good family friendly hotel

We stayed here to visit family who live near by. On arrival we were so impressed with the pool area we decided to invite our family to come & stay with us so all the kids could enjoy the outdoor pool together.
Overall this hotel is perfect for families as plenty to keep the kids entertained.
We ate at the restaurant & everyone had an enjoyable meal.
Upon checkout we booked again for another stay before we return home & we can't wait.

Hotel is out of the way along the highway, meant for family vacationers - with a nice pool, tennis courts and large yard. rooms are dated, but kept clean. tub/shower is smaller. food was decent at restaurant.

Las instalaciones son muy lindas, el personal muy amable, el restauran con un menú excelente y variado. Lo único que no me agrado que en los dos dias que estuvimos decian que incluia el spa con sevicio de masajes y no pudimos acceder a ese servicio, no nos dieron explicación alguna, por otra parte las sabanas de la habitación eran de muy mala calidad \"raspaban y picaban\" literalmente, seria bueno que lo puedan solucionar a eso para poder volver, se me complico conciliar el sueño por ese motivo, también las habitaciones que dan al hall de entrada, si la gente se queda hasta tarde hablando y jugando al pool perjudica a las habitaciones cercanas ya que se escucha muy fuerte todo. Nos quisimos quedar un dia más pero no habia lugar, de igual forma el recepcionista fue muy atento y amable al darnos la oportunidad de quedarnos durante toda la tarde cuando nos tendriamos que haber retirado al medio dia, con el fin de disfrutar de las instalaciones.

Hola me comunico para reclamar, estuve alojado en el Howard Johnson resort pilar el viernes 31/3/23 al 1/4/23 realice la reserva con mí mujer con el afán de descansar y disfrutar de las instalaciones.
Les cuento mí experiencia al ingresar al hotel cerca de las 17 hs nos asignan la hab 315 con vista a la autopista cuando yo telefónicamente había solicitado vista a la piscina para descansar, les cuento que había solicitado otra cosa me atiende una chica muy amable llamada Wanda, se fija en la computadora me dice que no había le reitero el pedido que necesitábamos descansar llama a un muchacho llamado Blas, se fija realiza el mismo actin y nos responde que no hay ninguna opción solo la hab 315.
Sin ganas de discutir y poniendo mí mayor voluntad nos dirigimos a la hab 315 cuando subimos a la hab había una imagen de abandono y desorganización en la hab que no correspondía a la cadena Howard Johnson, nos pareció raro .
Detalles a los que me refiero :
Somier sin pollerita con la base del sommierr a la vista
Una TV que no funcionaba
No había batas de baño
No había pantuflas
Jabón en dispenser como en una estación de servicio en el baño
Etc
Me comunico con la recepción. Del hotel y solicito las batas pantuflas y me dicen que me cobraban 2 mil pesos adicionales x bata y pantufla para llevarme las a la hab
Les digo que .e las envíen aunque me parecía que lo correspondía me envían dos batas para personas de 1,40 de altura y dos pantuflas descartables usadas lavadas en una bolsita

La pileta es grande y con divisiones para aprovechar con distintos grupos. Las habitaciones son cómodas, pero de estilo antiguo.
El resto, necesitaría más personal para atender, ya que con bastante gente cenando disminuye la calidad de atención. La bondiola con salsa estaba bien, acompañada de papas al horno. (el menú decía mil hojas de papa)
El AC estaba fuerte y enfriaba la comida rápidamente.

No recibí la atención esperada. Frente a algunas situaciones donde esperé una solución de parte del hotel, no tuve respuesta util. Por ejemplo, mi reserva decir Check-In a las 15.00 y cuando llegué me dijeron que era a las 19.00; y no me dieron habitacion hasta esa hora. Durante mi espera quise pedir un trago en la pileta y no me lo dieron porque no tenía habitacion asignada... sin predisposición a hacerle la cosa facil al huesped.

El hotel muy lindo, se disfruto de la pileta, hermosa y aunque tuvimos problemas con la habitación, nos dieron un upgrade por el problema. Lo que no gusto es el servicio en el restaurante, la comida no fue lo que esperábamos. fideos pegoteados, solo tenían los vinos mas caros de la carta. los sandwiches sin sabor. la próxima es para ir a comer afuera del establecimiento.

Instancia previa al reclamo legal correspondiente

Indignada por el servicio brindado por esta página que me gravaron dos veces el pago, y en el hotel volvieron a gravarlo con IVA. Pague en total 16.000 pesos de impuestos, suma que deviene totalmente violatoria del derecho constitucional de la propiedad, es a todas luces confiscatorio. Por supuesto que iniciaré la acción legal correspondiente en los próximos días. Me sentí estafada en los términos del art 172 del CP, victima de un aprovechamiento por parte de ustedes y también del hotel. Los estarán contactando a la brevedad desde defensa al consumidor e interpreto esta oportunidad como el agotamiento de una vía previa de conciliación como legalmente corresponde. Son unos chantas y de mi parte me encargare de comentarlo y cada medio de comunicación que esté a mi alcance.

Muy ruidosa la habitación, ya que se escuchaba la Television y lo que hablaban en la habitacion contigua a la nuestra, había una puerta que las comunicaba y estaba trabada, quiza falta mejorar la insonorización de la habitacion.

Lindo hotel para descansar y disfrutar en familia

La pasamos muy bien en familia, disfrutamos mucho las variadas actividades del hotel ya que nuestra idea era descansar y disfrutar del mismo sin necesidad de salir, si el día acompaña solamente con quedarse a disfrutar del parque en una reposera o mesita es una maravilla, como único detalle del hotel diría que ya amerita un recambio de alfombras en los cuartos, por lo demás cumplió con creces nuestro objetivo.

Al hotel le falta mucho mantenimiento, sobre todo en las habitaciones... olor a humedad en ellas y en los pasillos, deberían remodelar las mismas y quitar las alfombras como así también el restaurante, los baños en mal estado y con faltantes de elementos de higiene personal que se encuentran en cualquier hotel. (No había nada de nada, ni siquiera para colgar la toalla de manos)
Por otro lado el parque, la pileta y la atención de los empleados es agradable pero no volvería a elegir éste hotel.

El hotel es muy lindo, pero tiene algunas fallas: habia hormigas voladoras en el baño (salian de un agujero con humedad) llego a haber muchas, lo cual hay una falta de fumigacion.
Por otro lado, no estoy confirme con la atencion de la recepcionista que me recibio (mala predisposicion, no te explica los servicios del hotel, ni da ninguna informacion)
