The pool is very cold! ... with a \"waterfall\" that you press a button and it stays on for only about a minute, max.

Don't miss going outside, and take your coffee up to the upper roof, panoramic views of the city. Very nice.

Hotel is nice, right on the subway, easy to get everywhere.

This hotel is in the perfect location to explore central Milan, steps from the metro. We stayed two weeks for the Olympic games and fashion week. Our junior suite was exactly the modern room we were promised. True, the building is a classic so the halls are not straight and wide, but you should chose a hotel based on its hallways! The staff were welcoming each and every time we stepped in from our daily adventure. The showers were hot, with solid water pressure. The rooms were kept clean and well stocked. The elevators were always available, and were welcome, modern upgrades. We loved our experience and will definitely recommend Una Hotels and this property in particular to all that ask!

My stay at the hotel was truly lovely and very comfortable. The staff were outstanding, welcoming, personable, and consistently going above and beyond to provide excellent service. The facilities were pleasant; the sauna was warm and relaxing, and the overall temperature throughout was comfortable. The swimming pool was a little small, but perfectly fine for a swim when it wasn’t too busy. At times, the facilities could get a bit lively, especially when children were around, but everything was still very enjoyable. Overall, I had a wonderful time at the hotel. It was a delightful experience, and I genuinely enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of drinks, coffee, and food to choose from. For the price, it was a fantastic stay, and I would happily return if I visit Milan again.

Only place I will stay when in Milan! This hotel has everything. Full breakfast buffet included, restaurant is very good with regional specialties, M1 metro station just next door takes you straight to the Duomo, and there is a rooftop terrace bar that serves aperitivo at sunset overlooking the whole city. The best part yet is the full spa! Turkish bath, sauna, large pool with whirlpool, showers, and Himalayan pink salt lamps. Best way to wake up or wind down. Staff is also incredibly friendly. There are a few bars and restaurants on the same road but not a huge selection. I'll never stay anywhere else!

We stayed one night at Una after travelling 30hours from Australia to Milan. We had two half days before we had to travel again. The hotel is an easy flat walk from the train which was very convenient. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The pool was great for a swim after a long flight. The small gym had good equipment. We went shopping on Corso Buenos Aires which was great. We went on the metro to see the Duomo etc which was very easy. It was a successful stay. Would stay again.

No Hot Tub!!

Pool was cold and there was no hot tub, as indicated which is why we booked this hotel after dealing with a loooong travel day due to the strike in Italy. We were very disappointed but not the hotel’s fault! They had saunas but we were looking so soak in a hot tub so the cold pool was also not inviting.

Breakfast ok, cheap and cheerful, breakfast staff less friendly, closed part of restaurant area even though still busy. Gym / pool / sauna / steam room, ok for a hotel. Would recommend.

Hotel is in a good location right on top of Lima metro station. You can hear the trains rumble throughout the hotel but this did not impact our sleep.
The roof top bar and the team that staffed it are excellent.
The restaurant staff and the majority of front of house staff seemed miserable and it felt like they wanted to quit their jobs. This is my 4th stay at an UNA hotel and my previous experience has always been very positive and so by comparison, my overall experience here with miserable staff, was a disappointment (except for the excellent team in the roof top bar).

My experience was disappointing, starting with a poor first impression & continuing downhill from there. I booked online &, as always, took extra care to ensure the accommodations met my specific needs & expectations before making a reservation.
However, the images used to advertise the hotel were misleading. I was initially given a room with a shower so small I could barely turn around in it. The photos for the room category I booked clearly showed a standard, more comfortable shower. When I raised this concern, I was told that my room tier only comes with that small shower and that all rooms in that class are the same. It was only after I showed the front desk staff the images from the booking site & stated that I would need to find another hotel that they suddenly found not one, but two rooms in my category with the appropriate, pictured shower.
Another major issue was the hot tub, which is basically cold water with jets. The waterfall doesn't work & the staff is not hospitable. Horrible experience. Nasty people, tiny rooms, no coffee maker, no microwave, cold hot tub...ugg

Staff on reception were helpful. Breakfast was good, plenty of selection, but weirdly no teaspoons!? The room was everything it needed to be, and bed made, room/bathroom cleaned every day. Bed/pillows were comfy too. The one minor thing was that the hairdryer was ancient and not very powerful, (but i should have brought my own!)
Great place to walk in to Duomo. Complimentary marshmallows in reception were my absolute favourite. Lovely stay.

The hotel was about a 10-15 minute walk from the central station. It looked tired from the outside, but was very spacious inside. The rooms were clean and again spacious. The separate bath and shower were a nice touch for the end of a long journey. There was a gym, swimming pool and sauna. However, they were small for such a large hotel, though the terrace bar on the top of the hotel was lovely. The staff were great and made are rooms up to a very good standard. The food for breakfast had great options and the dinner in the evening was fairly well priced.

There are definitely good bones in this hotel, but it absolutely needs freshening up.

My room was large but it felt like there was a lot of unused space - and the furniture was the old-fashioned wooden type. It was in good condition, just not what you'd expect in a four-star hotel in 2025 (similar to the Wetherspoons-esque carpet in the hallways).

In less good condition were the toilet and shower, both of which needed minor repairs - still usable, but routine maintenance should've caught the issues.

I used the spa once and that certainly needs some attention - the steam room didn't work, the pool was much colder than it claimed to be, and it's just pretty cramped. The attached gym isn't massive either, so maybe spread the spa over the entire space and find room for the gym elsewhere?

Of course, it was certainly not all bad - the bed was comfy, the products in the bathroom smelled great, the breakfast was large and frequently replenished, and the staff I chatted with were all friendly.

The location couldn't be better either - just down the road from the central station and on the M1 line, which goes into the city centre proper (Duomo, Castle Sforza, etc).

Pool was nice- but was a bit too cold. No towels either. It would have been nice had the pool area had towels. For whatever reason no towels are kept in pool area for use. Had to ask for towels at front desk pre-swim.

Also, had to request a robe from front desk, which did not make its way to my room during my week long stay. Would have been pleasant to wear a rove to the poo. Having a robe in my room upon arrival would have been a simple pleasant fix.

Front desk was sufficient could provide more welcoming service. Ie. why am I having to ask for towels to swim- why could not get a robe in my room after requesting one. They were also aware the robe did not come, and following that still no robe. Too bad front desk isn’t as organized and thoughtful as the breakfast staff.

The hotel is in a good location. Next to a metro with good links to the centre.
Breakfast was very good with a great choice of food.
It was very disappointing that the hotel supplied only one complimentary bottle of water on our first day. Also, biscuits on top of the dressing table are included in the mini bar so are expensive.
The hotel is dated but our room was comfortable. I had asked for a quiet room, which it was. Unfortunately we looked directly on to a wall.
Overall it served a purpose but I wouldn't stay again.

The hotel was fine. Decently close to the Centrale train station and literally 50 feet from a Metro station. Lots of store nearby. The service and breakfast was good but the room showed its age. Lots of little broken things. The showerhead didn't lock in place so it pretty much sprayed the wall at belly button height. Overall fine but needs some freshening up.

I normally don’t write reviews, especially negative ones, but I felt I needed to share my experience this time.

First, the staff at the check-in desk were not friendly. It was difficult to communicate and they were very condescending, possibly due to a language barrier, but the overall experience left me feeling uncomfortable.

The room itself was extremely outdated, with worn-out furnishings and facilities. I was assigned a room right next to the dining area, which made it very noisy throughout the day till 10 pm at night

Additionally, the housekeeping staff were quite inconsiderate, my pajamas were placed on top of my dirty suitcase instead of being placed somewhere clean like a chair, which I found disrespectful.

Overall, this was a disappointing stay, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Nice hotel with plenty of extras - a spa, pool, terrace bar and restaurant. That said, it’s located over the subway so there’s an almost continuous rumble. Very easy to hear in the basement, not so much on the upper floors. But that also means you have quick and easy access almost everywhere.

The hotel is located in a vibrant area of Milan with shops and restaurants, in abundance. The M1 metro line station is conveniently situated a few steps away. The staff are friendly and helpful and speak very good English! Like many older Italian hotels, the rooms have character and are adorned with marble bathrooms. The room was spacious with a large bed, fridge and safe. In contrast, the dining room on the top floor was modern with floor to ceiling glass doors. The breakfast catered for all tastes, with a selection of hot dishes, cold meats, fruits and pastries. A nice little touch, was the marshmallow treats in reception!

It’s been a week since my stay and I’ve just had an extra charge on my card without being informed of what it’s about, whilst I was there I was told that I would be charged for room service to bring a glass to my room because there wasn’t one in there.
The shower was barely big enough to fit in and impossible to get at a temperature that wasn’t scolding hot or freezing cold.
Breakfast and minibar were overpriced too.

TRAVELERS WARNING: this is not a 4 star hotel its a 3 star . AND THERE IS NO A/C in the whole property. When reaching out to expedia support they did nothing, and when O reached out to the front desk they advised that I should just open a window to climatize the room, I’ll say a manager came to the room and offered me “an upgrade” but due to the party I was traveling with I was unable to switch rooms, then I was offered another room but it was only available until the next day by that time I was done with this management and requested not to be switched, btw the manager said it was a “cultural” problem because they do not turn on the AC during the winter (even if the day is hot, like this past few days were, well over 20 degrees C) so I guess you open the windows and stay hot… I requested a refund and nor the hotel nor expedia did anything about it, had to spend 3 days in this room with this conditions… please do yourself a favor and look for a different option. Their website also advertised they have climate control but it’s not true. The restaurant is great tho and it looks they’ve tried to masquerade the old feel but there are windows that are falling out and the wood is rotten. Not recomended…
