The room was a good condition and kept clean everyday. However, I booked and paid for a “superior room” but was placed in regular room. When I asked the front desk staff about it, they said that it was the superior room. It didn’t match the pictures or the square footage shown in the website.

Excellent location. Lovely, helpful staff. Compact but great room with a balcony. 24-hour manned reception was very helpful coming back late from the Olympic Opening Ceremony. There were issues with the water and safe in the room when I arrived but these were fixed relatively quickly. I'd be happy to stay here again.

Most areas were outstanding! The only thing I can Fault is the sound proofing. I could hear almost everything from the street in my room. The windows look newer but I don't know how well they sealed when closed. Almost forgot the beds are pretty hard.

Hotel posizionato in una zona molto comoda, vicina alla stazione e in pieno centro. Esterni e hall molto ben curati. Presentava invece qualche difetto la camera (singola): niente di particolarmente grave, ma non mi è parsa all'altezza degli standard di in 4 stelle (polvere sulle pareti della doccia, angoli e imposte un po' usurati, odore non troppo gradevole, scolo del terrazzino da sostituire, così come la luce esterna)... Nel complesso è stato comunque un soggiorno positivo, grazie ad una buona colazione e allo staff particolarmente cortese e professionale.

When I read the reviews they were all good but it was somewhat misleading. The hotel was not nice in my opinion. The rooms were so small you couldn’t really walk around and there was mold in our shower I took a picture to prove it. They said the hotel was renovated and newer but the room did not look like it was. We left the next day and checked into another hotel

Location was very close to the red line metro station Lima which was great for getting around. Only 4 stops from duomo and other places also close by.

Reception staff Rosa was so helpful in advising where to go etc and she also arranged our tickets to the serraville outlet. Also arranged for breakfast on the day we were leaving in the lobby area as we were leaving before breakfast commenced,

The sewerage smell in the room was bad everytime the taps and flush were used. We had a suite but due to the hotel having limited staff, had to keep the sofa bed open all the time which was not ideal as kept coming in the way. Also very less storage space for a suite room

This property is located in one of the hidden gems of Milano: a quiet, green, unknown, small street. The street is abundant in food and drink options, both indoor and outdoor. The hotel is 2 min walk away from Lima metro station. The rooms are quite small but this downside is compensated by a great service. The reception guy, Gabi, even went to the great length of preparing us a packed breakfast as we were leaving the hotel early in the morning, well before the breakfast was served. He did it even though the hotel had no procedure defined for such cases. Overall, a great stay!

Property is in a decent location. Plenty restaurants and shops around. Hotel, however wasn’t as good as it looked on pics. Upon arrival we found sheets ripped with holes and stains. Curtain was stained as well. We stayed for few nights and noticed sheets weren't even changed when we came back the following day. Walls between the room were thin, we could hear someone laugh and yell all night like he was next to me. Overall room was very small. I am 6’3” and Bed was small, my feet were hanging down, it definitely wasn't king size. Two small twin beds put together. Room is very small, you have about a foot or two to walk around the bed, I kept hitting myself on the sharp edge of the wall every time i was changing. Bathroom glass door was very small. Barely got in sideways. I am 250 lbs and I feel that bigger fellas wont be able to get inside the shower as the glass door is only about 12-15” wide. I would not recommend this hotel or this room.

Pros: location. About 100 meters from Lima station and two stops from the Duomo. Right off Buenos Aires shopping street and 8 minute walk to Milan Station.

Staff at front desk and particularly breakfast staff were very friendly.

Rooms weren’t huge but comfortable and well appointed.

Cons: breakfast was pretty limited and no gym or restaurant.

Overall a nice hotel in great location.

Generally the property was good and the staff helpful and kind.
However with major electrical problems in my room....nothing was done for 24hrs. After being out all day there was no rectification and at 2300, we were offer another room. With toothbrush and PJs in hand we moved.
This was ‘compensation’ for our unsafe and unoccupiable room. No satisfactory response from the hotel ...now one month later. EXTREMELY POOR!

A refreshing stay in a beautiful hotel

After staying in local Airbnb’s for a week and a half all over Italy we decided to look for a nice hotel that offered convenient amenities before boarding our flight back home. Hotel Napoleon delivered and then some! The bed was super comfortable, the design is sleek and modern, the shower felt great. They have a coffee/espresso machine in the room. Their luggage storage service was extremely useful. Check out is at 12PM which also helped. A nice bonus was finding out how much of a selection you get for their breakfast that’s included. They offered so much more than your typical “continental breakfast”. We’ll come back here when we travel back to Milano.

The hotel was fine apart from the air conditioning did not work so it was extremely hot in our room so could not sleep. We mentioned this to the hotel at check out as we had arrived very late the night of stay but they could not do anything to compensate as booked through hotels.com.

Simply disappointed with very little expectations

The hotel seemed much nicer based on the pictures. It was renovated but the quality was poor. We had a broken toilet and telephone. But our main concern was safety. After dinner we came back to our room with the door propped wide open. When we explained to the hotel staff our concerns but they could not give us an answer as to why this occurred.

We had a great stay and time at the LHP Hotel Napoleon. Everything was great, except that at the end they charged me $24 Euro for drinking one bottle of water in the room. I was in a rush at the time to check out, so I didn't have time to dispute it.

I was most excited about staying at this hotel, but out of the 4 hotels that my husband and I stayed at during our Italy trip, this was the most disappointing.

I really dislike complaining and I'm very easy to please, so I truly feel awful about writing this review.

When we got in, reception was ok. They weren't over-friendly, but they weren't rude.

They didn't make up the room to its fullest. It looked like they essentially did a quick tuck of the sheets. They didn't even put on the bed runner. It was in the closet - probably from the previous guests.

The little toiletries that came with the room, in the washroom, with were all dusty.

It's nice and modern, but unfortunately, with black tables, dust is really visible. I did not want to put anything on my side table because it was covered in dust. I know they dusted it, but there was dust coming from the sheets and again, with black, dust is extremely visible.

The number one complaint I had was the smell. Our room was absolutely disgusting. It smelled like there was a sewage problem and there was a serious \"waste\" clog...it was just the worst thing I've ever smelled at a hotel. Again, I do not like to complain, so we endured it for 3 nights. I can't even properly describe how awful that smell was.

The location of the hotel was great. It was 1 minute away from the metro stop and from Corso Buenos Aires, which is the best shopping strip.

Breakfast selection was great, but scrambled eggs were not good.

Hotel was clean and bed was comfy. Would of liked more heather options for breakfast. It will all doughnuts, waffles, cakes etc. There was a little selection of fruit. We struggled for restaurants in the area but Metro stop Lima is super close.
Other thing I'd say is be careful of the bedside tables!! I cut my head open on the corner of it, it's made of glass and very sharp! Bleed all over the pillow, poor maid!

Most staffs were great except for 1 lady who wasn't in a good mood. The hotel owner who I presume was there in a suit most the time is a good chap. Location is perfect as the station is just a min or 2 away. Room however didn't have AC during my trip there and it was really hot and stuffy. Fortunately the weather at night was great...definitely returning to the area.

A cozy and modern hotel in an neighbourhood area

A cozy and modern hotel, with black and white colour theme. The hotel is located very near to Lima Metro station (2-3 mins walk) and there are a few shops (a couple of small pubs which are quite happening at night (saw some people having a fight when I was back to hotel), a book store and an italian restaurant) nearby. There are shopping streets everywhere once you walk to Lima metro station.

Had a good experience with the hotel reception on the day I checked in, but not on the day I checked out. I was also in a rush to catch the train to Malpensa Airport at the time, and I waited for about 30 mins to settle my checkout. The hotel staff is quite slow in doing things. In fact, I stood in front of him for about 10 mins, waiting for him to finish his stuffs before settling my checkout (totally ignored by him!). Perhaps, if you are staying in this hotel, you may want to consider to check out earlier, just in case.

Breakfast variety a bit limited, but overall taste are good.

The room is cozy and modern, very clean and comfortable! The room size is also acceptable.

Stylish hotel in a nice neighbourhood

Hotel location is great just a 2 minute walk from Lima metro station. From Milano Centrale station, you can either take the metro (with 1 interchange required) or a 15 minute walk. Breakfast was excellent with good variety. Room was nice but shower door had a leak. Staff at reception could be a little more helpful and friendly. We left our luggage at their storage for a few hours on our last day and almost had a heart attack when one of the pieces appeared to be missing until they found it from another floor later.

Couldn't be faulted. Got a great deal, area is perfect as its a short walk form centrale station and the metro will take you to Duomo in 10 minutes. Which is about a 10/15 minute wall to the castle and the arch of peace.
We went for the Inter-Roma game and it was about 20 minutes to on the metro then a 15 minute wall to the ground.

Hotel was clean and modern and was perfect for the sort of break we had.

Breakfast was continental. There was some scrambled eggs and some type of hotdogs in the way of hot food for breakfast.

A convenient hotel for exploring Milan!

This was a trip for my partner's birthday, and also to go and watch the football - AC Milan v Roma. A pleasant trip; on the whole the hotel was lovely, the waitresses were very friendly and the reception lady was very helpful. The men on reception were not as friendly, and we definitely noticed a different. However this was a short trip, the location in terms of being central was ideal especially as the metro was 5 minutes walking from the hotel. Lots to do/explore, I would definitely recommend staying there.

I travel to Milan quite often for opera, art exhibits, shopping, and gastronomy. I prefer to spend on these activities and save some on my hotel accommodation. However, without being pricey, LHP Napoleon offers boutique-class amenities and decor and staff is very friendly (specially the hotel manager who is always very service-minded and friendly). I keep coming to this hotel in every trip to Milano.

Excellent Hotel!

Great Hotel, Room, service. I guess the only bad comment I can say it's that the Phone in the room wasn't working... except that I was very happy with everything.
