Lovely Hotel just off attractive main street Corso Buenos Aires, Immediate area seems to be up & coming but staff & security were good & effective so it felt safe. Walking directions from station were fine if you take the correct station exit. A taxi to the hotel would be easiest. You can take line two to Loreto & walk along an safe street 10 mins or change for line one to Lima a 3 mins walk to the hotel.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. It’s only a 10 minute walk from the train station. The room and hotel overall were so clean and nice, and the breakfast was really good. I also had a medical issue where I needed to go to the local hospital. The staff got us a taxi and checked-in on us after, which we really appreciated. I would definitely stay here if I come to Milan again!

Overall all it is great.

There is one thing though that I like to point out.
The was mold in the corners in the shower area where the glass and the floor meet.

I feel NH Hotels should address this issue.
It is a big turn off.

It was a fantastic place. Great location near the central station as well as a walk away from the Metro to get to the main spots in Milan. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a stay in Milan.

This property is quite convenient to the Central Station, it's an easy walk. I will share though that the neighborhood is a little bit on the rough side. Be sure to be mindful of yourself and your surroundings. There is a nice family owned pizzeria across the street, that I would reccomend.

Good location from the train station, 11mins walk. Good location for the main high street, which you walk down for the Catherderal. Expensive though for the size of room and general facilities. Breakfast for that price point was average at best, some aspects being poor. We also had ants in the bathroom which where dealt with promplty but at £350 per night I expected more

Looks lovely, but ultimately average.

A great example of a hotel designed to make it easy and convenient for the staff, rather than for the guests. Generally a lack of information (why have a list in the lift of breakfast, bar, etc. without stating which floor each of these facilities are on?!). Also, there is no kettle or coffee machine in the room. You can ask them to bring you one, but why would I do that? Just have these conveniences in the room, else it isn't convenient. Same with menus, why have QR codes when you can just have a menu in the room? Why should I connect to the internet, scan a code, try and browse your terrible incomplete website, when you can just print a menu?

I'll start with disadvantages
Booked junior suite no soda in it just 2 single chairs not comfy so after long day
U can't rest on sofa and relax

I needed late check out after 4 nights in junior suite they couldnt do it told me fully booked even though no cues on reception looked empty

Gym needed more machines

We were in Milan for 2 nights with family. We had 2 rooms. The hotel is at a great location, short walking distance from the train station. You would need taxis to go to the main attractions like the Duomo but that’s a short drive. The rooms are comfortable and the staff are friendly. The only thing we missed was coffee maker in the rooms. Overall a great value for money hotel.

The hotel is fine. I paid for a high category and on arrival was told that I would be downgraded. Sadly I had to fight for them to include breakfast to compensate. That I even had to ask for compensation is ridiculous. Poor training.

Excellent location and property. Just 7 minutes walking to Milano Centrale Train Station, steps from Corso Buenos aires, couldn’t ask for a better location. My room was very comfortable and quiet. Property is new . A special thanks and recognition to Oswaldo for his outstanding customer service , his kindness and dedication were above and beyond. Very grateful as well with Simona who kindly arranged my transportation to the airport making sure I was comfortable and safe. I will definitely stay in NH Corso Buenos Aires next time I am in Milán.

Only issue I had was the room had no coffee or kettle to make tea in the morning, which I have always viewed as a necessity not a luxury.

The room was very nice and comfortable, the location of the hotel is functional, the staff was friendly and accommodating (also good english), the only issue was that some of the other guests were very loud between 11pm-1am and we were unable to sleep due to noise: there was a guy yelling, people slamming doors/furniture and playing loud music. It took 2 phone calls to the reception to calm down (not sure if they went to sleep or someone asked them to be more quiet). Maybe it was just a bad luck. Overall, I would stay there again any time due to everything else being perfect and I hope noise is not the standard.

We had a quick 1-night stay at this property while passing through to Florence. The hotel was so comfortable and reasonably priced that we wish all the hotels on our trip were just like this! We would highly recommend to others and rebook if we are ever back in the area.

Pros: clean rooms and property, spacious, modern feel to the decor and lobby, comfortable bedding, good water pressure and clean shower, lots of natural light from windows, good cooling in summer, close to public transportation

Cons: only small con is that you can hear/feel rumbling from the nearby trains. We are light sleepers but this did not bother us at all.

Property for the money was amazing, being Canadian I’ve stayed a lot a places, and I’d stay out of all this was a 5 star, very clean brand new rooms everything you need is there and comfort and the breakfast was a true iatalian fashion on the outside terrace, absolutely beautiful and only 10 min walk from central train station and all shops and bars and clubs and shopping it’s located probably the best, just the street from train to hotel is super sketchy and weird but everything else 10/10 you won’t regret it!

Staying at this hotel was like a tropical holiday, minus the seaside! The room remained at a toasty 27 degrees in spite of our best efforts to cool it down. We slept atop the duvet, dreaming of frosty breezes.

Our \"do not disturb\" sign appeared to be invisible to the staff, who treated us to a surprise 8am wakeup knock. What's a holiday without an early morning adrenaline boost?

And who needs shampoo when you've got two bottles of shower gel? It's all about that floor-based bottle storage, making shower time a slippery escapade! Our stay was truly a memorable one.

We only saw stayed one night, but had a great stay. Friendly staff, quick check in, very accomodating with everything, including holding on to our bags while we explorer the city before check in and after check out. Location was perfect, only 10 mins to walk to Milan Central Station, and 30 mins to the Duomo. Round the corner from multiple metro stations and plenty of shops and food options. Definitely recommend.

The room was quite small and due to the country wide temperature restriction it was quite cold. Iy is worth to book a higher proced room as the standard room is small.The shower easily overflowed to the rest of the bathroom, there is no kettle or iron in the room, and the pillows were uncomfortable. However these are minor inconvenciences only mentioned as information to help future guests. The property looked just like the pictures, the staff was friendly especially our check-in colleague Alejandra who was very friendly and let us check-in earlier as we called in advance to inform them of our early arrival. Thank you! The porperty was comveniently located walking distance from the train station and right next to a main shopping area and metro station. We appreciated the welcome gift of a sweets plate that was delicious. The staff were helpful, the cleaning was meticulous and the public areas of the property were very pleasing and stylish. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

The public areas and bedroom I found to be very well-appointed. The welcome amenity was a nice touch on arrival and the standard of housekeeping was exemplary: the hotel is immaculate.

Breakfast is served until midday on Sundays, with check out subsequently extended to 1pm. This is extremely accommodating and haven’t encountered this before elsewhere.

I saw the General Manager, Anna Maria, on several occasions greeting and conversing with guests, which I felt was quite unique. Usually, managers at this level are sat in an office somewhere, removed from the operation.

I learned on departure that the hotel only opened two months ago thus I’m even more impressed with the standards already in place.

There are plenty of four-star hotels in Milan but I genuinely believe that Anna Maria’s vision and commitment to excellence will be what separates NH Corso Buenos Aires from its competitors.

I probably won’t stay anywhere else in Milan from now on.

Due problemi rilevanti incontrati nel soggiorno : riscaldamento camera : pur settando il termostato a 20 gradi durante la notte la temperatura è salita tantissimo con calore + aria secca che hanno rovinato il sonno. Problema riscontrato anche dai miei colleghi. Probabilmente l'impianto è obsoleto. Inaccettabile. Secondo punto, alle 19:00 non è stato possibile usufruire del bar (pur aperto) in quanto il personale era assente. E' un hotel 4 stelle questo?
