Estadia sem comentários negativos, equipe extremamente profissional e eficiente. Não vou baixar a nota, contudo preciso mencionar o elevador lento, pequeno e que na hora de pico de check out foi um transtorno. Desci de escada, pois subiu e desceu várioas vezes lotado. Estava no terceiro andar.

O atendimento no check-in e check-out foi excelente, mas os trincos das portas são muito barulhentos e não tinha tomada de um dos lados da cama. A tomada ficava no meio da cama, na altura do colchão.

Hoje em dia, ter tomada dos dois lados é imprescindível.

I wasn’t impressed with the cleaning quality of my room until meeting Silvania, one of the cleaning ladies. She cleaned my room throughly removing all the dust bunnies from under the beds and dusting the entire room. Finally my allergies got better and my cold was gone.
She went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.
The restaurant has a limited menu and the food is average. There need to be more options of restaurants.

The hotel itself is quite decent, with a good location and comfortable conditions. However, there are a few drawbacks worth mentioning. First, it’s a large establishment, and when I checked in, only one receptionist was on duty, so the process took a surprisingly long time. Second, the room rate wasn’t cheap. Although I received a complimentary soft drink, only two bottles of water were provided for free—the rest came at an extra cost. I find it particularly frustrating when a relatively expensive hotel charges for water. It feels like a low-cost airline approach. What’s next—charging for the air we breathe? Water is as basic as air.

It’s not even hotel. It’s like condo but bathrooms are very old. First day the water was coming out of the shower so they changed our room and we had to pack and unpack again and wasted some time . Not many things around to do. Good for few days business meeeting maybe but won’t recommend for a family.

Só tem dois elevadores minúsculos, sendo que um esteve quebrado durante toda a minha estadia (4 dias). Esse único elevador não dava conta da demanda dos hóspedes, que tiveram que utilizar as escadas mesmo em andares altos. Para ter acesso a melhor internet vc é obrigado a se cadastrar no programa do hotel. Mesmo assim, a internet estava falha em um dos dias. Está longe de ser 4 estrelas.

Time for the hotel to change the pillows

Good hotel, great location and staff, amazing breakfast BUT it needs improvement. The pillows were way too thin and passed their expiry date probably - time to change it for something more firm and thick! Even using multiple pillows, still got a bad neck and reflux. And the internet login is a process from hell. Horrible user friendliness. Do better, Accor!

We checked in to our two bedroom family suite and noticed one of the toilets was not working, and that the shower box was leaking water. We complained and were changed to another room, where the same problems persisted - toilets not working and shower box leaking water. The room was unacceptably dirty. Among the worst hotels I’ve stayed. I’m honestly surprised that Accor would accept this under their brand name.

O hotel é bem localizado, boas instalações, café da manhã muito bom e a equipe muito atenciosa.
Entretanto, houve um problema quando eu precisei, horas depois de chegar, pegar um objeto no meu veículo, estacionado no hotel, e não conseguiram encontrá-lo. O susto demorou em torno de 30 minutos até que fui informado que o identificaram na linha de lavagem, o que eu não solicitei.
Demais serviços atenderam muito bem.

Hotel com obras saguão e apartamentos (barulhento)

Hotel excelente, tanto em instalações como na sua localização em Moema (perto de metrô, restaurantes, mercados, etc.).
Entretanto, pedi um quarto silencioso para o repouso da minha esposa após uma cirurgia. E nos colocaram num quarto localizado abaixo de um apartamento em obras, ou seja, o oposto ao solicitado.
Nos acomodaram em um outro quarto, sem cozinha, um downgrade, apenas com micro-ondas. Devido ao horário que eu dispunha para resgatar minha esposa no pós-operatório, foi muito desgastante, apesar da disponibilidade da equipe do hotel.

Experiência pessoa desta vez…recepção do hotel em obras - confusão no check-in não havia quartos disponíveis - liberaram nosso quarto quase as 15:00 - onde estava marcado para as 14:00
Não nos comunicaram que a entrada seria por outro prédio…para chegar ao quarto tivemos que utilizar 2 elevadores - o primeiro nos levava até o subsolo - garagem - onde tivemos que pegar um segundo elevador que nos levava até ao quarto. Andava bastante de um elevador até o outro. Fora que o hotel estava lotado e para cada elevador ficávamos muito tempo esperando.
Chegando ao quarto o mesmo estava com odor horrível - no banheiro estava exalando retorno de esgoto - cheio pessimo. Ligamos na recepção e nos informaram que no dia seguinte estariam verificando - fato este que não ocorreu.
Serviço valet - apenas 2 funcionários para atender as 2 torres do hotel - impossivel oferecer um bom servico com uma demanda grande e com apenas 2 colaboradores…
Ficamos muito decepcionados - primeira vez que tivemos muito contratempos neste hotel. Pessima estadia. O que era para ser un fds para relaxar e comemorar meu aniversário, se transformou só em aborrecimento e decepção com tantos problemas que o hotel nos apresentou.

I hope they review the sofa bed.

We only stayed two nights, we didn't get to use the hotel's infrastructure. The service was very good, the room is spacious and well equipped and the shower is very good. The double bed is very comfortable, however, the sofa bed is very uncomfortable and not suitable for the amount paid for the stay. The couple settles in well, but their teenage son doesn't sleep well...

My friend and I stayed here in September of 2024. We had a twin bed room for 4 nights. The beds were rock hard and the pillows disappointing. But otherwise I was very satisfied with the hotel. The showers were great: plenty of hot water and good water pressure. It was a nice location with a nearby metro stop and a small grocery store close by. There was a small miscommunication where staff told us at checkin that breakfast was included but when we checked out they wanted to charge us for the 3 times we ate at the breakfast restaurant. They had to call a manager and it took some time but they ended up letting it go - we had the paper they gave us with our keys about breakfast being included.

I opted for the breakfast through Expedia which was well worth it - great coffee and buffet selection. Wi-Fi was slow and unstable at times. We were actually moved to another wing of this hotel, called the Adagio, which I understand to have the same rooms but with a small kitchenette.

Excellent room, wood laminate floor, with small living room. The bedroom even has a small closet. Breakfast is descent, location is great, close to a mall and 10 minutes from the airport (you might softly hear airplanes fly over the building, but it almost sounds like rain).

Would stay here again.

The bathroom shower leaked the the floor and there was black mold on it. No towels in the room when we arrived and took more than 30 minutes to get them . The breakfast was terrible. Se você gosta de som de obra, esse é o hotel perfeito! De 7:30am a 5:30pm o barulho de uma obra enorme em frente ao hotel te incomoda sem parar! No check-in pedi um quarto em andar alto e longe da obra. Fiquei no 15 andar mas de frente para a obra. Mudei de quarto, após constatar que meu ar condicionado fazia um barulho horrível, e no segundo quarto a descarga não funcionava direito. Fui tentar resolver por conta própria e cortei o dedo... experiência realmente ruim. De positivo o quarto é espaçoso e o café da manhã não é ruim e o staff é gentil.

I have stayed here several time and during the pandemic and cannot remember the service being this poor. First with checkin I was a day late and my reservation was almost given away due to no show. Then I was offered a disability access room but after insisting on another I was spared the inconvenience. During the 4 night stay not once was my room cleaned or bed made. They cleaning staff empty trash and if you ask they bring clean towels. The reception said their policy right now is every 3rd day they will clean. Totally unacceptable and disgusting. One evening I waited over an hour for an iron, after several calls to reception and an in person visit to reception I finally got one but was late for dinner date. Finally, the hotel was not able to grant late check in after I have had multiple stays within this year alone.

Good location, plenty choices for restaurants and shopping for a business traveler. The reception desk staff is very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. What the administration needs to do is work on their housekeeping and the restaurant staff. For me, traveling for work, a clean made up bed when I get back is very soothing. The housekeeping staff had to be requested multiple times. It took them two days to make my room. The same repeated again and they just changed the toiletries but did not make the bed.

Same goes for the restaurant staff for breakfast. No one welcomes you or acknowledges any guests beyond confirmation of the room number.

I love the location and the safety. Fran’s Cafe which is in the front is my option to have breakfast and meals all day. They have a great staff and good WiFi to sit and work all day.

Everything was great except the doormen. They were neither helpful nor friendly, distracting from but not necessarily spoiling an otherwise great stay. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is not bad, and the hotel is clean and comfortable. The internet speed was also not good but I was rarely in the room.

A business hotel. Very close to Moema metro station and bus stop to get around São Paulo. Walking distance to Shopping Ibirapuera. A lot of bakery, coffee shop, and restaurants, from simple to elegant, in the neighborhood. Although nothing special in the hotel to mention, it is sufficiently new, clean, and quiet.

This hotel is small, but nice. The elevator is small and is slow. The room is spacious. There is a large desk in the middle of the room with an office chair and two lounging chairs and a small table to one side. I loved the lounging chairs because it was nice to be able to relax on someplace other than a bed, but still be in a private setting. I didn't care for the odd panel near the mini-bar. I don't know if there is electrical items or plumbing behind it, but it felt like wasted space. There were no luggage racks in the room either. The bathroom was decent-sized and in decent condition. The water pressure was very good. The swimming pool had to be accessed through another hotel which wasn't the most convenient. Towels for the pool were available, but had to be picked up in the lobby of the other hotel (it's right next door). The pool is mostly a lap pool, so long but not wide. It probably wouldn't be my first choice of hotels if I was traveling with children who wanted to swim. The breakfast had to be purchased separately (not included in the room cost). It wasn't a good breakfast, especially for the price paid. Breakfast items similar to most hotels I stayed at in Brazil. Fruit, breads, cheese, ham, scrambled eggs, juices, coffee, teas. The only two items I didn't find at any other hotels were tapioca and bacon. Room was clean. Front desk staff usually didn't speak English or limited English. Staff was nice, but not friendly. Wi-Fi was a little slow.

Minha experiência no Mercure Times Square Moema foi extremamente positiva.

A localização é excelente, muito prática para quem precisa se deslocar pela região. O hotel está muito bem conservado, tudo em ótimo estado, ambiente agradável e organizado. O chuveiro merece um destaque especial: simplesmente maravilhoso.

O café da manhã é bom e atende bem, mas o grande diferencial, sem dúvida, foi o atendimento da equipe.

Chegamos antes do horário oficial de check-in (que era às 14h) e, mesmo tendo chegado antes do meio-dia, fomos muito bem recebidos pela recepcionista, que foi extremamente cordial e nos permitiu entrar no quarto antecipadamente. Esse cuidado já fez toda a diferença.

Nossa viagem foi por um motivo delicado: meu irmão realizou um procedimento cirúrgico em São Paulo. No dia seguinte, ele teve uma intercorrência e precisou retornar à clínica para tomar soro e estabilizar pressão e batimentos cardíacos. Diante dessa situação, liguei para o hotel explicando o ocorrido, e a atendente foi extremamente compreensiva e solícita, permitindo que fizéssemos o check-out até às 14h30, duas horas e meia além do horário limite.

Acabamos saindo um pouco antes, pois ele melhorou, graças a Deus. Mas essa flexibilidade foi fundamental para nossa tranquilidade e organização naquele momento.

Sem dúvida, recomendo muito o hotel e certamente priorizarei o Mercure Times Square Moema em uma próxima visita a São Paulo.

Gratidão a toda a equipe pelo cuidado e sensibilidade.

Ficamos um dia sem limpeza do quarto, pois chegamos do passeio às 15:30 e ainda não havia sido feito. Somente, por volta das 16h, que chegaram para limpar, porém estávamos no banho e não foi possível. A noite, ao sairmos, pedi que limpasse e não era possível, mas pedi que pelo menos tirassem o lixo e tiraram. Então, apesar de não ter acontecido a limpeza, acho que tiveram boa vontade em resolver. Mas não tinha como não apontar esta falha.

Gostei do quarto espacoso. Pessoal de recepcao eficientes.O cafe da manha um pouco confuso. O espaço do restaurante pode ser melhor organizado , pensando no fluxo de hospedes, o pessoal de serviço se esforçam pra atender bem, mesmo que o ambiente se apresente meio caotico. Melhorar a qualidade da alimentação, com produtos mais frescos vai contribuir muito na pontuacao!

O hotel e o quarto são excelentes, tivemos problemas com a equipe do estacionamento que demorava muito com o carro e atrasava o meu compromisso. A desorganização era tão grande que sumiram com a chave do meu carro 2 X..
