Great hotel, I would definitely stay here again. Everyone who works here is super nice and helpful. Immaculately clean rooms- new and modern. Steps from the subway, and great neighborhood restaurants down the block. Staff also helped us secure a shuttle to the airport- couldn't have been easier!

This is hotel is the just the perfect location for one’s Milan stay. Couldn’t be more pleased. You can almost see the hotel from the steps of the Centrale station. Nice, clean, convenient and great staff.

The hotel was relatively clean with a good amount of space and comfy beds. Amenities were a little limited upon arrival but was solved by just asking the cleaning staff for any requirements (tissues, towels, slippers, etc…). I would suggest bringing your own travel size shampoo/body wash as the one provided was a 2-in-1. The breakfast provided didn’t have an huge variety but it was enough to get your day going - also very friendly and helpful staff. Other than that the front desk staff was welcoming and very helpful in terms of things to do and giving us directions. Would recommend for anyone visiting Milan for a short stay.

Room 110 not ideal due to being beside the lifts.
On occasions even during the night very noisy inconsiderate guests.
On our last night there was a lot of chat coming from reception area that we could hear clearly in our room.
Front desk staff friendly, one young guy in particular. Never got his name always smiling and greeted you every time he saw you.
The girls just ignored you existed.

The staff was very helpful and always cheerful.
We were staying at level -1 and we couldn't hear any noise from outside.
On our last day, we could leave our luggage in the storage room, so we didn't have to carry extra bags.
For my next trip to Milan, I will consider booking this hotel again.

Very close to the milan central station and friendly and helpful staff, however the soundproofing of the rooms are terrible. We were given the room next to the lifts and service door, and they were moving trolleys in at 4am in the morning. Also the shower had mould and hair in when we arrived.

We stayed for 5 nights. The location is very convenient — just a 5-minute walk to Milano Centrale — but the hotel didn’t meet 4-star standards.

Reception staff were very friendly and check-in was smooth. Unfortunately, the room was very small and lacked basic amenities like disposable slippers, iron, complimentary water or a kettle (we had to request one). Only two flat pillows and a thin blanket were provided — again, we had to call for extras. Staff were nice but very slow to respond.

The mattress was hard and uncomfortable, which gave us back pain. We found a live bug on the blanket and the room stayed dusty throughout our stay. Housekeeping didn’t clean properly — used cups were left unwashed. The corridors also had a strong, unpleasant smell.

If location is your priority, it works. But for the price and 4-star rating, we expected much better quality and cleanliness.

Staff pleasant. Rooms were stylish but dark and cave like. Nowhere to store anything and only 3 coat hangers for 2 people for a 4 night stay. Only one hard pillow each.. had to ask twice for an extra pillow. NO COFFEE OR TEA FACILITIES in the room. For the price paid it should include this. The beds were spacious and comfortable and the room was clean and serviced regularly. The breakfast was ok but we chose to eat elsewhere after the first day as it was very close to lots of restaurants that offer better value for money.

We had a one night stay before departure from Milano Centrale. We could leave the luggage in the storage room. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean with a nice balcony. Central location, close to both railway stations and buses to the Bergamo airport. Nice dining options around. 30 minutes walk to Duomo.

Location was extremely convenient. Trains and metro were 2 minutes walk away from the hotel. The hotel was super beautiful and extra clean. Staff was super as well. The room was spacious. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. The shower was out of this world, we rarely experienced so much water pressure in an hotel before. On the negative side though there was so much noise that we barely slept. I don't know what the cleaning staff were doing but it was unbearable, even with very good ear plugs we were deeply bothered by the noise. Also we were assigned a room beside the front desk (room 110) and we heard so much noise from the lobby that I can recommend this hotel but definitely not this room, to avoid at all costs. Also the thermostat was \"locked\" at 24 degrees, I don't understand why the front desk would \"lock\" a room thermostat, but I had to ask them what was the issue. The fridge did not work and we lost food. The wifi connection was extremely poor. So all in all I would definitely come back to this hotel next time we're in Milano, but we will avoid any room on the same floor as the lobby and tell the front desk about the extreme levels of unbearable noise from the cleaning staff starting at 6 in the morning which was extremely disrespectful. They must learn to accomplish their tasks in a dramatically more silent way, in the end they are not drilling rocks on a jobsite. Cleaning rooms should not make any noise at all.

Location was excellent, very close to the train/Metro station which made it super easy to get to the center of town. Lots of restaurants in the area. Hotel was very comfortable with large rooms. Disappointing for a 4*

The room was quite small with almost nowhere to store your items. The room was too hot & the air conditioning was weak guving out barely a breath of air on high fan. The shower flooded the bathroom unless it was angled heavily towards the back wall of the cubicle. It was modern & clean, but there was no mattress protector on the mattress & the sheet did not stay on well through the night, therefore you ended up sleeping half on a bare mattress, not very hygenic.
There were only 2 pillows, one for each person which was insufficient for us.
Though the hotel was OK, it had little public space, breakfast was OK, but the croissants tasted like they were not baked today.
I do not know how this has been classified a 4 star without a proper lounge area, no bar, only one pillow each & small rooms.
I did not dislike the place, it was just disappointing. It was in a good location, close to the main station & lots of restaurants close by.

The hotel room was impressive—very clean and modern. The bathroom was spacious, and the location is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Milan Central Station. We booked a king bed but were pleasantly surprised to find an additional small bed in the room. The area is beautiful, with plenty of nearby restaurants and a grocery store close by.

Disappointing. The shower door did not close properly and resulted in water all over the floor.

The trash can in the bathroom tipped over when stopped on lever to open lid. Ended up taking out the basket and not dealing with the lever.

When opening the bed there was a small amount of blood on the sheets. As if someone had a cut on their finger while making the bed. Not a pleasant.

On a good note the young lady at reception suggested a nice restaurant which we enjoyed.

When I got to hotel I was informed that my already paid reservation had been switched to their partner hotel the Glam Hotel across the street. The room had a King size bed with a couch as a daybed that was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. Bathroom was huge and dark. The property was close to train station and metro.
