Short Stay

My wife, sister, and I rented 2 rooms for a quick stay in São Paulo. The service was excellent and the staff helped with printing out our travel documents and COVID testing. They went out of their way to email the clinic to schedule the appointment. And one other little thing that is a bonus is that the water pressure on the shower was amazing.

I wouldn't recommend it

1. The rooms are not very soundproof. You can listen to what happens in the other guests' bedrooms, specially at night. I had to sleep with earplugs.
2. I was bitten badly by a bug during my last night. My face and neck got a lot of bug bites and the hotel didn't do anything.
3. WiFi never worked for me.
4. The TV was in Black&White.

Hotel is big and located in a nice area. In front of a big shopping mall. However, if you like to walk around and go to bars and restaurants at night, they are not as close.

Lobby of hotel is very nice and renovated as well as breakfast, but rooms are pretty simple and a bit old.

Hotel was renovating thus the reception conditions were not the best, however the staff is friendly and nice, speaks good english and spanish, rooms are comfy and food's great.

Also it is in a nice and safe neighborhood, vilaolimpia, one of sao paulo's night life area

Great area close to good eats and shopping

Great Hotel, keeping the Grupo Posadas tradition of great service and cleanliness. I usually take along a black pillow cover with me due to various cleaning detergent smells or just old and used pillows. In this case I did not have to use as the pillow and cover smelled clean washed with Clorox or something that just smelled clean. Only drawback is that there is no iron in the room but all else is great.
The hotel is located a block away from a very nice mall with a small supermarket great restaurants and just about everything you may need. I usually stay in the Itaim Bibi area but seriously considering to change.

Improved Caesar Business

I usually stay at this hotel when I’m in a business trip in São Paulo. The hotel made an improvement. Before the amenities wasn’t available as far I remembered, however this time they had everything. The check in service got slightly better and faster. Neighborhood is one of the best in São Paulo, there are 2 Shopping Mall nearby so its very convenient.

worst experience yet!

THe room was dirty with used cake and birthday card on table. Two lights were not working, it took forever to get an iron and board, lots of the staff did not speak English for helping out, there were only two large bath towels in bathroom for two people when you needed at least three. It was consistently one problem after another and this was suppose to be a four star hotel. It was like a 2 star in the U.S. Their needs to be better services and communication with and for guests.

3 week's stay at Caesar Sao Paulo

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The hotel staff is trained and provide very good service.
I would request the hotel management to come up with wider options in food with competitive pricing so that the guests don't need to go to the Vila Olimpia shopping mall every time for meals.

Very Good Business Trip

Very reasonably priced Brazilian hotel. Great service and staff.
Comfortable room. No clock or washcloths in room but that must be a South American way of doing things that I am not familiar with as I am now in Argentina and it is the same.........Would highly recommend and stay again when I go back!

Excellent hotel for business purposes. situated in the heart of the business district Faria Lima and very near to a big mall with lots of eating options at walking distance from the hotel. The service was very efficient with all the front desk and restaurant employees receiving you with a big smile. Extended checkout hours till 2pm also helped.

The location is quite convenient. There is a mall right next to it, so you can get your daily supplies and some shopping done if needed. As for the hotel itself, it's not bad for the price range. I would definitely stay there again next time I go on a business trip to SP.

Central for Business District.

There are no security chains on room doors - I had a horrible experience when a strange man entered my room when I was in it. He had removed my do not disturb card, which was in the key slot, and used his card to get in. The hotel reception were not very concerned, said it was a guest who had gone to the wrong room. I did not feel comfortable that the hotel were issuing incorrectly programmed key-cards. I am not convinced this was a 'mistake'.

Also, it took 3 days to replace a broken safe.

Checked in late. Something not working in the room and needed to call hotel staff. Called at least 10 times within 40 mins but nobody answered. Eventually went down to the front desk at 1AM but nobody was there... Wondered around and eventually found a night shift staff and he used their walkie talkie to call the front desk duty guy - who apparently went to sleep in a backroom already.

He eventually came out after 10 minutes and unhappily got me what I needed.

I was clearly not happy and asked to talk to the manager. He refused to give me the contact and told me to go to a room number during the day - from 9 to 5 - when I had to check out and leave 8:30 for a business meeting the second morning.

Will NEVER stay in this hotel ever again.

Safe hotel in a decent location

The hotel is located in one of the newer business districts. Although you need to be savvy regarding personal security whilst walking in the area, it was safe and easy. There re two excellent shopping centres close by which offer a great range of food options, are clean and safe and good for a browse. Hotel was clean but basic, the gym is poor, particularly with having the Reebok gym next door but no daily rate available for guests?! Had absolutely no issues with the wifi. Pretty good all round.

The internet wi-fi connection is terrible. I coud not do my work and they do not offer any alternatives. I checked the download speed and it was 0.26 Mbits/sec. They have to understand that a good internet connection is probably one of the most important features a hotel can offer for working traveling professionals.

good choice in the Olympiad neighborhood

I had a conference at the Ceasar Park so I elected to stay at the CP Business Hotel -- there is also another Suite CP suites Hotel attached to the conference Center. The staff was very nice; professional and helpful. Everything was clean and well run but the meals are quite pricey for a buffet lunch or room service. The breakfast is also a buffet and was included in the price and is quite nice with lots of fresh fruit and the usual other items.

In all, given it's a business hotel, it was not a bad choice. The area of Olmpiad is new and somewhat lacking in services although there is a large and elegant shopping mall across the street from the hotel that has a very chic super market on the ground floor - a good place to pick up large bottles of water for a fraction of the price of a tiny bottle in the minibar.

Unfriendly welcome, passable deal

The hotel charged a half-day stay for arriving at 10 am, even though there were apartments available. This was not disclosed in the terms. After overnight travel, this kind of extortion is highly effective. No amount of complaining dissuaded the hotel clerk at check-in. Brazil is booming, but this is fairly outrageous.

Otherwise, service and accommodations were passable, given cost.

Great Location and good service. Very poor quality of furniture. Small rooms with old rugs. Bathroom very small and outdated. Can do better in Sao Paulo for the same money. I would return because of the location and not the rooms. Positive note is that breakfast and internet were included in my rate. Also new shopping mall opened down the street. Good part of town.

Fiz o check in online com a esperança de agilizar, pois sabia que chegaria tarde no hotel. Não entendi muito pois não achei producente. Quanto ao quarto, havia um barulho, tipo uma pancada, que não sei se era do elevador. De qq maneira, atrapalhou o sono.
O cafe da manha muito bom, bem diversificado.

Funcionários gentis e atenciosos com nossas necessidades individuais, principalmente recepcionista Katarine.
Café da manhã pelo Cipo maravilhoso.
Ótimas instalações, porém precisa melhorar a acústica dos quartos.
Pois se ouve todos os barulhos dos quartos ao lado e corredores, o que acabou sendo inconveniente, já que tenho insônia.
Instalação no 220, mas eles disponibilizam os transformadores.
