In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information.

Malcolm
Generally relatively well kept and luxurious room decor even though the hotel looks dated from outside. Only bad thing was there was no kettle to make coffee in the room. Breakfast was always the same though there was a pianist every alternate days
Simone
Property was under construction, around the room, dusty floors, bed bugs, dark rooms with no AC… manager offered a full refund if I was able to leave the room property before noon. Check out was confirmed but have not received a refund
Juan
Its showing its age. Staff i great as well as the location.
Maria
Everything was good
Flavio
Poor experience
This hotel is in urgent need of refurbishing. It is old, looks dirty and clearly priced way above what it has to offer.
William
The rooms and amenities were very old. Lights in the sleeping area didn’t work. Toilet was clogged for 24 hours and despite repeated attempts to get help it stayed clogged until I checked out. Restaurant staff was polite and courteous, food was atrocious. The cook gave zero “F”s and just served what ever. Over cooked cold and just gross. Would not stay again if I had a choice. Front of house very polite, back of house staff and maintenance was horrifying
Yangbo
Nice stay, house keeping on time
Patrick
Avoid this place.
Kalle
The door to the bathroom didn’t work. The safebox didn’t work. We were offered to move rooms but the wifi was not good in the other room so we ended up staying
Bruno
Great Location staff and breakfast. The building is old, but good for a short stay.
Juan
Had a good pleasant stay.
Kalle
Great hotel, incredible staff
Great area to access other areas. Area felt safe. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to give us great service. Would definitely go back.
Kalle
Good hotel for the price. The rooms are nice and clean and the staff super helpful. Fantastic breakfast! The street noise is quite loud at night since it is a busy area. They could perhaps get better windows to deal with the noise. All around great experience
Mihaela
This is the equivalent of an old motel in the USA. Towels are so old they’re see-through and stained. The furniture is dirty. The bathroom fixtures are old and rattle. The WiFi doesn’t reach inside the room if your room is a corner one. Left after the first night and went to a different hotel for the remainder of our stay. The location is convenient to the companies in the nearby towers. The staff is nice.

Advise stsying elsewhere.
Stayed for 2 days for business, mostly because of it’s proximity to my office and the unavailability of essentially every other hotel in the area (last minute trip). Arrived and was frankly surprised it was rated so highly on hotels.com. Old, stale, terrible mattress, and awful bathroom with extremely bright white light that made you feel as if you were in prison. Musty smell throught the entire hotel. A couple clients were surprised to hear I had decided to stay there, even offering to book me a new hotel (unfortunately—none available in the area). I paid around $300usd per night (supply and drmand, I guess). In my opinion, the hotel was would be more approriately priced at atound $80usd a night.
That being said, staff was very nice so no issues there.

Miguel
Too much noise during the night for a good rest
Paul
I have stayed at this hotel over 10 times in the past 10 years and they act like I'm a new customer. The rate that Expedia quoted is NOT the price I paid. The eating area was EXCELLENT, but the shower and bathroom had sitting water and mildew. I did NOT feel like any VIP status and of all the travel I have had around the world, this was NOT the quality for what I paid. Disappointed and after all these years, this will probably be the last time I stay there when I go to Sao Paulo
Andre
Sad small and old. This place has seen better days and neefs a facelift.
Proximity to JK Mall is a big plus.

Voltaria sem dúvidas
Tivemos que pegar uma noite de emergência ao não conseguir embarcar num voo de madrugada. O staff foi prestativo e nos forneceu o que precisávamos para o conforto da nossa bebê.

Location was the best, beautiful view of some modern buildings and a park. Bathroom is pretty small. Amenities could be upgraded. Even though I asked for a room with one queen bed for two I was given a two-single bed room.
Angela
The air conditioner was not working so they had to bring me a separate AC unit. I have seen this as a comment from other guests. The sink was leaking so that had to fit it. The towels were old and had stains on them. The hotel is just quite old. You have to hit the elevator buttons for them to work. The hotel really needs renovating.
Talita
Wonderful stay
All great! Friendly staff and great breakfast.
Victor Chien-Chuan
The hotel location is good, Internet not stable
The hotel location is good, closed to the two mall and bar. The water pressure of shower is good, The gym is not ready yet, now only has two treadmill, The worse part is Wi-Fi connection is not stable disconnect most of time

Ar conditioner not working
The air conditioner of our room was not working and the bathroom got flooded after I took a shower. The location of the hotel is really good, but the rooms are old.

A nice hotel close to a mall with plenty of food options. Solid WiFi and a nice, varied breakfast buffet.

Nice Stay in Sao Paulo
I had a great stay in this hotel. As a gold member, they gave me an upgrade which was very appreciated. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was really good. Stayed for three nights.
Lenora
Great hotel and friendly staff
Lawrence
The place was very nice and the rooms where always maintained well. I have only a couple of complaints. When you check in in most hotels they tell you about things like the Wi-Fi password and when breakfast is served. The person who checked me in say nothing about the hotel. Also my key became disabled twice while I was there for 2 weeks. No big deal but I expected a bit more based on the class of this hotel.
Luci
Really nice hotel
The hotel is in an excellent location, near bars and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is nice and clean, I really recommend it!

Well located. Close to Shopping and close to great food supermarket named Eatly (great restaurants options internally). Close to Congonhas Airport. Nice breakfast.

Decent hotel with good service
It is a decent hotel With a great location (for my meetings) and a good service, the breakfast is also great. Internet is a bit slow and the gym is poorly equipped.
