The rooms and the entire facility are immaculately maintained, a definite 10/10 rating for cleanliness. The building is on a large, manicured lot and our window overlooked the beautiful back field. The rooms are very quiet with comfortable bed. It was nice to wake up to a delicious hearty breakfast before driving off to our next stop.

Excellent stay at Imperial House. Check in was smooth and the owner provided us with a detailed map of the park and showed us the best route to take. She also provided supper recommendations. The rooms were very clean, spacious and updated. Perfect location to get to the park the next morning. Breakfast was delicious and there’s nice terrace to sit outside. Highly recommended this bed and breakfast.

I highly recommend staying at Imperial House while visiting Plitvice National Park.

The room was comfortable. They have a spacious, covered back patio with different seating areas for socializing that looks out on a nice garden and a field behind the property.

Their breakfast was amazing, beautifully presented, and extensive.

Imperial House was a wonderful place to stay for visiting Plitvice Lakes National Park. It was a 7 minute drive away from the park entrance 1.
The room was spacious, airy, and comfortable. There was a lovely breakfast with many options, and they even told us we could make sandwiches for our hike in the park. There is also a large pretty garden with lounge chairs.

Incredibly well appointed hotel, everything was first rate, the owner was on-site and very friendly. They provided a wonderful breakfast. It is a 5 minute drive to Entrance 2 at Plitvice Lakes NP. There is a restaurant right next day that is quaint and another very nice restaurant within a 10 minute walk.

Plitvička jezera - July 2024

We have chosen Imperial house for its location, only few minutes away from Plitvice national park south entry. This was our first visit.
The house is neatly decorated, newer construction and well maintained.
Lady owner, Mrs Dragana, is very friendly and helpful. The room we were staying was specious, clean, bright and easily cooled (we were visiting Plitvice during the summer’s heatwave).
Breakfast was excellent, good selections of the food.
We have no problems to select this accommodation again.

Great service, great location for the park

We just spent one night at Imperial House before getting up very early the next morning for our entry at Plitvice Lakes. The staff were so lovely (shared a map and information about the park), and the breakfast in the morning was so wonderful. The room was charming (you definitely feel that you're staying in the country, which was a lovely change of pace for our trip), and the bathroom nice. It was really all about the service and convenient location for us though (5-10 minute drive to either entrance of the park)!

A truely delightful stay. The rooms are comfortable & well appointed.Sitting on the terrace in the afternoon looking out over the fields & trees is very relaxing. We were welcomed very warmly & given all the information we required. And the breakfast is extraordinarily! We weren’t able to do justice to it. We were able to easily walk to the park & the closest restaurant is only a few minutes walk away. Indeed a 5 star experience.

Friendly host, easy check-in. Information about the park was given and how to obtain tickets. Spacious room, large bed however there are no blackout curtains as advertised. My room was very hot, and the air condition was not working properly and therefore had to sleep with the windows open which meant I was woken up regularly during the night by the road noise.
Location is absolutely perfect, 4 min drive from the entrance to the park. Plenty of parking. Property has a great garden with a good seating area. Breakfast is a continental breakfast and is the same each day.
Supermarket is a 10 min drive away. Many restaurants within a 10-mile radius. Host gave some good recommendations. Overall a good stay.

Also the owner provided a list of close by restaurants you could drive to. Staff and owner very friendly and responded quickly to any questions or communications.
