds and was asked to “please do not mess up the other bed” “ use just one” on the other hand, the shower door did not close and all the water wet the floor which did not have a mat. I was forced to use a towel to dry the place or risk falling.

Excellent location for travelling to & from the airport & into the centre, very clean & comfortable beds. Very good breakfast, after room was cleaned room temperature was increased to 26 degrees so had uncomfortable sleep, plus we once couldn’t get in at 10pm as doors were stuck & no one on the reception, so another guest had to prise open the sliding doors. Plus a big disturbance happened with lots of shouting, police arrived, apparently a hotel guest with MH, so not the best sleep! Other than this it was good.

Corridors not very welcoming and could do with refresh and also rooms. Bed and pillows comfortable. Room very basic but clean. Sound proofing terrible. We had to be moved as family room next to us and were very noisy during night. Staff excellent. Breakfast good. Very near station for transport.

Cleanliness can be improved. Everything and every corner in the room is very dusty including the towels, bedding and the floor. Ancient hair dryer with a hole in the pipe was inconvenient and unsafe to use. Use sustainability as an excuse to not supply tissue papers but provide paper cups wrapped in plastic (?) for the bathroom. Overall, it’s an old and desperate hotel trying to cut costs by all means. There’s definitely better choices for the same price.

Great location, price-you get what you pay for

I’ve stayed here before and for its proximity to Milano Centrale you can’t beat the price. Lovely front desk staff. Room this time was small, higher floor lighting locations weren’t great, and there always seemed to be laundry or trash bags in the hall. Again, in an expensive city, the price is good…the Ritz it’s not, but it doesn’t pretend to be, so…

The hotel is convenient (across the street from Milano Central Station). We arrived from Paris around 10:30pm. The A/C was off and it was pretty hot inside. I called the front desk and the receptionist told me that they will adjust the A/C. It didn’t work. My son and I couldn’t sleep. We melted down. I opened the window and it was a construction going on on the train station and it was loud. Breakfast was good and included. I guess they were trying to save energy but come on, it was a really hot day and the room felt like a sauna

Don’t be fooled by the B&B name. It is a fully serviced hotel, not the standard Bed and Breakfast. Room is modern and large. Included breakfast is great and lot of choice too. Right next to Milano Centrale. Breakfast is on the top floor offering sweeping view of the station and its plaza. Metro is also right there. I will stay at this hotel again.

You are paying for the convenience of where this property is located , right across from Milan Centrale station. The options at breakfast was quite good : eggs, sliced meats , pastries, fresh orange juice . The room itself does not have coffee or tea included, neither a minibar. There is a mini fridge but it’s empty. Room has a huge luggage desk which was the best. The room was clean, however it’s not soundproof and you could hear the street noise. Staff are so kind and helpful. Overall a very good stay and worked for what we needed

am writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had during my recent stay, reservation number 72883642329208, on August 23. Upon checking in, the atmosphere was chaotic, with people screaming, making it difficult to communicate with the front desk agent. Despite being two guests, we were only given one key. Additionally, I was surprised to find that the Wi-Fi provided was unsecured, which poses a significant privacy concern.

When I requested an iron, I was informed by the staff at reception, Simone and Edoardo, that I would have to use it in the lobby rather than having one brought to the room. This was highly inconvenient. Furthermore, the immediate surrounding areas did not feel secure, even during the day, making me apprehensive about staying there at night.

The lack of security and hospitality were enough reasons for me to have to find a last minute alternative accommodations. This experience was deeply disappointing, especially given that I traveled from another country and had expectations based on the marketing provided by Expedia, which did not match reality.

But it was some how cancelled. All the hotel booked via Expedia were free breakfast for this week in Italy and in Switzerland. Today I checked in Lake Como Alebergo Fireza hotel the same problem. I believe Expedia promotes free breakfast and does not honor it

Decent size room, hot shower, ac (make sure to ask the front desk to turn it on if needed). Staff was helpful and nice. Laundry services Not onsite- but a 5min walk to laundro mat. 13 euro per load. Shower is a bit small and it took a few minutes to warm up...enjoyed our stay! Would stay again. Oh and Do Not eat at restaurant directly next door. Staff is pushy, food is ok but over priced. Step 1 blocl away and food is better/cheaper.

I loved how close it was to Milan Central, right across the street. The desk staff was the best I've ever had the pleasure of using. The room was like new, on the 6th floor overlooking the train station. When I entered after a long day of travel I noticed a refrigerator with cold beer, soda and wine. Purchased a beer and wine, the price was right. The room looked brand new, loved it. The service and location were so good we changed our reservations from another hotel and booked this one next week. I only hope my visit next week is as good. Loved it.

The first room I had was disappointing. Bathroom was rather dated with terrible water flow and drainage. Then the room key needs to be changed every time I exit the room. Frustrating experience! The Manager was sympathetic and gave me another room which was much better. Wished I had it earlier instead of one night out of 4 not so great nights.
Cleaning staff needs to be aware that walls are thin and not worked noisily. Dragging furniture and slamming doors was too much.
Otherwise the location is absolutely awesome as it is just right next to the Cental Station.
