The room is really small but good enough to shower and to sleep. The outlets are Brazilian and 220w. TV only has Brazilian channel and no option to stream. The hotel is located across the street from the mall and very convenient to find something to eat.

Ibis São Bernardo is an excellent option for those who want to get to know São Paulo while staying in a quieter and cheaper place. The location is perfect, in front of Metrópole Shopping Mall, close to Golden Shopping and other stores located in São Bernardo downtown and also close to Via Anchieta that leads to São Paulo downtown and also towards the beaches of Santos, Guarujá and 2 hours away by car from the North Coast of São Paulo that has beautiful beaches. We stayed at the hotel for over 2 months, the hotel is very clean, we had the opportunity to work at the hotel reception and the internet was almost always very good, but for 1 whole day we had no internet which affected us from working from hotel and going to the mall to work, but the internet wasn't very good either. The reception staff was always attentive and helped us change rooms when we had a problem with the air conditioning. Our bedroom was quiet and we didn't have problems with noisy to sleep. Overall, it's a good place to stay.

We stayed at Ibis São Bernardo beginning of 2022 for almost 2 months. We had a great experience overall.
The staff is really friendly and they always were ready to help us when we had a request or some issues.
Patricia, the Ibis manager, allowed us to work in the lobby area of Ibis Hotel or Adagio, which was just next door and quieter.
Because of Covid, they were not cleaning every day, but we got our bedroom cleaned at least twice a week and whenever we needed cleaning service as changing of towels and sheets they helped us.
The room and common areas of the hotel were always clean. The location is perfect. We had the Metropole Shopping Center just in front of the hotel and we could grab Uber easily to other areas of São Bernardo or São Paulo downtown.
Anyway, overall was a great experience, however, we would like to mention some points as follows:
- The hotel has restaurant service downstairs, however, guests were eating in their hotel rooms and they were leaving the dirty plate and trays in the hallway. Maybe the hotel should ask them to bring downstairs as we did, or add somewhere in each floor to put the trays other than the floors;
- The internet sometimes was unreliable which caused us a big issue to work from the hotel;
- We understood that there is no breakfast included in our daily price, however, we think the hotel could offer at least a coffee machine in our bedroom or even downstairs to buy a coffee with some change on the machines.

Terrible experience! I travel to Sao Bernardo at least 4 times per year. My last two experiences have been sad. First time hair in the bathroom and floor under the bed was dirty. This second time also had issues with the room they provided me with. There was an empty used plastic bag on the shelf, the bathroom seemed to be used with shampoo on the shower floor and no soap to be found in the bathroom, also the bed linen was torn and bed badly made. Also, upon arrival, there was no desinfectant mat on the entrance of the reception, so no protection from COVID-19. Thus if you have the virus in the floor of the reception or any other place you might have got it on the soles of your shoes, you are inviting the virus in to the privacy of your room. The last terrible experience was that during breakfast, when I asked to get the papaya and add some water to make a juice (since I only have juice for beakfast, nothing else) I was told very blant that the chef refused to make it. Thanks you. Will not go back, will try other options, since lack of attention to cleaness and lack of care and simpathy to returning guests is lacking. There was probably a change in management in this hotel that affected the entire staff. And the funny thing, was that upon check-in the Chef came behing the reception and started to chat with the receptionist, WITH OUT A MASK ON, stating that a kind of meat was to expensive and that he will not buy it again. UAU, talk about customer experience. POOR

Very clean, nice affordable boutique hotel with wonderful staff. Most staff speak English & they are very friendly & helpful. The AC in the room was loud & made a clicking noise, but staff was informed & the addressed it. If you need 120 AC power they will bring a portable transformer to your room. No coffee maker in room but nice Bistro in lobby. Across the street from an upscale mall with several restaurant choices. Will absolutely stay again.

A semana toda reclamando que nao tinha agua quente para banho e ninguem fez nada, um descaso com o hóspede. Nao era uma pessoa apenas reclamando, eram todos, so da minha empresa que estavamos hospedados eram 10 pessoas, e todos os quartos nao haviam agua quente para banho.

Não recomendo o Hotel
Ar Condicionado (Split) muito fraco quase não se percebia a diferença de temperatura entre a rua e o quarto. A Televisão na funcionava e tivemos que chamar um funcionário. Solicitei papel higiênico pelo fone para a portaria e me disseram que não tinham serviço de quarto e era para eu buscar, quando fui me entregaram o rolo de papel higiênico sem cobertura. Pessoal que me viu com o rolo na mão nos corredores sorriram. Cardápio do restaurante muito pobre. Solicitei copos de vidro e me entregaram copos de plásticos de isopor, alegando que nos quartos não poderia ter copos de vidros. Tivemos, minha esposa e eu, que tomar o vinho, em comemoração a minha formatura, em copos de plásticos de isopor. Uma aberração isso. O atendimento dos funcionários foi gentil e educado, o que deixou a desejar foi a infraestrutura do hotel

A luz branca nos quartos tornou a estadia desconfortável e desagradável. Não possuem tomadas 110v, apenas um conversor que é compartilhado por 3 hotéis, sendo possível ficar com o aparelho apenas por um tempo.

A localização é excelente, o pessoal da limpeza se esforça, mas o hotel parece um alojamento envelhecido. Embora seja um prédio novo, está muito mal cuidado com paredes sujas, banheiros encardidos, janelas quebradas, frigobar barulhento, roupas de cama puídas e toalhas de banho encardidas e travesseiros mal cheirosos e serviço de louças e talheres velhos. Muito desconfortável e nojento. Parece que tudo é da época da inauguração. Simplicidade foi confundida com falta de cuidado.

Disponibilizaram quarto para pessoas com deficiência com cama baixa, sem conforto e banheiro sem box e locais para acomodar produtos de higiene. Nada foi avisado na reserva

Minha mae idosa ficou 3 dias no hotel e pasmem, o hotel estava com problema com ar condicionado nos quartos pasmem, absurdo total!!
Tudo que queremos e conforto quando estamos longe de casa e o hotel proporcionou o oposto ainda mais considerando uma idosa com comorbidades!

Não gostamos do íbis! Chegamos e achamos as atendentes nada simpáticas. Entramos no quarto e não tinha cama. Exaustos ligamos e ao invés de virem dar outra chave para trocar de quarto tivemos que descer para pegar novas chaves porque a atendente deu o quarto errado. Chegamos no quarto gostamos muito da acomodação. Fui no banheiro e surpresa não tinha toalha de mão/rosto para enxugar. Disseram que no íbis e assim não tem toalha de rosto e se quiséssemos eles nos dariam uma de banho. Ok , mas novamente eles não se ofereceram para mandar entregar a toalha no nosso quarto. A noite quando voltei de um casamento passei na recepção e peguei uma toalha. No domingo saímos e qdo voltamos a noite o nosso quarto não estava limpo. Reclamei na minha saída e disseram que por causa do covid o nr de funcionários estava reduzido e que eu deveria ter solicitado. Total absurdo . Viajo muito e nunca passei por essa situação. Não recomendo o íbis para ninguém. Me senti enganada.
