It was a good property. They didn’t have any bell boys. I thought that was really strange. A hotel needs baggage helpers and a concierge. Besides that all was great.

Bu seyahati yıldönümümüzü kutlamak için planlamıştık, ancak maalesef tam bir hayal kırıklığı oldu. En büyük şoku odada yaşadık. Yıldönümümüz için özel olsun diye tuttuğumuz \"Balkonlu Deluxe Oda\"nın fotoğrafları kesinlikle gerçeği yansıtmıyor. Oda ile balkon arasında yandaki diğer odalarla ortak bir avlu var; yani vadedilen \"özel alan\" ve mahremiyet kesinlikle yoktu. Özel günümüzde odamızın önünde oturan insanları izlemek zorunda kaldık.

Bunun dışında otelin altyapısı çok sorunluydu. 5 gün boyunca su sistemlerinde sıkıntı yaşadık, tuvaletler tıkandı ve gece boyu bitmeyen gürültüler yüzünden uyuyamadık. Resepsiyon ekibi bireysel olarak yardımcı olmaya çalışsa da, Housekeeping'den en basit isteklerimizin gelmesi için bile 2 kez aramak zorunda kaldık. Otelin genel yönetim ve altyapı sorunları, personelin çabasını gölgede bıraktı.
