The lobby had a very strong floral scent thats overpowering. The rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. The water pressure wasnt the greatest and the water kept going cold and hot while showering. Everything was fairly priced. But the scent of the libby when coming and going was what ruined the stay. It keot giving me a headache as it was really strong.

We stayed two separate days during the Olympics with two rooms for each stay. On our first stay we were given basic small rooms that cost half the price on the website rather than the rooms we booked on Expedia based on the website pictures. The”second bed was a narrow rollaway with metal bars under the very thin sagging mattress. My 4 yr old grandson accidentally rolled off the unsupported edge and hit his head on the bedside table. After talking to the management they did correct the situation and gave us rooms that matched the website photos. We were extremely appreciative for their responsiveness. Is the lesson to book from
Hotel sites versus third parties as the hotel blamed the issue on the third party and not knowing what they show? Or does the hotel take advantage of customers that book through third parties, hoping they will forget what they’ve booked on a trip with multiple stays at various hotels? The second stay was much smoother with excellent rooms which if we received those the first time around would have a 5 star review.

We enjoyed our time at the conveniently-located Ibis Milano Centro. The room was small and in need of a facelift but was certainly adequate, clean and comfortable. We were disappointed that there was no fitness room--it is apparently in disrepair and thus closed. But everyone on the staff was delightful, helpful, and professional. Also, a great breakfast buffet.

The staff was amazing, especially Euri. They couldn't do enough, honestly. It was the manager that I had a problem with. I must have returned to the front desk 15 times, as my key didn't work. It kept demagnetizing. They offered to upgrade my room, I simply didn't have the time to unpack. I requested a night for free, as compensation for all my time lost, and they offered me free breakfast. That didn't quite cut it, as my time in Milan was all about business, I was exhausted and frustrated. As for the hotel itself, clean, had great food, nice atmosphere, but poor care on my behalf in terms of compensating me for all the hassle. They should have -

Highly recommend this place. It was close to Duomo di Milano and other attractions. The room was very comfortable and was cleaned every day. The staff was very friendly and made my stay enjoyable. Could even drop off the luggage before the check in time.

Wonderful location with good access to public transport. All staff we had were kind, precessional and attentive.
We had a problem with the heating in our room and they were quick to check and change our room when the issue couldn’t me resolved.

Was not able to sleep at all in the 2 nights we stayed. Stayed in room 252 -avoid at all costs. Loud talking and laughing could be heard from outside the closed windows until 3am. Looked outside and it did not seem to be from the downstairs bistro so God knows where all that chatter came from. I'm not even a light sleeper but it was soooo difficult to sleep with all that noise. Checked in on a Thursday as well

Enjoyed our stay overall. The only area that let's the hotel down is the Bar and the staff. They are generally slow and impolite. Never said thank you or had a smile on their faces.
Seemed like it was all too much trouble for them to serve people or even be civil.

Area was convenient enough, 30 min walk to duomo and 18 min walk from the train station.
The hotel room was just bare minimum. Bed’s mattress was not even a proper mattress and it was just a tight room. 0 room amenities (no coffee machine, no kettle, no toiletries, etc). Just a bare minimum hotel for businessmen most likely. Good to sleep in but just expected more. There’s a lot of groceries and cafes and restaurants within walking distance which was convenient.

We had a used towel with hair left in the bathroom. There was no fridge, the AC didn’t cool and was turned off for several hours overnight, so it got even more stuffy and we had to open the window and let the mosquitos in. There was no space for suitcases. Not the usual Ibis Standard i expected. I‘ll never return

The room was tiny , the bathroom was tiny , the carpet was dirty , there was no furniture , everything was as built in,no coffee in room , way overpriced.
The staff was nice the common areas were nice , the breakfast was good , the transportation was convenient the area was nice . I would not stay at that hotel again

We are very familiar with Ibis properties and this one missed the mark mainly because it has 2 tiny elevators for the large property. it took over 20 minutes to get out of the building and there was a line of people behind me. One can't really take the stairs with luggage and we were on the 8th floor along with many frustrated people.

Room showing signs of wear and tear but overall it was clean. Shower bathroom has all in one shampoo/body wash bottle. Room doesn’t have water kettle/coffee maker or fridge. Breakfast was ok with pancake machine and self-serve espresso machine. Fresh fruits were whole oranges, apples and pineapples (yes whole uncut). Tram station and grocery store a block away and taxi stand right outside hotel.

This hotel was expensive for the standard of the room. The room was in need of an upgrade and was tired. It was a 20 min walk from the station. There is an inner quad and if you have a room on the inside then you are disturbed by people late into the evening. I had a better room at less than half the price the next night. The staff member on the bar was full of a cold, coughing as she served me my drink and wasnt very friendly.. She seemed to be serving drinks and preparing bar snacks on her own.

The room was extremely small! I have never stayed in the hotel room so small. There was no place to put the luggage except on the bed. The small rack provided wasn’t even big enough for a small carry-on to fit. We had no sheer curtains over the window. It seemed all the other units that we faced did have that.The bathroom was so small that there was not even room on the vanity to place toilet items. The shower floor was slippery. But on the positive side of the staff was extremely helpful.

They don't offer any lunch or dinner option on weekend that was so weird. Other than that it is a great hotel..bus stop is just there. There is no socket to plug in our CPAP machine or charge our phones on the bedside that was a bit challenging for us.

Check in took a long time as they only had 2 staffs working. After a long wait, check in staff just tried to rush thru without proper info. We went to the wrong block of rooms and had to take the luggage and moved to another side of building. There’s an African looking staff stood by the lobby with no help at all. He did not want to answer any questions or help w anything. I wonder what the hotel hired him for. Room is very small but clean. Location is not bad but NOT inside train station liked it advertised. It’s 15 min walk from Milano central station. Taxi is about €10.

TV in the room didn't function. I arrive late in the afternoon, and after having dinner, we went to bed and wanted to see a movie in Netflix. A man from mantenaice staff came to to the room and after 15´ said to me the TV shoud have been change days before, as this problem was not new. Before leaving the hotel I tryied to talk with the manager, but he was not abalable to atted me. I sent email to the him asking to get a discount considering I had pay a very high rate, normal payed in 5 stars hotel. His answered was that the service they provided was for a 3 star hotel. I accept that but the price was the price for one night of a best quality cathegory.
