Hi there,

I stayed in this hotel under Bourbon management many times since 2011.
Under Wyndham management, it's definetely going down..!

From the housekeeping to the restaurant, as well as reception, the rooms and the other stuff, the hotel is certainly going down I have to say.

The location is perfect but this convenience is NOT saving the day anymore.

I liked the hotel very much.
Parking was convenient and easy, nearby Shopping Ibirapuera, where there is a money exchange shop on the third floor.
The hotel is very close to the subway station, that is very convenient if you need to go to the city center or Avenida Paulista.
The staff was very cordial and attentive.
I liked watching the planes passing by, and the noise doesn’t bother me at all, however, if it is an issue for some guests, the noise stops during the night.
There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, either in the mall or on the streets nearby, and you can eat a variety of cuisines like, German, Japanese, Lebanese, Italian and of course Brazilian.

Breakfast super busy with same options daily nothing good.
The bathroom in my room was nasty. Private part hair in the wall my whole stay. So grows as well long women's hair. Sink clogged. Just nasty.
Hallways smells like mold. The carpet is probably 20 years old. Door card stoped working at least 6 times during my 8 days stay.

Nice stay, surprised that the junior suite had two bedrooms which was great for our purposes, but not clear from the website. Nice warm swimming pool, could do with an update. Not many of the staff speak English expect a member or 2 on reception. Could do with more English speaking tv channels except CNN, or access to streaming apps.

I checked in at 10:30pm and there was a line of 20 people deep. People who had already checked in had to come back several times because their keys did not work. Happened to me 3 times during this trip. Staff was nice and helpful but completely chaotic

The location was good. It has good restaurants around that I could walk to. Plenty of Laundromats too. It was very close to a subway station, that was great. It has plenty of buses and cabs and Ubers around. The hotel was comfortable. They have two restaurants inside. Breakfast was good. They offered a variety of fresh fruits and bread. Scrambled eggs, omelette, bacon, Pao de queijo, fresh orange juice, green juice, coffee, hot chocolate, etc. Theres a mall across from the hotel. They have a theater that offers movies in English. It was very affordable.

Estuvimos 2 noches por una reunión. En líneas generales está bien. La habitación estaba bien, aunque le hace falta una remodelación, es bastante anticuada.
La zona está bastante bien, tiene un shopping frente, y algún que otro restaurant.

I have known this property for many years. It’s in a transition of changing from the Bourbon brand to the Wyndham brand. The transition is not going particularly smoothly. The rooms and generally the facilities need freshening up. The TV in my room was missing key international channels even though they were in the directory, the WiFi was horrible. The price was excellent (it needed to be), as is the location.

The hotel is located next to a mall with several eating options and isn't too far from the Ibirapuera Park, a large tourist attraction with museums, notable sights and fun activities to do.
Our stay though was met with bias, from when we arrived, the staff were unwelcoming. They quickly checked us in. Our bathrooms were not too clean and there was hair on the floor. We cleaned it up and decided to have lunch at the main restaurant, however, when we walked in, the host chased us to the lobby bar. There were several people eating lunch and ordering food, but we moved anyway not to cause an altercation. We were slightly confused but decided not to think too much abo it. The next morning at breakfast, the restaurant was quite busy, to enter you needed to let the host know your room number. We had paid for breakfast, so we assumed there would be no problems. As we approached the host, he told us to stand to the side. He attended other people first, we waited for over 15 minutes. At this point, several people had gone into the breakfast room. We approached the host again, who told us we had to wait. Time was soon running out for breakfast and it was now 5 minutes to closing, so we mentioned this. At this point, a guest overheard our exchange and demanded the host let us in and seat us at a table immediately. He reluctantly complied. We were so put off, we quickly ate and left.
I would not recommend this hotel for POC as the staff are quite rude and unwelcoming, with lots of bias.

A busy hotel, but excellent staff helping out and providing good service. Room was large, clean, well equipped and comfortable. Some noise from passing aircraft but nothing that disturbed the night. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice and space in the dining area. A very good hotel for business travellers.

There is some good and other areas that need improvement. The cleanliness is good and appreciate it. The Wifi and overall IT connections is poor along with not having either an iron or ironing board. It lacks some standard items for a “business hotel”.

The location is great, restaurants have several options nearby, bus and taxi routes are all easy. The hotel is a more commercial hotel, it is not cheap and the gym conditions are not good, it is small for the size of the hotel and the number of guests, the cleanliness is reasonable, the service at the reception is good, they are friendly, but the service is good and nothing exceptional.

The breakfast and staff were 5 stars. Now, the property could use some remodeling.
One of the nights the power went out for some 4 hrs. No lights and no AC. The next day my clothes were wet due to a dripping from the ceiling. Front desk wouldn’t do a courtesy and even quick to charge for the water on minibar. They told me that any disputes i should settle with expedia. Not a great experience overall.

A equipe do Hotel está de parabéns. Muito atenciosos e solícitos. Café da manhã muito bom mesmo. O conforto da cama e o chuveiro estavam ok. Apenas as instalações do quarto e banheiro é que precisam de uma repaginada. A anos atrás ficamos hospedados quando ainda era Blue Tree Towers e os móveis ainda parecem os mesmos. No mais, tudo ok.

Check in rápido, perfeito. Chegando no quarto noto que aviam 2 camas de solteiro, visto que havia reservado de casal, isso rapidamente foi resolvido pela equipe, perfeito. Minha nota baixa é \"totalmente\" devido a Room Service. Chegamos 23:30 no hotel, fizemos pedido de um vinho (5 minutos tentando para atenderem) e quem atende é a recepção que depois passa informações para o pessoal do Room Service. As 00:00 ligam e informam que não tinha o vinho escolhido e que era para escolher outro, prontamente escolhemos. 00:15 liguei para saber onde estava o tal vinho, recepção comentou que seria entregue imediatamente. As 00:53, já estava dormindo, batem a porta. A moça comentou que tinha sido avisada a pouco tempo e que recebiam as demandas da recepção. respeitosamente comentei que entendia mas que não era mais necessário. Então, caso necessitem do room service deste hotel, esqueçam, nem tentem, mais rápido irem em busca fora do mesmo para não se decepcionarem. Processo totalmente perdido.
