We checked in and found the washroom sink unusable. Turning on the faucet caused disgusting backwash and hair to come out of the drain, and the shower soap empty. We asked the following morning for the soap to be refilled and the sink to be unclogged. The hotel did neither by the time we returned that evening. The staff advised us there was no maintenance staff so we would not be able to use the washroom sink for the duration of our stay. We often travel to Edmonton for the weekend, but will not be using this hotel again.

If you arrive early you have to paid them 10.00 +tax every hour before 3pm
I arrived at 1pm and they were going to charge me for 2 hours. So I went and came in back 2 hours later.

We checked in at night time and it seems like there was no lights at the parking lot which is unsafe . Check in was very slow cause of the computer not the front desk person. When we got to the room the toilet paper was almost empty . Called in for a extra one . And a shower cap . And the front desk person came and only brought the shower cap . Breakfast was terrible . Eggs were cold and the guy who was in charge of it was very dismissive and made us feel like were trying to eat at the buffet without being guest at the hotel. Very rude and dismissive . I can guarantee you for all my travels i would avoid this hotel .

Having happily stayed at this hotel before I was quite surprised at the issues I had last night/ this morning. I had a last minute change of plans that required me to stay near Edmonton with no supplies at all.

This morning I went to shower. The shampoo was empty. Not just kind of empty but not even half a pump in it. Then when I got out of the shower. There was no hair dryer in the room. Lovely. Called the front desk and he said he had one at the desk I’m welcome to go grab it. Ahh. Why not offer to bring it to the room at 5am. Then I wanted to check out the sunrise as I pointed east and the curtain fell off the wall.

The lady at check in time asked me if I was getting reimbursed from a company. When I said no, she asked if I paid cash, she would do $100 even.
I said sure. When I pulled out the cash, she goes, “Oh, I’ll come to your room to get it. Immediate red flag. Paid in my credit card for $110.
This sounds as crazy reading it as I’m writing it. I’ve stayed in hotels all over. This was a first…
Lobby was dark. Only light on was the adjacent hallway.
Staff in the morning was incredibly rude when I asked when breakfast was.
Only good thing was the Bed- 10/10. So comfortable
Shower- 1/10. Super strong pressure. Strong enough I was able to clean the hair previously left from someone on the wall and back of the tub

The rest was brutal. Tv didn’t work.

Service was good. The front desk helped us right away, and he asked if we needed a shuttle going to the airport.
The hand sink in the washroom does not have a stopper on the drain, which is not safe in case a ring falls off.
There was a lot of dust on the air conditioner.
We tried to open the window, but the window knob was broken.
There was a blackish-brownish spot on the blanket, so it did not look very clean.
We were in Room 207

The male staff on duty on Saturday morning and Sunday morning was a total turnoff, was looking for minors names to be listed on reservation to get breakfast ticket with no consideration or privacy concern from the parent.

Despite explaining we already messaged to inform the hotel we were coming and that they had replied ok, he made quite a big deal of this and we ended up skipping breakfast the next day to avoid the drama.

We won't be coming back to this hotel ae we dis not feel welcome here.

Staff were great until checking out. We accidentally slept in and asked for an extra 15 minutes after the check out time. She said 5 min. Wow, thanks. When we left there wasn’t even anyone on the floor cleaning the rooms.

Rooms need better cleaning and maintenance. Toilet paper roll hanging off the wall, shower head full of dried water, ring around the sink, vent on ceiling dusty, blanket had dried blood stains and our key card stopped working after the first night.

Breakfast was ok but a conveyer toaster is needed or multiple toasters instead of just 1.

Had 5hr stopover here midnight arrival.
Just wanted to sleep after overseas flight.

When I booked I advised arrival time and flight# so shuttle might be there upon arrival. Hotel response said “noted”

Phoned upon arrival and was told shuttle was 5-25mins.
Hotel is only 4km away nobody else waiting.
Called hotel back 3 times (very unprofessional front desk clerk) and eventually shuttle arrived almost 1 hr later.

The guy was also doing Uber calls.
Guess that explained why he was so LATE.
No consideration for paying guests or customer service.

Did not have their Free breakfast as checked out 05:00 back to YEG.

The Room was awesome! Loved the kitchenette! Very accessible from the highway! Breakfast doesn’t have a ton of options but it got the job done! The doors to the room are not very sound proof, we could hear everything in the hall. Check-in and out were smooth and easy! Perfect for a one night stay!

Had booked the Parks Radisson but Jacuzzi Room wasnt available, was sent to The Older Radisson next door which was givin a Similar room but Jacuzzi was not the same and very small , there was no step to get into the Jacuzzi resulting in almost slipping out and scratching inside of thigh.

Our room was clean but the breakfast was terrible. Very few options and everything that was supposed to be “hot” was very cold.
At check-in, the front desk staff did not explain any of the amenities or inform us about the time or location of the breakfast. I would stay here again if the price was right but I would definitely skip the breakfast.

Very affordable, free shuttle to and from the airport which is just a short drive. Friendly, welcoming staff. I had an issue with my coffee maker and they changed it out right away. The continental breakfast was included and not bad for the overall cost f9r the stay.

This is a nice hotel but staff was horrible. The front desk manager was rude and unprofessional. I called to ask a simple question one evening and he was rude and just hung up on me. One night some kids were partying until 12:30 smashing doors and making a racket in the hall I called front desk to let them know and nothing was done about it. When I told the manager and asked for a discount as I was going to stay one more night he charged me more than Expedia haha. I won’t stay here ever again. And I don’t recommend it.

We arrived close to 1 am and was told that the king room we had reserved wasn't available and normally 2 queens would be fine but we had had a week of not getting the room we wanted so I was upset. The 2 staff members working could tell I was sad so they upgradedus to the kitchenette room that had you guessed a King bed. They were great and made the end of our holiday perfect. Thank you Ansh and Kawal it was greatly appreciated.

This was our first and last time staying at this hotel. The check in area was dark and not welcoming. The front area was very dirty.

As we entered our room, the smell was unbearable. The rest of the room was not up to anyone’s standards. There was dust in the bathroom, urine along the side of the toilet and the beds were uncomfortable.

The laundry room door beside our room was left open. Upon checkout we voiced our concerns and asked for a manager to follow up. It has been 5 days, 2 phone calls with no response.

I’m really disappointed with this hotel. My boyfriend and I booked the most expensive room, which comes with a jacuzzi, to spend a romantic evening and relax. However, at first they didn’t take my payment because they’d forgotten, and then they rang me. Then, when we started filling the jacuzzi, it turned out to be broken and there was water leaking from the pipes all around it. We rang reception several times until a girl came out to us, as the engineers were nowhere to be found. After that, they told us to use it and just throw towels on top, but we were afraid of flooding the floor below, so we didn’t use it. When we reported this to reception the next morning, they told us they would refund the money, but they never actually did. We didn’t use the jacuzzi, so it would have been logical for them to refund us something. They also took my credit card details because they don’t have a terminal. I didn’t notice this in time, but this shouldn’t happen in hotels like this; I’ve never come across anything like it before. Definitely choose somewhere else and don’t stay at this hotel.
Having read the reviews, I was at least lucky that they didn’t took the money from me, but be careful.

I never write reviews, but I feel compelled to warn other travellers. The soundproofing in this hotel is incredibly poor, especially for an airport hotel. It made it impossible for my family to get any sleep. Not only did we hear airplanes flying overhead and the nearby highway all night, but the hotel room doors have such strong closing mechanisms that we heard doors slam all day and night.
We could also hear TVs from nearby rooms and even a man snoring in the adjacent room. It was so bad that we cancelled our second night and moved to another hotel nearby and got a much better sleep.

I am not quick to write bad reviews but we were disappointed with our stay. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, upon arrival the room appeared clean however, the untenciles, cups and plates were dirty.

There was no house cleaning to straighten our room and take out the trash on any of the days.

The breakfast was just not good. We only ate there once we didn’t go back the next time.

On a positive note:

The staff (réception and chef) were pleasant when we interacted with them.

The room was spacious for our children to run around.

Hotel was wonderful for the most part. It looked like a fairly new hotel but there was already some good signs of wear and tear.
Seemed like things might not be getting the attention as it’s needed.
The room its self was clean but there were were a couple stains in the Carpet that could be cleaned up (nothing major).
Also the tub faucet didn’t work for the shower. The water would just barely make it to the shower head. All the water was mainly coming out of the tub faucet when trying to shower. I notified the front deck of this problem when we left and the person at the front deck didn’t really seem to care. I’m not convinced this problem is going to be resolved anytime soon.

However the room was big, the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, hotel was very quiet and was very affordable and we did have a great stay.
Great place to stay for the price and great for a dog.

We got in at 2:00 AM so it was a short stay. The room we ordered was a king and we got two queens. Not a show stopper at two in the morning. The room was spacious but smelled stale. The floor was dirty in areas and we had to keep socks on. The beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. The saving grace was a nice breakfast in themorning and friendly staff. This is a well used hotel that just needs some more intensive housekeeping. The rooms seem large and modern but it just wasn't super clean. Simple fixes.

The room was never cleaned before they gave us our key. We asked for it to be cleaned and the housekeeper told the front desk that “it was not possible because I have other things to do” there was no bedding in the bed, there were half drank cups of coffee on the dresser and all the soaps were open and used.

They gave us a new room, which was good. However the breakfast was sub par at best. The “sausages” were white and tasted awful and were barely cooked. The waffles were essentially Eggo waffles that were also barely cooked, then put into a warming tray that made them soggy. The eggs were slimy and the apple juice dispenser sprayed apple juice everywhere.

We slept alright but I won’t be returning.

They definitely need more staff. When we arrived, it took a while for the front desk to help us because the only person working was running around during a busy time. The entrance wasn't very inviting either; it was dim and the lights were off, making it feel gloomy despite being morning.
The breakfast room was also a bit disappointing. While there was enough food, the quality—especially the sausage—was just so-so. It looked like only one person was working the kitchen as well, and the walls were a bit dirty.
Our room was actually good, with plenty of space and a kitchen. However, there was a sign asking us to clean the utensils before leaving, yet no dish soap or cleaning pods were provided. It made me wonder if the staff even cleans them between guests. In the bathroom, they provided basic toiletries (soap and shampoo), but the toilet clogged easily. You could also hear children screaming in the corridor. Overall, it was okay for the price—only $110 per night near the airport with breakfast included isn't bad.

For improvement in the breakfast offering, specifically with regards to coffee and tea. They ran out of tea, there were no herbal teas and there was weak drip coffee only. Except for breakfast everything was great and the airport shuffle on time.
