Our hotel room was dirty. Large black stains on the carpet and some on our bed sheets. Breakfast was poor, not fresh and not restocked enough. We will never stay here again. Customer service was poor as well as we complained about the breakfast and we never received compensation for it.

The best thing about this hotel was perhaps the staff who answered all our questions before our arrival and during our stay. They were kindly able to offer early check-in, although I understand this is rare. It's also quite modern, clean, and well-maintained. Very happy with the room sizes, furniture, and cleanliness.

What can be improved: the breakfast is very basic, some food was cold, not great quality, and some items felt/looked not fresh.
Linen was not changed during our stay (5 days), and at least one change would be expected from a 4* hotel.
All in all, it's great value for a 4* hotel and the prices in Tbilisi, given the location as well (10 mins drive into the city).

Thanks again to all the reception and cleaning staff!

Check-in was fast and easy. The room was a good size and it was clean. The breakfast served every morning. The staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed on the 14th floor and my favorite part was the balcony, it gave you a beautiful view of Tbilisi and opportunity to smoke if you're a smoker.

This was a new building in the city. Definitely if you go to Tbilisi stay in a new property. The room was nice, the bathroom and walk-in shower were large, the staff was nice, arranged transport to and from airport, gave me a lunch as I left for the airport. The included breakfast every morning was a large spread. Very nice experience, I would stay there again.

Lasha the receptionist was vey kind and helped us getting around. The hotel is not in the old city but it is ~6 lari with a taxi. Big rooms.very comfortbal.

Excellent Hotel with Great Staff

The staff at Ameri Plaza were very helpful with arranging transportation for us both from the airport and also into the countryside. They were quick and thorough in answering questions prior to our arrival and also kept us informed during our stay. We received an upgrade to one of our rooms, but both rooms for our family were spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with a nice shower. The breakfast was very tasty and had many options, including a few different choices each morning. Though the hotel is located a bit farther away from the Old Town, it is very conveniently located near a metro station and it is very easy to access the metro system. There are food/coffee options nearby and the neighborhood feels busy enough to be comfortable, but also quiet enough to be enjoyable in the evenings.

Modern hotel in new town

Overall a good experience. But if you want to watch TV, only Russian and Georgian channels available. Zero other languages. And if on top floors of hotel, you will have to do the last floors by stairs. Otherwise all good.

If you are seeking a 4 star hotel, don't even look at this one. It’s not an hotel, but a hybrid building, with hotel rooms only on the top floors, the last floor being accessible only by external stairs. No amenities exist, the bed is of poor quality, the floor is so dirty that it's disgusting. The towels are of poor quality and of strange color instead of being white. We didn't stay there even one night and were obliged to find another hotel in the night. The only positive point is the reception staff: friendly and nice.

Останавливались в отеле на 2суток. Приветливый,радушный персонал,готовый помочь разрешить любую ситуацию. В номерах чисто и тепло, ночью открывали балкон, откуда шел свежий воздух. Пользовались \"яндекс-такси\" , поездка из аэропорта до отеля обошлась в два раза дешевле,чем трансфер )) . На завтрак хотелось бы немного разнообразия ассортимента
и каши ,которых не было , к сожалению , а в остальном все понравилось.
