From the moment we arrived at Milu Milano, we knew we had chosen something special — but what we experienced went far beyond special. It was extraordinary.

The staff was beyond amazing. Truly. Every single person we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our stay unforgettable. They went above and beyond at every turn — helping with directions, recommendations, reservations, transportation, and even the little details you don’t realize you need until you do. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel completely taken care of.

The rooms were beautifully appointed — stylish, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. After long days exploring Milan, it felt like coming home to a peaceful, elegant retreat. The beds were dreamy, the design thoughtful, and every detail felt intentional.

The lounge quickly became one of our favorite spots. It was welcoming and relaxed, and there was always a cappuccino or latte ready to enjoy. It was the perfect place to start the morning or unwind in the afternoon. That extra touch of hospitality made such a difference.

And the location? Absolutely unbeatable. You step right outside the doors and the subway is there. The train access makes everything effortless — sightseeing, shopping, dining — all just minutes away. You truly could not ask for a better home base in Milan.

If you’re looking for a hotel where service, comfort, and location come together perfectly, Milu Milano is it. We cannot wait to return.

Nespresso and free drinks and snacks in room filled daily but a small lounge with drinks and nice Gaggia machine for coffee available 24/7. Super convenient access from LIN airport and well connected to the city with stop right in front of hotel. Enjoyed pizza at the restaurant right next door after a long trip, recommended by hotel staff. Would 100% come back. Traveled with two adults and two toddlers in triple room with crib added.

Our first impression upon check-in was disappointing the process was disorganized, communication unclear, and the team seemed unprepared for basic guest handling, the service level felt below expectations, especially as this stay was part of our honeymoon.

That said, the Front Desk Manager, Mary Grace, handled the situation with professionalism, empathy, and genuine care.

She personally took action to resolve the issues and made every effort to recover our experience she’s a true asset to the hotel and embodies the standard Milu Milano should aim for.

Overall, the property has potential, but consistency, team training, and guest-experience alignment are urgently needed

We had a wonderful stay at Milu Hotel in Milan and couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The location was perfect—close to major attractions, great restaurants, and public transport, yet peaceful enough for a good night’s sleep. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the overall atmosphere of the hotel.

Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan!

Very convenient for Metro. The restaurant next door is used to serve a buffet breakfast with plenty of choices. Supermarket close by for any alcoholic purchases as the hotel doesn’t have a licence but they provide plenty of glasses and ice. Super friendly team. Would highly recommend.

Het personeel was echt heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer had uitzicht op een muur met regenpijp. Het was ook niet zo schoon, kon er niet met blote voeten lopen. Ontbijt vond ik tegenvallen. De jus d'orange was op en werd niet bijgevuld. Ook de scrammbled eggs werd na vragen pas bijgevuld. De meneer die er rondliep had er niet zoveel zin in leek het wel. Jammer. Ligging van het hotel was prima, net buiten de drukte, metro voor de deur.
