Deco was nice and modern. But the shower hadn't been cleaned- half used bar of soap and someone's razor was still in the shower. Makes me wonder what else wasn't cleaned.

Our party only stayed for one night at this hotel. The beds were firm and the breakfast was a splendid affair but we did hit some minor snags.

The hotel is one of the many \"eco\" hotels and I don't know if this played a part of it, but we had tripped the circuits by both boiling water in the electric kettle and using the hairdryer at at the same time. It was a first for our party. The room was a bit on the dusty side but we were only staying there for one night so we didn't make that much of a fuss.

When we had checked in, we had talked to the evening receptionist about getting breakfast and were quoted for 32 euros for a party of 4 (8 euros per person), however when we went to pay, that price was further reduced to 30 euros, which was a steal in my opinion. However the next morning, we were told my another receptionist that the 30 euros only covered 3 people, not 4. We had explained what had happened the night before and eventually wrapped everything up, but it's a bit weird that they had given us conflicting details between the morning and evening shift receptionist.

Breakfast itself was very nicely done, with several options for juices, including pear juice which I hadn't had prior and was lovely, multiple baked goods, hot and cold options, a small salad bar and pizza which I didn't know was an option.

Overall, lovely hotel for the food, but staying for more than 1 might be a bit difficult especially if you need to use several electric devices at once.

This hotel will disappoint you.
I stayed here for two nights. It was my first time at traveling to Milan and this hotel, and honestly, it was far from a pleasant experience.

The hotel is not clean at all, despite what the photos might suggest. I booked a double room with a city view, but the room I was given was on the very top floor of the hotel—basically in the attic. The ceilings were low, and since the hotel has five floors but the elevator only goes up to the fourth, I had to carry my luggage up about 20 stairs to reach my room.

Why wasn’t this clearly mentioned in the room description beforehand?

As for cleanliness, don’t expect much. The room we received had a safe box that didn’t work. Can you believe it? When I asked the staff to fix it, they told me they couldn’t because the previous guest had locked it and they were “unable to repair it.”

Breakfast was extremely basic. If you are considering a hotel in this price range with breakfast included, I strongly recommend looking around—there are definitely better options out there.

Family room very comfortable great location

Family room was large and comfortable, TV had English channels too. So nice to have a hotel with a fridge and tea bags, seems to have disappeared from many in this price range. Bathroom was good size water pressure was great. Staff were very helpful and friendly, really good crew. Milan is a very noisy city, was a bit hard to sleep first night with the road, tram and people noise but got used to it.

Walking distance to central Milan. Staff provided good restaurants suggestions and were very friendly. Renovated room and bathroom. Only downside was a slight cigarette smell in the room and humidity smell in the bathroom.

It is about 10 min walk from train station and very close to shopping street. Restaurants are also nearby

The bathroom was dirty, it didn’t drain properly, the bathroom door didn’t have a lock, the AC was very slow

Superb staff in a small property

AVOID! Overpriced, lame service, bad facility

Despite unseasonable mild weather there was no way to turn the heat off. Room phone was dead. We asked the front desk about the heat (going down to reception each time) numerous times and they finally sent someone to check the hair dryer !?!?’ and we said that’s not the issue! They still didn’t explain so we asked again and finally they said there’s nothing they can do! So a noisy night above the busy street with the window open! And lacking language also.

Beware of booking at this hotel. This hotel was a terrible experience. The AC was not working in the room and when we went to complain about how extremely hot the room was the front desk agent said she would check it out. 2 hours later we asked again about the AC issue and if there was another room we could be moved into. The front desk agent stated all the rooms were the same and nothing could be done about it. We decided to check out of the hotel due to the extreme heat issue in the room and the hotel refused to refund 1night accommodation Extremely poor customer service and crappy hotel.

When we arrived, the A/C was off due to construction. Once the A/C was turned on, a couple hours after we arrived, the temperature of the room never improved. We had two rooms and both rooms had the same problem. We reported this to the staff, but they said they would check to see if windows were open on the construction floor. Worst stay on our two week vacation touring Italy. I wish we would have picked a different location for our last night in Italy.

Avoid this hotel !

This hotel does not deserve more than one star.

The staff was very unfriendly (with the exception of Antonio) and does not make you feel welcome at all.

The air conditioning was not working as the hotel claims a policy where it’s ‚not allowed’ to turn it on unless the room has more than 28 degrees. Therefore could not sleep as with windows open it was way too loud. Fridge in the room also didn’t work. Asked the staff multiple times to kindly turn both on but was rejected.

Shower has no curtain so the whole bathroom gets wet.

The staff was friendly and the place clean overall, however the AC did not work (apparently because of the temperature outside which shouldn't matter) and had to sleep with the window open which we were then bit up all night by mosquitos. So if you are expecting to have AC or need/want it, I would be prepared not to have it here.

We had an issue with having the air conditioning for our room as we had moved from a other hotel to this one and had specifically asked for a air conditioned room. The air conditioner would auto shut off at night the heads up would have been appreciated! It was uncomfortable at night, if you opened the window there was no privacy as there was no other coverings other than heavy drapes and very noisy. There was a fridge and the bathroom was clean. There is a bar down stairs serviced by the desk clerk. They also have a lift (elevator). The manager did try to assist with the air conditioner it would function until midnight. It is a great area many places are walking distance or the metro. Great pizza place next door very popular at night.

Hotel DEMIDOFF all the way! DONT stay at bed&art!

They were wonderful and accomadating so very last minute!! Bed&art Milano centrale we were supposed to stay at but we were 5mins late (DUE TO TRAIN AND WE TOLD THEM WE WOULD BE and it was on paper we should of got charged a late fee but he just cancelled us) and he slammed the door in our face! Still dealing with that issue!!
HOTEL DEMIDOFF MILANO I RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE! I WILL STAY THERE AGAIN!!
SERVICE WAS IMPECCABLE!

Kalmış olduğumuz 103 nolu oda tasarımdan dolayı (duvar boyası) çok karanlıktı. Konumu güzeldi. Banyodaki kalorifer peteği çalışmıyordu. Bizden önce konaklayanların kullanmış olduğu saç kremi kutuları banyodaydı temizlik iyi değildi. Duşakabin kapanmıyordu ve duş baslığı asma aparatı bozuktu.
