Amazing staff, very accommodating. They had no rooms left but had one blocked off for a very small water spot on the carpet. They explained this to me and after leaving a disgraceful situation at another hotel I was very happy to receive the room with a very minor spill of water. They made sure I was happy with the room after viewing it myself. Will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

Only stayed to sleep. Arrived 10 pm and left early in the am. Sufficient for that, everything clean and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom well equipped and the linens smelled good.
Only thing that bothered me was a noisy fan in the room.

Room was sufficient with regard to cleanliness. Fridge freezer was so full if ice I couldn't get my ice pack in it, so I took it upon myself to defrost it. The restaurant on-site was pitiful!! Potatoes were boxed, vegetables were frozen and soggy/mushy and the steak was not chewable enough to swallow, so the meal sucked in my opinion! They were nice enough to give us complimentary desserts to make up for the unacceptable meal, which was kind, but did not seem to want to offer a remedy for the poor quality of food served.

The hotel is very nice & clean and I like the restaurant is in the hotel, so you don’t need to go out to eat.
The cardio room in in the basement which is in the far corner ( my husband came with me, bc I don’t feel comfortable going down by myself)
There’s no fans in the room so it gets pretty hot in there.
Some equipment need to be maintained or updated as The treadmill emergency switch was missing the clip, the floor mat looked pretty used and could be thrown out as it was pretty dirty.

Coming into the hotel, the woodwork and brick accents are beautiful. Big open bar/restaurant area. The rooms were clean, but the rooms are very outdated. The carpets old and the floor seemed broken in some spots. Could definitely use some upgrades. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We wnjoyed the bar and the food from the restaurant was hot and flavorful

The staff informed me at check in they don’t clean rooms anymore when you stay longer than 1 night, I don’t appreciate this with the prices we paid. Our room had a weird layout. The room was run down curtains didn’t block out light from train yard and it was bright at night. Bathroom had a dirty old hanging ceiling with dust all over it. Chipped tiles, faucet in tub leaked, and we couldn’t really get good hot water we were only given 2 towels for 2 queen bedroom. People were smoking pot on our floor and I did lodged a complaint nothing was done. 1 Elevator was out of order and parking was difficult.

Hotel needs a deep clean and facelift! Our room was dirty when we checked in, black hair all over the bathroom floor, tons of dust and dirt on the floors. The beds were old and uncomfortable, with only a thin blanket. Even the toilet paper was awful.
The restaurant however was good, we enjoyed the food and the breakfast.

Spent three nights. Second night asked for my room to be refreshed. Needed coffee, towels, etc. did not happen. Had to call twice to get stuff delivered to my room. Again did not happen. I had to go get it myself and received attitude from front desk. Staff not friendly at all. Not a good experience

Pillows were round large and hard! Beds were ok but not fantastic. Didn’t get a good night sleep. Some of our team that stayed on the first floor said they smelled weed all night! Gross… would not stay at this hotel again for those reasons. Lounge and main entrance great 👍 breakfast was not appetizing with powder eggs and same standard hotel toast and donuts … nothing stood out to impress us to come back sorry

I booked 2 rooms on Expedia, they were a great deal, and the as indicated that breakfast was included.
Breakfast is not included as advertised, it is only $12.99 and has good value.
A note to the hotel, correct your advertisement.

Overall, it is a hotel with great value, I would stay again.

The interior of the building is really nice, and the facilities all seem to be great. The room was good, about what you would expect from a budget hotel. There is lots of parking, but it can be challenging at times to get out of the parking lot because of the very busy (4-lane) one-way street out front.

Our room smelled like an ashtray, was obviously smoked in. The hotel itself, and the staff were both good. When I checked out, I mentioned the issue we had and was told that the rooms were all sold out last night , which led me to believe they were aware of the condition of our room.

Very nice place. A little aged, but the way they decorated the place is very nice. Didn't receive any house keeping but that's fine. The breakfast and dine was excellent. The gym could use a little upgrade, but was sufficient for me to do a work out. Overall, a solid 9 and a half out of 10. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location is perfect; easy to get to from airport, veryclose to where I need to be, restaurants close by.
Room has planty of room with desk and chair for work, wifi speed ok.
Carpet in front of fridge was wet, likely from a leak. They send soemobe to fix it ver quickly. Only one elevator was working. Staff are friendly and house keeping did a good job.
A very enjoyable stay. Will come back

If you don’t like noise then this hotel is not for you a train runs by most of the night. The bathroom had snot on the wall, curtains with holes. The mattress pad wasn’t great. On a good note the front desk clerks were great. The entry was was beautiful.

Staff at checkpoint was very helpful. The room was smelling like someone had been smoking in it, the fridge was so noisy that I had to unplug in the middle of the night the heating system was also noisy. At some places in the inn they were advertising a special on any beer bottles on sunday for $5.00 but the server didn’t want to give me the price showing on advertising signs, I also had a seafood medley and the mussels were not very good and I had to remove them from my plate, this place used to be so nice and clean and the restaurant was so delicious before, we had a view of the boulevard it would’ve been nice to be able to see threw the windows in this case was not very clean and sweaty,

Bed bugs in room confirmed by management, extremely rude serving staff; refused to be allowed to order meals during dinner time hours if sitting in a table of 6 or more was limited to pizza or appetizers, tables were not bussed for dirty glasses for more than 2 hours, tables and customers were avoided and ignored for more than 20+ minutes at a time, the beds and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable, the trains in the train yard only feet from the back of the hotel are very loud and kept us up at night, way over priced for the services offered here.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit, which really made the experience enjoyable. The room was comfortable and everything was clean and well maintained. The only small downside was that there was no microwave in the room, which would have been convenient. Other than that, I truly loved my stay and would definitely come back again.

We checked in and it was great. I’ve stayed at this hotel tons before and am now sad to say I will not be going back.
Saturday morning around 6am out toilet got clogged - no big deal. We called down to ask if we could have someone fix it or give us a plunger so we could do it ourselves. The front desk lady said no there isn’t one we could use and that the house cleaners don’t come until 8. So we would have to wait until then. My friend who was on the phone explained that we really need to be able to use our bathroom and if there was any way someone could come help. The woman responded no and hung up. Yup. Hung up. I was furious at this point so I went downstairs and asked for a plunger - she again told us they don’t have one or access to one. I questioned this and said “you don’t have a staff bathroom with a plunger in it?” She said no. I asked to speak to a manager - she said we could come back at 8 when the manager is in. But there wasn’t one on duty at this time.
We then asked what she could since we needed to get ready for our conference & this had been an issue for a bit now. She told us she could give us a key to another room to use their bathroom. We were room 435 - and she gave us 407, on the other side of the building. For a bathroom.
I didn’t have time to speak to a manager because we had to be out by 7:15 to make our conference and by the time we got back to the hotel at 5 we were absolutely exhausted.
I would have asked for a refund.

Wasn't bad, but wasn’t great either. I got this place specifically for room service. THEY DONT HAVE ROOM SERVICE, so false advertisement there. The mattress is too hard, pillows are super lumpy, I got approximately 3 hours of sleep all night and when I woke, I was in severe back and shoulder pain. The coffee is disgusting and they don't provide cream or sugar and the cup is like a dixie cup, not a coffee cup. I asked for a microwave cuz it says to request, they said my room was equipped, it was not. And the best part, the trains run ALL night right outside your room, love that, no I dont lol. All in all, I will never go back. Oh and we ordered food from the restaurant, it was like soup, except it was pasta and a ginger bowl and both meals upset tummys, so ya, not the greatest vacay lol. Do what you want with that info!

I was only in town for a couple of days, and this place fit the bill. I brought my dog along and check in and check out were quick and easy. The room I was given was huge! Wasn't expecting such a large room! The bed was super comfortable, and the room was clean. Was a good location too. The shower wasn't terrible either. Did feel a bit small, but that's minor in my books! Was a quiet location too. The only noise I heard was the rumble of trains passing by, but that didn't bother me at all. Overall it was a great stay. Will definitely stay here again!
