Ficamos apenas uma noite e não temos nada a reclamar. Literalmente ao lado do aeroporto porém, zero barulho. Equipe prestativa, tudo muito limpo e café da manhã muito bom. Ah, o restaurante serve uma pizza deliciosa com massa fresquinha feita na hora. Com certeza absoluta ficarei lá novamente!

Hotel room for 3 with a double bed and single bed offers a sofa bed that only fits a small child. There are no side beds and the outlets are not well placed and not bough for 3 people. There is no interphone and guests can communicate with front desk if you come from the airport through the bridge, there is not a ramp to help people with disabilities or do roll the luggages.
The all you can eat breakfast is very good with delicious and a variety of food and fruits.

Checking in took a long time, apparently because some fool of a manager decided to call a staff meeting, so there was only one attendant available during a peak hour.
Although the room did have a fridge, there was no tableware available, not even a cup, which is especially annoying for people who have to take meds.
My fellow traveler, who is 89 years old, forgot which room was assigned to him and was able to open a completely different room and leave his things there. Instead of being thankful for having been made aware of a security problem, staff instead blamed a cleaning lady for oversight.
The good thing about the hotel is the convenience of walking distance to the airport. The convenience was somewhat diminished by the lack of maintenance of the elevator to the pedestrian crossing.

Definitivamente el hotel tiene muchas oportunidades de mejora. La ducha mal aseada con hongos en las juntas, la cama para nada confortable, es una espuma el colchón. Respecto al desayuno terrible, todos los días ofrecen exactamente lo mismo, los huevos fritos parecían de silicona, los huevos revueltos con sabor a metal, las tostadas sin gluten parecían de una semana de viejas pues estaban duras imposibles de comer. 1 sola máquina de café para todo el servicio con una fila larguísima.

An unhappy experience
Staying at the Ibis is nothing new for me, and unfortunately I was negatively surprised. I arrived in room 989, the bed was misaligned, I even sent a photo to my boyfriend and he was also surprised, the bathroom faucet was leaking water all over the sink, I was quite shocked considering the amount charged for the stay. The breakfast was ok, but in other IBIS I've stayed in they had more options. Fortunately I was on business and relied very little on the establishment, but you should know that there are others, in other states, with more affordable prices and infinitely better service.

Quarto de tamanho bom, cama confortável, lençois bons e limpos, cobertores e travesseiros extras à disposição.
A janela não abre, por causa do isolamento sonoro para evitar o barulho do aeroporto. Não é suficiente, mas não atrapalha o sono, pois o aeroporto não funciona na madrugada. Durante do dia o barulho é semelhante a um avião passando no céu em uma cidade qualquer.
Problemas:
1. o rangido na porta do banheiro é muito alto, parece uma casa mal assombrada de filme de terror. Que custa lubrificar as portas? Pior é que dava para ouvir o rangido até dos outros quartos, o que prova que a falta de manutenção é geral.
2. A torneira tem um limitador que faz a água sair em um fio mais fino, possivelmente colocado para reduzir o volume de água. Porém, a pressão é muito forte, de modo que ao abrir a água bate no fundo da pia e sobe molhando o hóspede. Tem que reduzir a pressão da torneira. Reduzir a quantidade de água é ok, mas deixar a pressão forte traz problemas no uso. É difícil até de regular. Façam o serviço bem feito, para ficar bom para a empresa mas também para o cliente.

I really dont like to do a bad evaluation, but Regretably cleanliness was really poor. Entrance, halls in anyhwere was dirty and with a terrible odour. The room was with a smeling like if a group of 100 people were training in a gym without take a bath for a month. Really was almost impossible to stay in the room. I really hope that this hotel improve in quality because each experience there is becoming worse at each time

A localização do hotel é excelente e a maioria dos funcionários foram muitos cordiais. O café da manhã tem um ponto muito positivo devido começar a ser servido as 4h e para quem vai realizar o checkout é excelente. A proximidade com o aeroporto de Congonhas é incrível e ainda tem uma passarela de acesso direto do hotel com o aeroporto. O único ponto negativo foi que não nos colocaram no quarto ao que havia reservado, reservei no app quarto com vista e nos colocaram em um quarto bem inferior e com a janela para um muro e infelizmente ao contactar os funcionários do hotel nada foi feito.

Terrible experience. They charged well over double normal rate as we arrived past midnight..The man behind the desk was very unhelpful as we questioned the price. With our baby crying and my wife having anxiety I tried to speak with the man and he folded his arms and went back to his computer. He didnt care to help in any way. After a few minutes I bought the 6 hr nights stay for over twice a normal rate. The room was filthy and everyone later got sick. Never will go back.

Lamentável! Clientes e ainda assim, mal tratados!
Erramos a data de saída do hotel, pois agosto tem 31 dias e coloquei dia 30, e não nos atentamos a isso, quando chegamos no hotel os cartões para acesso aos quartos estavam cancelados, o que seria mesmo esperado, mas o tratamento foi absurdo! Fomos informados do valor de uma diária, que seria mais de 50% acima do pago nos outros dias. Neste caso pensarmos que, com o valor de uma diária excessivamente alto, era o caso de mudar de hotel, mas quando fomos perguntar sobre acesso às nossas coisas, fomos informados de que teríamos que pagar nova diária, ou seja, ou paga ou paga… beleza, mas porque não informou isso logo? Para quem estava há dias no hotel com tudo pago antecipado? É assim que se trata um cliente, ainda mais sócios da rede Accor? Fazemos uso da rede em inúmeras localidades, no Brasil e exterior e nunca tivemos um tratamento destes! Lamentável! As notas baixas se dão pelo atendimento de hoje na recepção, pela ausência de cesto ou recipiente para lixo reciclável nos quartos e também a louça excessivamente mal lavada no café da manhã.

Boa opção para quem necessita ficar próximo ao aeroporto de Congonhas. Acesso fácil terminalXhotel, via passarela (utilizei a passarela pela manhã e me senti seguro. Inclusive tinha um segurança na passarela), café da manhã a partir das 4 hrs da manhã (muito util para quem tem voo bem cedo), consegui checkin antercipado sem custo e sem burocracia, no hall possui um pequeno bar onde é possível fazer pequenas refeições até as 2 da manhã (pizza).
