Overall stay in cant complain, our room was affordable. We did not swim as the pool looked a bit murky. We had something on our wall in our bedroom that looked gross.

The hotel is clean and modern. Lots of space for hanging out in the lobby including a pool table. Cute vibe.
We stayed two nights and no housekeeping the next morning so needed to request towels. Pillows were very flat but requested more and were brought to the room. The rooms are not overly soundproof so it can get noisy. Breakfast was ok and served until 9am. Complimentary coffee 24/7.

It was okay the hotel wasn’t the greatest super thin walls, the drapes were not black out, the pillows were questionable might as be we non existent Expedia said they had bathrobes when Infact the hotel confirmed that was an error overall the only okay thing was that they did give us an hour late checkout other than the convenience of location I don’t think I’ll be back to this specific hotel

Great location not too busy and close to main attraction in Edmonton. Includes breakfast and parking which is a big bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful. Love the room we have and the facility is great. Will recommend! 👍👍

Bathroom sink plug was closed with no drainage. Had to move to another room
Housekeeping doesn’t check bathroom essentials..found out while having a shower , the hair conditioner dispenser was completely empty.
How many days, of staff not checking it, does it take for the hair conditioner dispenser to be completely empty?
I took the empty container down to the front desk and they brought a new one up

This was a reasonably priced and reasonably appointed hotel. Very clean. Great staff. I would not call it fancy but it had everything we needed. And it was in a location in south west Edmonton that was ideal right off the Anthony Henday. Our friends, the west Edmonton Mall and the airport were all easily accessible.

Free parking and comp breakfast is a bonus. I observed two breakfast undertakings and were most impressed with the staff on duty. The 2 ladies kept up with replenishing breakfast items, quickly cleared and cleaned vacant tables, kept the bench cushions decor intact, and refilled the coffee station in a timely manner. If I may ask, please reward both with a bonus for their dedication, efficiency and jobs well done.

My one recommendation is let guests know about having to telephone for “make up room” service. Being unaware, we were surprised when our room wasn’t done upon return during the day. No big deal, we retrieved fresh towels from the front desk.

We totally loved and appreciated the 24 hours coffee centre. The open pool table was an added touch. The only drawback was kids taking over and monopolizing the table throughout the day and night. Perhaps a sign could be posted regarding fairness and consideration for other hotel guests.

Another plus is the public microwave for guests use, to which we took full advantage of.

Thank you for our comfortable stay. Will definitely be back. 10/10.

Liked the tranquil room, bed was relatively comfortable. Hotel was lovely, and a few mins away from lots of restaurants and shopping. Only downfall is the breakfast was terrible (hot food was gross) and pool needed cleaning.

Highly recommend avoiding this hotel. I booked thru Expedia, and accidentally booked for 2 nights. Prepaid to make it easy at checkin. Nothing showing on my Expedia booking that I am unable to cancel. Realized 4 days before our stay that I booked 2 nights instead of one and reached out to the hotel. No response. Followed up for 4 days every day with no response from the hotel. Received a response on the day of check in that they could no longer refund for the extra day. When I asked to check in early, I was charged another $35 plus tax, which that is what it is, however avoiding responding to me so that they don’t need to refund me for the extra night is unacceptable. When speaking to front desk, they were rude, threatening, condescending and unwilling to help. Requesting management to reach out and help sort out this issue.

After processing how front desk spoke to me, we are feeling uneasy and unsafe and have moved hotels. Being safe in a hotel especially when u have my children with me is top priority.

I arrived at 7:30 PM exhausted—front desk staff were great, no complaints there.

The hotel is brand new (and very much still in a construction zone), but the real surprise was the youth soccer team treating the lobby like a FIFA training facility—balls flying into glass doors, windows, lights… chaos.

The room? Built with what felt like tissue paper. I heard everything—cars, hallway chats, neighboring rooms. Special shoutout to Michelle and her husband—I was fully invested in your evening. Earplugs were not optional.

No Wi-Fi anywhere. The Peloton wasn’t assembled. Breakfast was loud, messy, and completely overrun by kids. Also no non-dairy milk, which hits harder when you’re running on zero sleep.

Room details: parking lot lights beam straight in, blinds don’t fully close, and the shower/fixtures suggest this place was built in a hurry.

Overall: I kind of slept, heard everything, and paid $200 for the experience.

The soundproofing of the hotel could be improved. On the first night, I was woken up in the middle of the night by children running and playing in the hallway. However, the following nights were very quiet, and I was able to sleep well. Overall, it was still a good stay. I would suggest that the front desk consider providing earplugs for guests to improve their experience.

I found this hotel to be unique and creatively decorated. Had everything we needed in the room. Only complaint would be the pillows were old and uncomfortable, need to be replaced. Breakfast was decent and enough options. Staff was kind. Would stay again.

We have been going to this hotel since it opened. It was kept so clean and the staff were so friendly. The breakfast area was stocked. This time the bedsheets need replacing and so do the towels. The breakfast area coffee was terrible and never full. The staff looked bored and annoyed when we talked to them. Someone in a Mercedes took 2 parking spots right at the front and never moved the 3 days we were there. I don’t think we will be back.

The entire experience was very nice regarding the hotel and staff.
The issue was the teams that stayed over the weekend.
The boys were knocking on doors and running down the halls until midnight. A suggestion would be have all the team members and their families one separate floor to minimize the late night activities.
I know it is difficult to arrange but parents need to control their children especially during the later hours.

Room layout itself was fine however the noise in the room was unbearable, there is some type of exhaust fan that kicks in every 10-15 minutes right outside our room window, The noise was continuous all night. The walls seem paper thin, you can hear people above you stomping around at 5am and the ones next to you talking. Then there was a dog barking non stop & scratching at the door just down from us and nothing was done about this, felt so bad for the dog. The breakfast was probably a 4 out of 10. everything was cold and bland or stale. When we went to check out the girl was on a facetime call (seemed non work related) and was going to make us wait until i said we need to go, she jotted down our room number and said she would check us out when she was done. Hoping the check out had no issues and we get the deposit back we put down in 2-5 business days. We will see

Staff is so awesome! They are super nice, accommodating and funny! Love staying here! Very clean compared to the many other hotels that I've stay at in the past for sports events. Coffee is a bit on the strong side. And the pancake machine is so cool!

The first night the first room we were given the floor was obviously not vacuumed (bits of dirt) and the shower area looked a bit grungy at the base corners. The window blind was broken from the base 1.5 foot separation. Definitely not to Hilton standards. And, that night we were paying nearly $200 for all this luxury. 😞 The front staff gave us a new room, but couldn't discount our stay because we had booked through a third party (Expedia). During our 2 night stay, we had to have our entry card reset 3 times! I felt like we spent more time in the lobby than in the room. The breakfast was pathetic. Bagels and English muffins were dried and hard. The oranges this morning had green mold. When I alerted staff, they washed the oranges and put them back out. The pool was closed for maintenance and that was not indicated upon making the reservation.Can you imagine how disappointed a family with children would be had they gone to this hotel expecting a pool? The hotel is a very bare bones setup. I didn't expect that of the Hilton name. No coffee station in room, room very small. I definitely won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this hotel chain to anyone.

Bed bug infestation - While finding a pest in a hotel is a nightmare, the way management handled it was even worse. When we informed the front desk, their only solution was to move us to another room. They refused our simple request for dry cleaning for our clothing and luggage, even though those items were now likely infested. The response? "The manager isn't in today, so there's nothing we can do."

It got worse when we called Hilton Corporate. A supervisor named Malik was incredibly rude, essentially telling us that because he doesn't stay in hotels, he "doesn't care" about the situation. No apology, no immediate help, and zero accountability for a major health code violation.

For those who don't know, bed bugs are "hitchhikers." They crawl into the seams of your suitcases and the folds of your clothes. If you take even one female bug or a few eggs home, you are looking at: 1.Thousands of dollars in professional extermination costs. 2.The potential need to throw away your mattress, couch, and clothing. 3.Months of emotional trauma, insomnia, and being bitten in your own sleep.

By refusing to help us decontaminate our gear, this hotel is essentially okay with us bringing an infestation back to our home. They treated a high-risk health hazard like a minor "inconvenience."
Avoid this hotel at all costs. There is no "Hilton Standard" here—just a dirty room and a management team that will leave you stranded once they have your money.

Room was okay, the floors could be cleaned better in the bathroom. They should have a boot mat by the door when you come in because it's laminate flooring throughout.
The breakfast was just average, lukewarm and pretty bland eggs and hashbrowns.
